This was my first time visiting, and I really liked the self-checkout system. With all the talk about tipping these days, it was honestly refreshing and I was very satisfied overall. I'm not really into boba, so I ordered a regular coffee and a pistachio drink, and both were really good. The drinks came out super fast, and the cup size was generous for the price, which I definitely appreciated. I'd happily come back again!

Long hair inside my drink

I normally don't give 1 stars but ... I'm sorry this location is horrible. I ordered drinks for my staff and we waited over a hour to receive our drinks ... 6 drinks and 3 orders were the same drink. I understand it's busy and things happen but unacceptable! Then after waiting a hour and I finally have my drink..... what do I see....A HUGE HAIR INSIDE MY DRINK!!!!!! Not outside ( I recorded a video to prove it was inside) So of course I couldn't drink it... just a waste of money and time. I will never order from here again. My staff and I will find somewhere else

Thai milk tea and Pistachio Matcha Frappe

I quite like it here! 3.5 stars! This place has a HUGE variety of drinks from milk teas, frappes, slushies, smoothies, to acai bowls. The menu was a bit overwhelming from the initial look tbh.. but seeing the top 10 drinks was helpful. Last I was here, I had the Thai milk tea (pretty good and the ratio of tea to milk was perfect.. some places usually put too much milk in this) and the pistachio matcha frappe with coffee jelly (this was super refreshing especially during a hot day.. I just wish the matcha flavour was a bit stronger, but that's my preference typically with matcha). I would definitely come back if I'm in the area and try their other offerings - so far, I haven't been disappointed. This place has a decent amount of parking outside and there are a few seats/tables inside. There is wifi and the password is given on the receipt after you make a purchase.

I've been to this particular boba time store a handful of times and I've never been disappointed. Tonight I had a little bit of a sweet tooth so I stopped by to order a strawberry shaved ice with boba. Omg! I can't believe I have never ordered this drink before, it was delicious! I will definitely be back to this location. Everyone is so friendly and their store is always clean.

I must have driven by this chain of spots hundreds of times but never gone inside- until today! A gorgeous mid April day + a nearby man hunt= perfect day to get some steps in with a little boba to boot. A "very LA" day, tbh. The menu is a bit daunting if you've never been before and if you easily get stressed by options (like me hehe) it may cause some anxiety. BUT they have a 'Top 10' listing to make it a bit easier- which I appreciated! I got the house milk tea in a regular size and was surprised to know that boba didn't cost extra! For a flat $5 I was in and out within about 7 minutes- not bad! Eco friendly straws are a bonus and if you wanted to sit and sip there's a decent amount of seating for you and maybe 15 others. Nothing fancy but it's clean and available. For everyone's orders they called numbers which made me quickly look at my receipt to find my number and after committing it to memory was shocked they called my drink out by name and not number. Upon pickup I did double check the order number just to be sure. Overall the drink was nice.. not as sweet as I'm used to expecting from house milk tea offerings as it had a little bitterness in it- almost like overstepping? But not bad for a quick boba fix.

This boba time is good and produces consistent products. The downside is that parking sucks and theres a bunch of gnats/fruit flies flying around outside the parking lot entrance because theyre close to a dumpster. But other than that, the drinks are decent, comes out fast, and is representative of your classic boba time drinks.

Every visit was the same: "Sorry, we're sold out." I started wondering if these mochis were real or just an urban legend. I had better odds of finding a shiny Pokémon than seeing them in the display case. I finally got them and they were absolutely worth the hunt. If you're after the Pikachu or Hello Kitty mochi, be prepared. Bring patience, good timing, and maybe a little luck. Gotta catch them before everyone else does!

I recently moved to the area and became obsessed with this place, coming 2 to 3 times a day for the Eclipse drink. Last night (10/12/2026), the young female working the counter completely ruined that for me with her nasty, standoffish attitude. She didn't greet me, stayed in the back, and only came out with an immediate attitude when I asked to pay with cash, snapping that they had no change. When I asked to enter my rewards number, she refused and told me to use the kiosk. The worst part was the blatant double standard. Another customer was struggling to order, and this employee immediately offered her kind assistance and made her drink on the spot before she even paid. Meanwhile, she made me wait until my payment cleared, made it obvious she dreaded serving me, and then made my drink wrong. I paid for extra boba, and when I pointed out it was missing, she complained and hesitated to fix it. I finally had to just ask for it on the side. She didn't apologize once and literally rolled her eyes at me and said " I put extra boba" but it was evident she didn't. Management needs to address this--treating a loyal, daily customer like garbage is a fast way to lose business.

I didn't interact with the staff since there's an iPad kiosk at the counter for ordering. I got the Traditional Oolong Milk Tea and the Peach Fruit Tea, which came out to about $14. Traditional Oolong Milk Tea: Simple, but really enjoyable. I got it at 70% sweetness, and it was perfect. The boba was chewy and delicious. Peach Fruit Tea: This was tasty, and I liked the balance between the peach flavor and the tea. It also came with peach chunks, which were a nice touch. The only downside was that I got it at 70% sweetness, and it was still a little bitter. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Requested split cup for one of the drinks and sub boba for the sago. They didn't honor the request even though other locations (Arcadia & Arts District) have been able to. When we picked up, we were told that the system doesn't allow it. I think they are just sticklers here. The space is small but there were a few tables and seats. We waited for our drinks and never got an app notification that the drinks were ready. After 10 minutes, we checked in and the drinks had been ready for awhile. Our first drink, green milk tea with 30% sweetness tasted like 0% sweetness. It was supposed to be light ice, but it looked like full ice. The chew of the boba was good though. Our second drink, mango pomelo with 30%, was waayy sweet. I don't think 0% sweetness was an option :( Not bad (we still enjoyed them), but not great!

I do not usually make the drive out to K-Town, but since tickets were only $10.20 per person, we figured it would be worth checking out. Even though I don't really know much about Invincible, I still had a lot of fun. The space is completely transformed with different scenes from the show and there are plenty of photo ops whether you're a fan or just tagging along like I was. It definitely felt more immersive than I expected. The food and drinks are on the pricey side, so we shared a few items instead of each ordering our own: We tried the Monster Girl Matcha, which came in one of the collectible bottles ($20) my friend wanted. The drink itself was okay; not bad, but not my favorite matcha beverage. We also ordered the Invincible Power Wrap ($15), which tasted good but was honestly much smaller than I expected for the price. My favorite thing we tried was definitely Atom Eve's Energy Acai Bowl ($9). I love acai bowls and this one was refreshing with dragonfruit, strawberries, lychee, coconut flakes, and granola. I would order that again. We also shared the Viltrumite Training Cookies ($9). They were basically buttery sugar cookies but came in a pack of 3. Parking was probably the only annoying part. The shopping center seemed to only have valet, so I ended up finding free street parking in the neighborhood and walking about 10 minutes. One thing I thought was really cool was that the employees told us they completely change the theme every few months. They have done collaborations with Godzilla, Final Fantasy VII, and Arcane. Overall, I had a really good time, even as someone who is not familiar with Invincible. If you are a fan of the show and like experiential dining experiences, I would say come check it out.
