    Interior of the store

Not sure what's up with the bad reviews. I visit this Starbucks multiple times a week and stay for hours at a time and EVERYTHING about this location exceeds expectations. The baristas here are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to satisfy customers. I know all of them by their names. They want you to feel welcomed and satisfied during your stay. They'll strike up a conversation with you while still maintaining efficiency and pumping out drinks. When mistakes are made, they won't hesitate to correct them and remake your drinks. The interior is sleek and modern. Seating is sometimes limited, but that's expected as it's in the heart of Koreatown. It can get busy but the baristas here are experts at handling the rushes. There are 4 small tables of 2 seats each, so expect to wait for seating to open up. There is also a wheelchair-accessible table. The staff regularly wipe down the tables and sweep the floors. You can expect it to always be clean. As of February (after their store renovation), this location no longer provides power outlets. Make sure that your devices are charged if you plan on studying/working here. They have a single-stall restroom that is always clean and well-maintained. I frequent Starbucks very often and out of all the locations I've visited, this is hands down the best.

Went today on 03/20/2025 placed a mobile order and was disappointed (at first) when I was given the wrong food item with my drink order from what I ordered and what was shown on the sticker. I hadn't noticed till I got to work and was able to return to see if I could switch out such item due to the mix up. I was helped out by Kat and after explaining the situation she was very apologetic for the mix up and made sure to get me my right order as soon as possible. I originally wrote a negative review about the mistake because of being given the wrong item (I was more upset because I was given like a $2 item when I paid for an $8 item) but ended up leaving happy and thankful the staff was understanding. Thank you Kat you were so sweet give this girl a raise she was so nice 10/10. Oh and my drink and food was bomb after the fix thank you!

This location, gets rather busy during lunch time, and they rush their products out. While its understandable for late products due to traffic, it isn't okay if its done incorrectly. The drink I ordered today COLD BREW + syrup + oatmilk, shouldn't taste watery, yet it was super watered down. The ice hasn't even melted yet its watery. My friends coffees were also watery. This is probably due to simple over measurements or oversights due to the rush hour. But, cold brew? I dont understand how that would taste watery. Anyways, starbucks is great, but this location & other wilshire LA locations isn't pulling it off with their products

    So many Yums.

When you go to SBux, you know what the food, drinks and prices is going in. What makes or breaks a location is the staff. Starbucks in KTown is my go to location and I've never had any issues. I lived on the block so would go in at least once a week when I lived in the area. Order ahead on the app and report in for your drink at the scheduled time. I've never had an issue with a long wait or anything of the sort. The staff is always friendly here and happy to help. It's always clean and well organized. But it's also *always* busy especially in peak morning times. Order ahead if you can, and rest assured you'll be taken care of! Don't forget to tip your barista!

First time visiting & I'll definitely be back to this location. I work nearby so I walked over on my lunch break to get an afternoon treat. The staff were all so incredibly welcoming and friendly. The guy who rang in my order helped me pick the right combo for my drink and the barista was one of the friendliest I've ever met. There wasn't a line (it was around 12:30) and most orders were mobile pick ups. The only gripe I have, and hence 4 stars, is that there is no where to park in the mornings before work (can't park on Wilshire until 9am), so I never stop in. Otherwise this would be me everyday go to.

I come here at least once a week, if I tell you how many times I am really here you would call me addicted Lol. But, I do have to give this particular spot 5 stars. They have always been on point, friendly, and keeps me going. I seriously had zero issues with the amount of times I have been here. Well, maybe when they are out of the impossible sandwich, then I am bummed. This location has been great a keeping neat, follows covid restrictions and guidelines. Thanks guys!

Service was great! My drink came out perfectly as I ordered. Didn't have any issues with this Starbucks. Ordered: grande iced green tea with apple juice + two pumps of classic- shaken in a venti cup with extra ice. Came out exactly as I wanted it Service: the workers were very friendly and responsive to all the requests by all the customers there. Bathroom: one co-ed inside Starbucks. Ask for a bathroom code Location: this was the one that I didn't really like. To get to Starbucks you had to go into the mall (mostly empty and deserted) and then go through the sliding entrance door to Starbucks. The overall atmosphere of the mall wasn't pleasant and we weren't exactly sure how parking worked (street parking and maybe the indoor mall parking)? Regardless street parking was packed and we barely found an available spot... if I had to park indoors for the mall .. I wouldn't have enjoyed walking through the empty mall just to get to Starbucks.

Street of LA in Starbucks cup!

If you want the view and the vibe of busy streets of Los Angeles, you need to visit the Starbucks located in heart of Koreatown Los Angeles on Wilshire Blvd and Havard. Inside this starbucks are students to workers to employees and everything is so alive and up and running.. it really feels like you can psychologically enjoy your starbucks coffee break any day, any time. I was able to enjoy my coffee break during the busy week day while raining in LA, which made my hot macchiato Latte taste like heaven. I strongly recommend you to visit this location if you are in Ktown Los Angeles! the parking is validated for up to 1 hour and there are meter parkings outside also, although it can be hectic to find one~!

I'm surprised I've never done a review of this Starbucks location as much as I frequent it. It's right across from my job so I'm here often. It's typically very crowded in the morning from 7:30am till about 9 then you might be able to walk straight up to the barista. If you come any time before 9, expect a wait...or order ahead. I've typically received good service here. Occasionally, my order gets lost in the shuffle or my mobile order gets lost but it's not often so no biggie. It's almost always packed with people sitting so don't expect to have space to sit and do work or meet with friends unless you plan ahead and go well before your meeting time to grab a few seats. Nothing much to brag or complain about. When the service gets exceptional or falls below standard you'll be the first to know!

Parking wasn't too difficult to come by, and there are even a few electric charging spots if you need it. I stopped by around noontime and there were people inside/outside chatting, working, taking pics in the photobooth, etc. The line went by quickly and I had my hojicha einspanner in no time! It was so tasty!! The cream top was light and not too sweet. The hojicha was smooth. I really enjoyed it, and the latte definitely helped me keep cool while driving around LA on such a hot day. Before I could even walk away, one of the baristas snatched it from my hand and said, "You're not allowed to use that. The saucers go with the latte mugs!" I paused, glanced at the empty café behind me, and replied, "There are plenty available--surely I can use one." He continued, in a dismissive tone, speaking to me in a way that felt unnecessarily disrespectful. I chose to walk away and still enjoy my pour-over. But it's not just about serving good coffee. Unfortunately, Community Goods is worth the hype and I will be coming back and waiting in line haha…read more I went for the first time a few weeks ago on a Saturday morning around 9:30am and waited 1.5 hours. The line is not for the faint of heart. I tried their matcha einspanner, breakfast sliders, and pistachio toast and all three were AMAZING. - Matcha Einspanner: One of the best matchas I've ever had! The matcha is so well balanced - you can actually taste the matcha, not too sweet, and creamy too. They also sprinkle sea salt on top which helps enhance the matcha flavor. My only complaint is that I wish the cup was bigger. - Breakfast Sliders: I wasn't expecting much from the sliders, but everyone always hypes up their slides, so I knew I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed! The egg is so fluffy and the sauces that come with it are so delicious, especially their hot sauced. I added bacon and avocado too and it was great. - Pistachio Toast: I feel like their pistachio toast is not talked about enough. It was so yummy and satisfying that I wish I could get another one. The toast is hearty and the pistachio spread with sea salt, olive oil, and olive oil is the perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about their toast. Although it is quite pricey, I think the taste and quality justify the price. The interior is small and there's about 6 tables outside which is pretty crowded so you might have to take it elsewhere to enjoy.
