This is about equidistant to the one on route 70 by Barclay towers for me. I like this location over route 70 because it's really easy to get in and out of and the parking isn't too bad for a Starbucks. There's no drive through but I never use those, this may be a drawback for others though. They fill mobile orders pretty quickly. Unfortunately, this time the order was NOT what I paid for. I ordered a TRIPLE espresso, which means there should be 3 times the amount of espresso relative to the amount found in a single shot. As you can see, I paid for a triple and still got a single shot anyway. On top of this, my boo's iced caramel macchiato got the opposite treatment, it was overfilled! After I put the straw in and out a few times and sopped up all the overflowing sticky "coffee" (I say that in jest as I don't believe these drinks count as coffee), it was dry enough to bring out to the car. I complained to Starbucks online team and they did credit my account $6, which is approximately what I paid for everything. When you come after 3 pm, they have a promo where you buy one espresso drink and you get a second free. That deal, along with the credit, took away the sting of what was not the most pleasant Starbucks experience this time around. They'll get another chance because after all, it's Starbucks and there is no locally owned cafe I know of in Cherry hill. read more

Here is your average starbucks that is tiny inside but has some seating with a long bar table. People study here but you should bring headphones. The workers are friendly and the have most of the pastries and usual coffee in stock. I can see it getting crowded at times because of the size of the place. Ya, so this was the first place I went to get coffee today (if you read my other review about my coffee haul). I opted for a frappe, and it was nothing out of the usual for me as far as starbucks. The customer service was nice. I like that their pastry bar was fully loaded with tasty looking treats. (no flies an urchins like ive seen at some locations). The restaurant is very clean, prompt professional service and a nice ambiance. I'd def go here again. I agree with Rusty, this place could get 5 stars if it was a little less expensive. read more

This Starbucks was packed at 7 pm on a Saturday night. I didn't really think that folks drank coffee that late, but I'm pretty sure everyone else was there for the same reason I was - to get coffee to stay awake during a movie I was about to see just a quarter mile down the road. I keep giving this place a shot bc it is on the way to my work...I don't know why, but each time I get a caramel macchiato or a green tea latte here it tastes like I paid $5 for a grande iced milk. Super disappointing considering this would be so convenient for me. I've stopped in here a few times in the last few months and Everytime I am greeted with a huge smile, some funny chit chat and the last time I even heard some singing! This Starbucks is a pretty good store. It is the only one in the area that has the Clover Brewing System - check it out. Street parking only and at times it can be a pain to park. Make sure you plug the meters because you WILL get a ticket. Not a very large store, but the flow does work for this location. read more

I have been going to this Starbucks for years on the weekends. I have always looked forward to getting a delicious, hot, brewed coffee with a shot of espresso. However for the last few months it has been terrible. The coffee is now often old, bitter and cold. The barista seems unskilled and unfamiliar with common coffee making techniques. It's very disappointing that I no longer look forward to my weekend cup of Starbucks coffee. read more

It's a Starbucks, $5 coffee and a chill atmosphere. This is a relatively small one so there aren't a ton of tables. The people who work here are good and this isn't a super busy location so you can get in an out. I wish more Starbucks had drive thru so you didn't have to make a trip out of going to get a cup of coffee but it is what it is. My only knock is that the tables and floor here are consistently dirty. I know these are high turnover business but I have never been here and seen a clean table. read more

I wish I could give this place 5 stars because I think it deserves it, but I can't because of a minor flaw that detracts from a perfect experience. Nearly all of the employees there are excellent! They consistently make high-quality drinks; the place is always clean and well-stocked. So, it's unfortunate that there is one employee who mans the cashier that seems incapable of taking an order correctly. I always have to repeat myself a few times when this particular person is working, and then she will either relay my order incorrectly or forget to tell the person who is doing food that I ordered something in addition to my drink. Like I said, it's minor, but it never fails to happen. If my experiences improve in the future, I will gladly change my rating. read more

I got a frappachino- which I always get. After about 10 minutes of the girl chatting with her coworker, she finally started to make my drink. (the place was empty) within 30 minutes I got sick after drinking it. I realized after being in bed for 5 days unable to even keep down water, that I was suffering from food poisoning. I'm assuming that since I have had the same drink from here a few other times, that it must be due to the lack of cleanliness of this place. Do not go here! This is a great Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and the location is great for getting work done. My old high school was very close to this location and I would often times come over here to get work done. I've recently discovered the java chip frap with 4 pumps of peppermint syrup! So good! The crunchiness of the chocolate chips and ice with the cooling peppermint is awesome! My new favorite thing to order. I've given up coffee at Starbucks all together because I don't like the aftertaste from it, this is great alternative. read more

Taking time out of my ever so hectic and fast-paced life clearly involves getting a fabulously relaxing and motivating massage at Hand And Stone followed by a hot, soothing, cinnamon dolche with layers of sugar, sweetness, cinnamon, espresso, and warmth. I've been going to this Starbucks for the past 6 years & ive never had any problems. Clean store, friendly employees, fast service. It sucks that they had to get a new manager because she she can changed the mood in the room in 30 seconds... She comes off very mean and I feel like a burden when I go in to get coffee. And now that all my favorite employees left because of her I will not be returning to this location. Someone should really teach that manager about customer service or else I'm sure more & more people will not go back to this location. read more
