a starbucks cup on a counter top

This is the second time I've been to this location in the past few weeks and the drive thru takes forever! I did an online pick up order both times and got in line after my estimated time for pickup. Today I waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes and once I got to the window I still had to wait. I under standard Starbucks is very busy, but they really need to figure out how to make their drive thru move efficient. Also I got the drink home and it was not even full, which was extremely disappointing. It's gotten so expensive and they don't even fill the cups all the way up. Today I got a peppermint mocha and it was over $6. I will not be going back to Starbucks anytime soon since there are cheaper coffee shops in the area.

I was pretty happy (& my coworkers even happier) to see a Starbucks open up close to home, somewhere I can swing by on my way to work, which isn't often but still a nice treat! This location has a good sized shared parking lot, but I think the drive thru is the preferred choice for what I saw. Inside is spacious, clean and bright. The staff seemed to work in sync. Ordering was easy as pie and quick. I did ask the barista making the drinks if they were labeled since 3 of the 4 drinks I was picking up had almond milk instead, and they were. Side note, probably the best pumpkin spiced latte I've ever had.. I of course couldn't pass up trying an almond crossiant which was delicious warmed up. I saw a few customers had preordered and they were able to get their stuffs quick & easy too.

    This is what I received.

I had a terrible experience here and will not be returning. I ordered the new iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and what I received was nothing like it. I've ordered the drink before at other Starbucks and it was always made perfectly , but this one was nothing compared to it. It was sooo watery and tasted like milk and water. I even went back in to let them know so it could be re made, still received the same exact drink. I posted a picture of what it's supposed to look like since I had it before and a picture of what I received. Two different drinks. Do not go here. They do not know how to make their drinks.

Absolutely pathetic attempt to serve a coffee

Absolutely crazy that I ordered a drink (venti) with no ice and this is what I got. Lol. This is $6?? Again, LOL. Starbucks you make enough money to do better. Will never visit this location again

Had the pleasure of being served by Mace (I think) in the drive thru today, and his energy alone made my trip worth while.

My GPS said I'd arrived but I had to look up a picture of the place because it's in an old Victorian house set back from the road with a couple other businesses. Being set back allows them to have a quiet outdoor seating area with plenty of shade which you pass by on your way inside. Inside is very cute with much more seating, big bright windows that let in the afternoon sun and decor that blends the coffee shop seamlessly into the beautiful old house. I ordered an iced almond milk latte, my warm weather go to. The counter person asked if I wanted any flavor/syrup and, while I usually don't because I don't like sweet coffee, I acquiesced because she said she could make sure it wasn't super sweet but I still got the flavor. This was quite literally the BEST iced almond milk latte I have ever had the pleasure of drinking. The salted caramel syrup lent just a hint of sweetness but full flavor. The espresso was flawless. I sipped my latte while walking back down Main Street to my car in 80° weather with flowers blooming and birds chirping and it was the perfect lunch break treat. I will be back.

From the second I walked in, it was clear they care about the craft. You can get your standard coffee options, but the owner also offers creative flavor combinations that feel thoughtful, not trendy for the sake of it. We ordered a hot oat milk mocha, a honey sea salt latte, an oat milk hojicha latte, and a decaf Americano, and every drink was delivered hot, well balanced, and full of flavor. They also offered a wide selection of pastries to choose from. We passed this time, but they all looked delicous. The space is simple in a really good way, clean, calm, and with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy your coffee. Pricing felt fair, service came with a genuine smile, and I really enjoyed chatting with the owner about coffee and learning that some of the tea is sourced directly from Japan. Parking is easy too, with spots behind the building if street parking is full. This is exactly the kind of local coffee shop you hope to find and one I would absolutely recommend stopping into.

Just going to stop by since I was in the area. The bakery is in this shopping center and the parking lot was pretty full when I arrived Sunday afternoon. I agree with the reviewers that this place is small. I felt that I wanted to take my time looking at items but the space felt crowded while looking. Overall they had many options to choose some but there were some empty looking shelves in the far back. I managed to get a few items to try and a slice of cake. There are kiosks to also order drinks. The line was long but moved quickly. The items I tried: Cheesy hot dog: pretty good! very sweet bread with a tiny hot dog. White Chocolate strawberry: delicious strawberry filling. The bun was soft and not overly sweet. Berry bun: I got the very last one! DELISH! The bun of milky, soft and berry filled. My favorite probably. Taro bun: HUGE! Love the taro paste but the bread was alittle off since there was seeds in it. Not loving that texture Tiramisu cheesecake: very good fluffy cheesecake. Would have liked more tiramisu/coffee flavor. Chocolate bun: Another favorite. Very good chocolate fudge on the inside. Wish I bought 10 of theses. Egg tarts: I got the two pack. Wish I got the full box (maybe next time). Flaky buttery crust with sweet egg custard. Also a favorite. Overall everything I got was really good. I also loved that the prices were very affordable ($2-5). The only thing I would add is maybe to have more a description and allergens added to the cards so people with allergies could identify what they can and cannot eat. Cant wait to come back and maybe try one of the drinks :)

I usually order the Avocado Toast, and my love will often choose a build-your-own omelet. I recently tried the Power Up Grains Bowl with vegan eggs as my protein. He said my dish looked "painfully healthy", knowing this was a compliment. I negated my clean eating by splitting the OMG French Toast with him. Batter dipped thick-cut multigrain French toast with layers of crispy bacon, candied walnuts, drizzled with caramel sauce and sweet vanilla cream frosting. WHAT? These bastards are fattening as hell, but you have all day to burn them off. OMG is right! This is a place where you're never searching for someone to refill your coffee nor bring you ketchup. They're on it! We've found that going early or late will increase your chances of being seated quickly. It's always worth the wait!

After multiple DoorDash drivers canceled due to prolonged wait times, I waited over 5 hours for my order. I called after waiting about 3.5 hours and was told the food would be ready in another 30 minutes. After waiting an additional hour, the order still was not ready, and I ultimately decided to cancel. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication or follow-up from Turning Point throughout the entire process. I understand holidays are busy, but communication and accountability matter. Moving forward, I'll continue supporting local mom-and-pop restaurants -- they consistently seem to get it right when it comes to customer service and valuing their customers.
