Went on a Wednesday to order a single handcrafted drink and it took forever to get my order. This location appears to prioritize mobile orders than walk-in store orders. There were at least 3 baristas making the orders. Maybe because I didn't leave a tip they lowered the priority of my order? It took may be 15 minutes to finally get my drink. Some customers who came in after me got their orders before me. Don't even remember the last time I had to wait this long at any other Starbucks locations. Busy or not. Me and my daughter came to this Starbucks on 7/6/25 around 10:30 am. We had ordered through the app and picked up our drinks and everything was fine. We picked it up, sat outside to drink it and 5 min after I go back in, waited in line and ordered two venti water cups and the cashier that was there that day had the nerve to ask me if I had already ordered something else previously from their menu as if telling me, "you have to have ordered something first before asking for water" SINCE WHEN HAS WATER NOT BEEN FREE AT ANY OTHER STARBUCKS? so is it a policy now that we can't order water if we haven't ordered anything else from their menu? I politely told the cashier "yes, I just ordered 10 min ago, do you want to check my receipt?" She responded "no it's ok" like why ask then? After they gave me my water, the ladies were like "do you need anything else" DO BETTER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STOP BEING GREEDY WITH GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS WATER. Due to COVID-19, no indoor seating allowed. Place looked clean and the customer service was fine. My drinks tasted great. Holiday drinks/flavors are out now. YAY!! Occasionally, Starbucks has special rewards if you are a member. I would highly recommend getting the app if you haven't done so already. You can earn points which go towards rewards like a free drink. Make sure to monitor your points though because they do expire. Plenty of free parking in a shared lot. read more

Why do I do this to myself? Ordering the average coffee drinks from Starbucks is bad enough, but I know better than to order any of the food items. SO WHY DID I? Oh yes, those damn points, saturation of the market and hunger. Had I not have gotten a free (average tasting as always) latte I wouldn't have order that measly "croissant." Unfortunately I dont have time to do this review for every coffee shop that decided to change their business model to get your coffee and gtfo, but this particular starbucks is the living proof of this new business model. Why, because OMG they BOARDED up all of their outlets. Coffee shops used to be social places where lonely people could come during the day to pretend to work, they were social hubs for caffeine addicts, a sort of a daytime pub where daytime creeps gather to socialize and people watch. But coffee shops are now killing their own business model. Now its get your coffee, drink it while standing and gtfo. And this would be fine for any other establishment, like fast food. Where the profit margin is %10-20 of the item. But a cup of coffee costs $0.25 to make. And this isn't exclusive to this particular starbucks, or other major coffee retailers, look at google maps photos of any single one, they feature couches, armchairs, round tables, and all kinds of welcoming amenities. Go inside, and none of these are to be found anywhere... Are they ever coming back? Probably not. So if any coffee vendors are reading this, the ONLY reason we pay $5 for caffeinated water, literally a %2000 markup, is so we can lounge in your establishment and do work on our laptops. And if you take this away, then your business is completely worthless. read more

This is the most convenient starbucks for me, because of location and parking. This starbucks changed crew since I last ordered. The original crew was friendly, they all came from the other location that closed. They were all friendly except for an older lady barista. But overall, they're the best team I had at this location back then. But recently, I think they had a change in crew, customer service was from 10 to 3. 8am in the am, they're NOT the best people to see. I ordered a Venti HOT macchiato, but I think they forgot it was supposed to be HOT AND TRANSFERRED THE SAME DRINK ON A HOT CUP CONTAINER, solid cold "hot" macchiato. They did not even try to warm it up before putting it on the pick up section. I know I'm not a coffee expert, but I'm not numbed not to feel hot from cold. IT FELT ICED COLD ON A PAPER CUP. No joke. I had to tell it to this lady, no apology or anything she just took the coffee, changed it. The coffee sat on their counter for good 5mins because there was dog that distracted them. I had to look for my drink so I can get right away before it gets cold again. Same transaction, I ordered Ham and Cheese on Baguette, somehow it ended up Ham and Cheese on Croissant, no heads up or anything that they didnt have it and had to change. a very relaxed location with a lot of good seating. You can sit down outside and get a really good breeze. The outside area has a really good view of the city as well. You can sit down and watch the cars and watch all the beautiful birds that are flying by. The inside of the Starbucks is very nice as well. It is well lit and not super dark like other Starbucks I have been to they give you a little extra cream as well when you ask it and they do not charge you. That is definitely something I