I love this Starbucks. I frequently travel out of town to Vacaville California. Every time I leave my home, City and Travel up north. I stopped at the Starbucks in Lodi. It is my go to rest stop as it is a little over two hours into my drive. The restrooms are always super clean, the employees are always super nice, courteous and attentive. They always have a great selection of Starbucks merchandise and my order always comes out correct. No matter what I order or purchase, everything is always just right. If you're ever driving past, and you need to stop and get coffee, stretch your legs or go to the restroom this is the perfect Starbucks to stop it. Totally love it. read more

This location was really good. I ordered online and my drink was ready within a few short minutes. The service was quick and friendly, my pumpkin pie chai latte was made perfectly. The inside of the store was super clean too. The overall area itself didn't seem like the greatest, so might want to keep that in mind if you're traveling solo, but the store itself is great! read more

Usually this Starbucks is amazing. Always friendly staff and quick service. During the holidays I usually get the Carmel brûlée. And whenever I get it I always ask for a little extra toppings on the side. Never had an issue before. Every Starbucks is usually very nice and gives me them. Well today the younger girl with black curly hair was working the drive thru. After I asked her for the extra toppings and said how I usually am able to get them she gave me a weird look and closed the window. I then heard her talking crap with her coworkers about me on the other side of the window and laughing and making fun of me. I'm sorry but I will probably never go back to that Starbucks. I pay extra for the extra toppings as well, which I have no problem doing. But to sit and laugh at me and talk crap about me with your coworkers over it is insane. And if she is reading this, I never said you always give me them. I said they usually give me them referring to any Starbucks I go to and ask for them. I purchase from this Starbucks all the time as it's closest to my house. But I don't think I'll be going there anymore. Such rude customer service. read more

Fastest quality service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks with by the time I pulled up to the window my order was ready. The lemon loaf I got was put in the bag properly so the icing didn't stick to the bottom my macchiato was perfect the staff was friendly. read more

Very rare will I ever 5 star review a Starbucks. Lol, there's always something I have an issue with. Whether it's a rude associate, or a miscommunication in my order, or even an unsanitary facility. I really was pleased with this location. From the customer service to my drink- A quick, easy, FAST experience here off the I-5. A great location while on the road. As soon as you get off the freeway it's about two minutes away. Perfect for foot traffic and business. There were two cars in front of me in the drive-thru and they were quick to order. Awesome. The associate who took my order, I believe it was GABBY, was very kind as well as patient with me as I had a long order. Lots of modifications! Sorry, I'm picky like that. My 5 star review will mainly go to my drink because it was made past my expectations. Usually when I ask for cold foam, they don't give me a lot and I love some cold foam! Tell me why when I get my drink the cold foam was from about half the cup to the lid. I was shook!!! I was like omg. Thank youuuu! Haha. My drink was seriously so good. Sweet, yet bitter from the espresso. And that kick of brown sugar. Enjoyed it. And drank it within minutes! I wish all locations were this good... Thank you for taking your job seriously here. I travel quite a bit and this is one of my regular stops. Today, when I got there I put in my mobile order and went to go in, only to discover that the lobby was closed for a meeting. I had been on the road for almost 2 hours and needed to use the restroom. I called the store and asked if I could get a refund, and that I would just go to the next store. The young woman that answered brought out my drink to me and did it with a smile. She was wonderful. She also directed me to a few other places to use the restroom since their lobby was closed. I just wanted to thank her for being so gracious. Outstanding customer service. I wish I would have gotten her name. read more

Open at 4:30am along a busy trucking and commuter route, this Starbucks is a great addition to the area. Stopped in before hitting the road again after car-camping in a lot across the street. Man I needed something to freshen up, and this was it! Clean bathrooms, comfortable seats and tables, outdoor seating, ample parking, or drive on thru--they have it all. Everything is brand new spotless, the usual Starbucks fixings and treats, plus bright floor-to-ceiling windows and a wide open display area that gives you time and space to peruse. Newspapers delivered daily. Eggnog latte, 'tis the season. And pleasant staff on hand even at this ungodly hour. Bonus star bump for the convenience, immaculate cleanliness, friendliness. This Starbucks off Hwy 5 in Lodi is nice and clean including the main seating area and the restrooms. It is near Carl's Jr., McDonalds and Burger King if you are catching a fast meal. They have a wide selection of Starbucks merchandise if you are into buying that type of thing. They also have the snack boxes and the usual treats. Summer was friendly and the drink was made correctly we'll be back! read more

Literally stopped here with another areas Starbucks beverage because I needed to use the restroom and could not make it home from Sacramento to Stockton without stopping. The "closed for cleaning" sign was up so I went to the counter to ask the woman how much longer it would be closed. She walked me over there and asked the woman who was cleaning, Summer, if she would be finished soon. Summer was super nice and helpful and let me know I could use it, no problem at all. She was extremely sweet and understood i just needed a quick potty break. I really appreciated Summer's service especially when the counter woman seemed like it was an unpleasant request. After I was able to use the restroom I found Summer cleaning hard in the men's room and thanked her but it would be great if she could get some special thanks from her employer too! read more

Well located starbucks with easy access to the 5 a good stop before you get into urban areas. Coffee was top SB quality but we were shocked at how filthy the bathrooms were. Looked neglected for years. We ended up using the bathrooms at the nearby Chevron station. Which were cleaner! read more
