This Starbucks is the worst I've ever been to. They need new staff 100%. Except the tall dark African American gentleman with the glasses. He is so sweet, gentle & kind. He compliments my nails everytime he's there. Everyone else needs to go!!! They always have an attitude and are snappy & sharp with people. Especially the short Asian guy with the black hair & glasses. They never want to do their job, and they always rush orders, getting them wrong, & lacking in the amount of food/drink that the order requires. This is the second time I've had this issue happen. I got a grande hot chai that looked to be drunken or spilled & never filled back up. Then, I got a venti iced chai that was also the same. I regret not taking a picture of the hot one, but this iced one has me fed up. I'm so sick of those people in this business. I never leave reviews but this is ridiculous. I love that this location is so close to me. I recently started delivering for Uber Eats as a side job. This is one of my favorite spots to pick up deliveries from. They almost always have the order ready and if it's not ready, I never have to wait more than a few minutes. They package the items to perfection and write the customer's name on the bags, which helps me out if I'm picking up multiple orders. The employees who work here are fabulous and always very welcoming. I always look forward to stopping in!!!! read more

This is it. Today was the day that I gave Starbucks one more chance and they failed me. I really never buy iced coffee anymore. David gave me a very nice coffee maker, so I can make iced coffee at home, but I was in a pinch today so I thought I would stop in here and grab a quick cup. Big mistake. Huge. Time and time again they fill the entire cup with big chunks of ice and then put in the coffee. The result is a cup of coffee that I finish before the ice even melts. My grande was probably a quarter cup of actual coffee. Last time I asked them not to do this and they did it anyway. This time I totally forgot to mention it, but I feel as if it's common sense. Just for the record: I don't blame the employees- I know they are only doing as instructed. I blame Starbucks HQ for being stingy with their coffee. As much as they are charging, they should be willing to be a little more accommodating. read more

Stopped at this Starbucks on my way to a doctor appointment. I went inside, did not go through drive-thru so I cannot comment on that. I was heartily welcomed as soon as I walked in. It's spacious, with lots of tables, a few couches, and comfy chairs. I got my order within five minutes, it was correct and hot. I worked on my laptop on the table. Bathroom was clean. Order a quad Expresso with white mocha and ice came and was given in a small tall cup with half of it with ice. I ask them it usually comes in a venti cup fill with ice. They insist it's all there but I know they're lying because they are to lazy because 4 shots n 4 pump of mocha already taken up 3/4 of a tall cup. The cup I gotten was half fill with ice. read more

I rarely visit this specific Starbucks location, but whenever I do there seems to be an issue that reminds me of why I don't come here! They're always out of something and seem to barely be capable of putting together a drink correctly. Now yesterday was probably my third time experiencing a nasty attitude from one of the Baristas. When I ordered my frappe, I specified that I wanted NO whipped cream. Of course once I received it there was whipped cream on top, (figures). I told the Barista I wanted no whipped cream, as if to only remind her of something she clearly forgot, and she tells me, "ok well next time just let us know" (full blown attitude). To be fair, I'm not really a Starbucks fan. This is conveniently located near my house, but otherwise, it's really not convenient at all. The line in the mornings for drive-thru service and counter service are both absurd. It's probably not as bad in the afternoon/evenings, but I only "need" a $5 coffee first thing in the morning. I would much rather drive down the street to J'aime Le Cafe. The options as far as flavor syrups may not be as extensive, but the wait is often much shorter and, IMO, the drinks are better. Plus, it's local. So, why do I even go to Starbucks? For the most part, I don't. They really got me with this whole 1/2 price Frappuccino happy hour promotion this past week, though. I'll pay $2.50 for a grande frappuccino in the afternoon, and enjoy every sip. Sorry, though, once the promotion is over, so are my days of visiting Starbucks on a regular basis. Usually timely with app/in-store orders... that is IF you can order what you want because they're usually out of nearly half of the menu items - especially seasonal flavors/drinks! Ive started orders on the app MANY times only to be disappointed that the drink I want or even the syrup add-in I'd like is not available, although you can still select it. Never use the drive through - always long and slow. Order ahead through the app!! In general, their coffee is not nearly as strong or flavorful as that of local shops. read more

I don't know if it's because I'm from the hustle and bustle of southern California, but this place is S-L-O-W! I think we waited 15 minutes before ordering. The barista had to read the different teas that were available, which I thought was weird, and didn't have the best demeanor. I ordered a Oprah Chai, and when I got it, it was super hot! He didn't ask how warm I'd like my water so I almost burned myself a few times trying to drink it. The coffee is good and the pastries are even better. It is always clean and totally friendly! I come here because it's the closest thing I got to my work place at the moment. It does the job, you know what to expect because it's Starbucks. However, I don't think this is one of the better locations. I mean, I've been to busier locations with fewer staff that move the drinks faster, and I'm taking into account the drive thru line too. The staff are generally very nice and accommodating, but not so much when they are busy, that leads to grouchiness and sometimes rudeness. This location has very nice indoor seating and the perk is a drive thru, but I go inside more often. Downside, slow in delivering drinks, even when it's a downtime, and they've also gotten my drink wrong on several occasions. read more

New crew is still upbeat but I've been picking up my order and instead of espresso like I always order I've been given regular iced coffee instead. Best baristas in town. They can make whatever you want however you want it. They also make wonderful suggestions if you're looking to try something new. Never had an issue with an order. When going through the drive thru the line always moves fast. The team is so pleasant and welcoming. They are supposed to open for 5am, and for the 4th morning in a row we pulled in the drive thru between 5:05-5:15am, and the two-three women that are supposed to working either didn't acknowledge us or told us they won't be serving until 5:30.