appreciate. Ok I'm a big fan of Starbucks in general. I've always had great experiences at any location of been too. But this specific one really warmed our hearts yesterday. My mom and I were in the area and decided to pop in for a quick coffee break. This Starbucks Location is in a big parking lot that shares with other big business, but given that factor we were able to find a parking spot right away. We walked in and the place was semi-busy, a lot of people were there on their laptops doing work and the store was decorated in a very festive way. Also, I should mention that the store was extremely clean and smelled great. A very friendly and happy gentleman by the name of Clayton greeted us and took our orders. We looked to our right and a beautiful young lady by the name of Kat got right into making our orders as we finished paying. Not even a few blinks later both our drinks were ready, and they were delicious!! It was a very fun, and easy experience. We'll definitely go back to this location. I walk to this Starbucks probably at least once a week. Great outdoor patio seating and lots of parking. During Covid, they are great about checking vaccine proof to stay inside. Everytime I've ordered, they've been fast, super friendly, and made my drink amazingly. If there were ever any errors, they've remade it quickly with a great attitude. Starbucks what happened? Absolutely find this Starbucks to be the most unfriendly store I have encountered. Most stores are unkempt and the half and half canisters not filled. That is a problem, but easily fixed. At this store the customer service is below average. I bought a cup of coffee and sat outside on the tables provided by Starbucks to read the paper. It took me about 15 to 20 mins at the most to finish my cup of coffee. I love the signature blend always get seconds. Walked back inside and asked for a refill. The barista Teresa said I walked out the store and I could not get a refill. I explained to her I was sitting outside the store in the tables around the entrance. She said you go outside the store you do not get a refill. I looked at her incredulously and again said I was seated outside the store. Teresa said no it will have to be full prices no refill. I was disappointed and did not feel like the line of people waiting for their coffee should wait any longer. The customer is not always right, but does a refill constitute a strict policy? Could you have honored the refill and politely said, please don't go outside because we do not honor refills? This was bad customer service. It has been 2 1/2 years since i have checked this 'bucks out. I was there this week and to be honest, though the joint was clean the last time i was here...today it is immaculate: a big improvement. The first thing i asked was: who is the new manager? Another difference is that because of COVID-19 regulations they do not allow more than 5 people in the place at any one time. This regulation is not always followed and though i was asked to leave until the requisite number had left, i felt relieved that probably they were following the other regs as close as they could. The physical plant is very clean and organized and the manager, Shane was on top of everything. it was about 11 am and i wanted a deep roast drip brew but they stop percolating this product at 1030. BUT: Shane did a pour over for me: all in good cheer and the result was a fruity brew with black cherry and orange overtones with a chocolate finish. Worth the wait! There is a long sit down area here and it is a little sad to see this area roped off. Yet all of this area was wiped down and clean. To Be honest i avoided this unit because the last time i did not appreciate a number of things having to do with service. But manager Shane is keeping things on an even keel and yet following all of the Starbucks and State of california regulations per the Pandemic. Starbucks location off Los Feliz is a place that many should just try to avoid. I have been here a couple times just because I was in the area and I was craving some Starbucks. Parking is soo hard to find because it is one of the busiest parking lots in Los Angeles!! Who would have thought that you can find one stop shopping since they do have a Costco, Best Buy and many other big name places in this tiny area!! This Starbucks is a hot mess! Somehow the folks working here are not all up to par. Lines here get long because they just don't seem to know how to handle more than one person at a time. Case in point, today when I was in line, the one cashier kept yelling for a second cashier to help. When the second cashier started to help out, she left to make a breakfast sandwich and started yelling for help because she couldn't find chorizo. It seemed like everyone except the barista were all untrained and disorganized. And, when the second cashier was told by a customer that they were out of half and half, instead of refilling it, he just put the container on the side. When the customer asked 10 min later why the half and half hadn't been filled, he said, I thought you emptied it and didn't need more. Really? What about the other customers? I also found it strange that the posted menu here was minimal. Only a few featured coffees were listed but not everything Starbucks normally offers. While I pretty much know the menu, I like to see it when making my drink choice. Disappointing and super slow service makes me frustrated with this location. Avoid! read more
