uhm, after going every morning for the last 2 months to McDonald's, next door, I must have got spoiled by M's excellent drive-through/service. Multiple issues w/Starbucks: 1. Only one lane - space limitation okay that can't be helped. 2. They don't have an order board listing the order/total 3. Only one window to handle both money & food 4. The cash register itself doesn't provide correct change, leaving the person at the window having to do the math 5. Person at window couldn't do the math to handle a 50$ and asked if I had something smaller - sure 6. I ordered three sandwiches, handed to me individually with no bag\ 7. I ordered a matcha Latta at the drive-thru and drank almost the whole thing and got a piece of fuzz in it! At first I thought it was a bug but no it is fuzz or mold. This is disgusting, I hope I don't get sick. I also ordered it with ice on the side and my drink was over 7 dollars and I got it half full. I'm glad I got a green drink because I may never had seen it if I got a coffee drink. I won't be going back! read more

This is the second time I've been to this location in the past few weeks and the drive thru takes forever! I did an online pick up order both times and got in line after my estimated time for pickup. Today I waited in the drive thru line for about 15 minutes and once I got to the window I still had to wait. I under standard Starbucks is very busy, but they really need to figure out how to make their drive thru move efficient. Also I got the drink home and it was not even full, which was extremely disappointing. It's gotten so expensive and they don't even fill the cups all the way up. Today I got a peppermint mocha and it was over $6. I will not be going back to Starbucks anytime soon since there are cheaper coffee shops in the area. read more

I was pretty happy (& my coworkers even happier) to see a Starbucks open up close to home, somewhere I can swing by on my way to work, which isn't often but still a nice treat! This location has a good sized shared parking lot, but I think the drive thru is the preferred choice for what I saw. Inside is spacious, clean and bright. The staff seemed to work in sync. Ordering was easy as pie and quick. I did ask the barista making the drinks if they were labeled since 3 of the 4 drinks I was picking up had almond milk instead, and they were. Side note, probably the best pumpkin spiced latte I've ever had.. I of course couldn't pass up trying an almond crossiant which was delicious warmed up. I saw a few customers had preordered and they were able to get their stuffs quick & easy too. read more

Relatively new Starbucks with a drive-thru. Friendly staff and VERY CLEAN bathrooms (hopefully they stay that way as the Starbucks matures!!) There's outdoor seating as well and outlets toward the back if you want to study here. It doesn't ever seem to get super loud, which is a pretty nice plus. It's not a huge Starbucks, but they have probably around 8-10 tables of varying sizes. In the summer time, there are always flies in this Starbucks, which gets really annoying especially if you're sitting here for a while to study. Otherwise, they keep the place quite clean. Not much else to say about this place. Might be the specific baristas, but my drinks here taste more watered down than usual (I've experienced this with iced coffees, iced lattes, and hibiscus tea). read more

I had a terrible experience here and will not be returning. I ordered the new iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and what I received was nothing like it. I've ordered the drink before at other Starbucks and it was always made perfectly , but this one was nothing compared to it. It was sooo watery and tasted like milk and water. I even went back in to let them know so it could be re made, still received the same exact drink. I posted a picture of what it's supposed to look like since I had it before and a picture of what I received. Two different drinks. Do not go here. This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I recently went back to school for nursing - I come here almost everyday when not in school or clinical to get work done. The staff is amazing - and never irritated with me being there so much the seating arrangements of this Starbucks create such a wonderful work environment- it's my favorite in the area. Plenty of individual and group space space. Large seating arrangements for one or a few. The rest could all take tips on their furniture layout! It's a key note on this Starbucks .. Came here for the pop-up event and I have to say I'm so impressed with this location and its employees. It looked to be very overwhelming and chaotic when I walked in and the place was packed to the brim. One of the customers was kind enough to point me in the right direction to the ordering counter. There was no line to order, but the wait for your drink was about a half hour long. It seemed to have passed quickly. I give credit to the young man managing the finished drinks. He was extremely attentive and took pleasure in his job. My drink came out better than I expected. Great work!! read more
