Before hitting up the In and Out next door but after dropping off the kiddies there, we decided to go for a coffee run. Mind you it was around 8 at night and my friend who was driving was falling asleep on the road. We pull up to the drive-thru, and were greeted with a Filipino lady with an accent. So my friend, being filipino as well decided to be all Filipino back, such a riot as they competed with who could sound fobbier. After massive amounts of giggles we head to the drive thru to see four young guys with being old grins on their faces, so the extra stars are for the entertainment on a Saturday night, the coffee itself was just so-so, but the amusement boosts my experiance up to four stars! Lady was a b***h at the window, after waiting in the long ass line, got severed a hot drink when the idiot was told iced twice, and then handed me a drink with caramel all on the out side of the cup. I really enjoy most StarBucks, this time went through the Drive thou, had a bad experience. Fist off they were having problems with there headsets, mostly static, and Ordered 2 drinks, and tried to get 2 scones, but everything on there menu was out. They then stated it was because of the new item coming out at the end of the month. But every time i go here it seems like they never have any pastries. And well, if they are not carrying the items, why not take them off the menu!? I also found when we pulled up to the window, it seemed to take along time, and the employees where just talking amongst them selves, one was even clapping at another, it was loud, even from sitting in the passenger of the car i was in. I thought i was at a popular bar on a friday night. The Frappe's we ordered even seems to be more liquidfied then frozen, and very syrupy. If you are going to a starbucks, dont go to this one, its really gone down hill in there service. read more

Even though this Starbucks states that they're open 24/7, they were closed at 11pm. I don't recommend going here because 9 times out of 10, they're coffee is burnt, so take a extra 5 minutes and just go to Dutch Bros down the street. read more

Slowest Starbucks ever and it wasn't the drive through part that was slow. There was an older blonde American woman who was trying the best at her job but not good with technology. She had to get a different employee name Sav to get our order because she was so slow. Then when I asked if we can please get our drinks because we've been waiting 15 minutes at your window she had an attitude. I understand if everything was smooth and prompt but I had to wait 30 minutes in total at a drive through but unfortunately for 1 coffee and 2 small frappucinos. I completely understand needing to be non discriminatory but you shouldn't hire staff that can't keep up with technology where the younger staff who is upset and nervous because I'm now irritated who end up having to train the older workers how to use their computer registers. Sav did get our drinks but she was very upset and threw the iced coffee at me with nothing in it mixed and the lid half on. I'm from the Bay Area and even with 20 people in line I've experienced dramatically shorter wait times than this location. read more

Worst ever. Time and time again when I come here they always get my drink order wrong. It's usually when I drive off and sometimes have to turn around. This place is kind of a joke really. Avoid this Starbucks! This evening at 11:15 I went online at SB.com and purchased a sandwich. I went to the location and all the sandwiches were gone. HUH? The employee said they donate all sandwiches at 10pm. Why would SB online offer sandwiches at 11:15pm when they are donated at 10:00pm?! Total waste of my time and gas as I drove 9 miles to get to the SB. The SB employees didn't even apologize. Nothing. They did give me my cash back for the absence of my order. This place is either hit or miss. They are inconsistent with their drinks and the drive thru is really slow when it's busy. Sometimes drinks are great and service is fast but other times drinks taste like water and milk! The only good thing about it, it's the location. This place is opened 24/7. I use Starbucks quite a bit when I have hours of emailing and Web surfing needed for my work. I was there for about an hour or two and asked for a cup of water, and a very nice employee named "Jasmine" still remembered my name and gave me a cup of water. Apparently they hire snobs and rude girls here. I have had lots of past great experiences at this location but this was my first visit in months and my first time going inside. All I can say is wow. It's very loud in there like unusually loud and I was having a hard time hearing the names being called out to pick up orders at the counter. So I moved closer to where an employee who was either on break or just got off work or waiting for her shift to start was seated even though there's not supposed to be any seating there was two other empty chairs at a table where she was sitting. I just moved and stood there and she told me no you can't sit there. I told her I'm just standing here and she said I'm just kidding ha ha Ha ha ha. Then complimented me on my nails I think maybe because she felt like an @ss. Nonetheless it was really rude and unnecessary. The guy who took my order and the woman who handed me my drink was very friendly which is what I typically get from this location. So maybe it's just this girl that needs some training on etiquette and being professional even if you're off the clock but still in the establishment. read more

OMG can they ever get the order right? It takes about 5 minutes just to order 2 drinks through drive through. They make mistakes taking the order, so this Starbucks is the one to avoid if you have an important meeting to go to. Slow to order, slow to think, slow to deliver order. The drinks are so so, so expect below par quality. Oh yeah don't park an expensive vehicle here or you risk getting your car dented. I almost always go through drive through. read more

Both times here my order was really bad, its kind of poor when I have to tell them how many shots go in an iced venti vs. a hot venti (3 vs. 2), wherein when ordering a quad it is often rang up wrong as a hot drink thus they try to overcharge. So, I'm not the first to complain about this Starbucks, the slowest one on earth. We went through the drive thru yesterday, Sunday at 3pm with no one inside the store and only one car in front of us trying to order through the mic. 10 minutes later the car in front of us finished ordering and pulled up to the window. When we finally go up to the window with our order of 1 drink, the Starbucks employee's apron was dirty with everything spilled on the apron and he was so slow. Puts Starbucks to shame - We ordered one frappe (Greg took our order super slowly). We waited for more than 20 minutes. We still didn't get the drink. We asked Greg for the status of the drink and we were told that this other guy was making it. The other guy calmly proceeded to make drinks for people who ordered after us and gave it to them. We noticed this and asked Greg again. They asked us what we ordered and took another 5 mins to figure out which our order was. Meanwhile, they kept themselves busy with other orders. By now, it was thirty minutes. They didn't apologize even once for the delay or update us about the status. Point to be noted - All this while, Greg was busy on the phone and not doing any work. We finally asked Greg to cancel the order. He made us wait another 10 minutes to try to cancel the order and then told us that they need the card again to cancel the transaction (and I didn't swipe a card in the first place). It took him 10 minutes to realize that he needed a card to cancel the order?? Wonder how long it would have taken him to realize that a card was not used. None of the people here know how to do their jobs, especially this guy called Greg who took our order and tried to cancel our order. We finally asked Greg to give us cash, so we don't have more delays. He took his own sweet time and gave the cash for our order 5 minutes later. Thanks to the 45 minute delay the employees of this Starbucks caused, we reached our destination 2 hours late (at around midnight). If we had not wasted 45 minutes at this place, we would have reached in those 45 minutes. This particular Starbucks is a shame to Starbucks. FYI - I am a huge Starbucks fan. Whichever country I go to, I always visit Starbucks. So I am shocked there exists such Starbucks place. read more

This is tucked away in a corner. You will see Jamb Juice on the end of the building and Starbucks is on the opposite side. There is seating outside and inside. I was greeted when I walked in, the employees were friendly and efficient. Got my drink in a timely manner and was thanked. I got a espresso frap with Java chips.
