Wow! This is the worst starbucks I have been in. First of all the Starbucks I usually visit are super friendly. This one you can tell Jo one wants to be working there at all. I had asked for a London fog extra hot and I was told they do not have extra hot. The water comes out of the spigot the temp it comes out. That should be hot enough for me. Um.... What? Okay so my understanding is that it's not even the water for extra hot but the milk is heated hotter to keep the drink warm longer. But she was so nasty I didn't even feel like explaining. It would have been one of those who's the bigger fool argument and I just wanted out. Lastly, the bathroom was filthy. TP all over the floor. Like no one had checked in a while. This is the only Starbucks that can correctly make a Dopio Espresso Machiato every time. It's the simplest drink Starbucks serves other than a cup of coffee (it's a scoop of foam with a double shot of espresso poured through it). If you order a DEM, you don't want a cup of milk and this is the rare Starbucks that understands that. The service is always friendly and the drivethrough is swift. This Starbucks got my drink ready so quick this morning! I ordered it at 6:58am and when I pulled up at 7:02am, the drink way already ready! This was my first time visiting this specific Starbucks and from the look of it, they are very clean! So why 3 stars? Unfortunately, they gave me a drink that was quite frankly watered down pretty bad. I had ordered a vanilla latte with only one shot of espresso in a grande size. Usually they would add more milk and it would taste fine! Well today, it seems like the milk and foam was lacking. So I was tasting watered down milk with a hint of coffee. Bathroom was filthy. Cashier incorrectly placed our order, and ended up overcharging us (the seasonal drink is $6.75 we somehow paid $8.40).

I went in at 8:40am November 3rd 2025, and this cashier lady in her 30s-50s who is white with curly hair was being so rude and nasty to the man trying to pay. I work in service so I understand it's stressful sometimes but her attitude towards him was so foul I left before ordering it was unacceptable. I think this was about the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had, the worst customer service I have ever had. I pulled up to the speaker and was told they'd be right with me. Waited about 7 minutes and someone finally said "hi have you been helped?" To which I said no and gave my order. The order for the ONE car in front of me took at least another ten minutes. I got to the window and held out my Starbucks card and started to say "Hi I'm not sure how much is on this" to the cashier but he interrupted and said, clearly annoyed, "can I scan the barcode?" I let him scan it, then my next one, then he said "ok the remaining balance is 80 cents," which I thought meant there was 80 cents remaining on the card he gave back to me. So I put it away and looked back to him just staring at me. Then he annoyedly said "um, 80 cents is the balance?" and I realized he meant I owed that still and felt really embarrassed. He hurriedly gave me my drinks which were fine but I just wanted to say he was so rude and made me feel so unwelcome and like such a burden that it kind of ruined my afternoon. And as someone who worked at Starbucks for a long time, I know that is far below their standard for customer service. And also as someone that goes out of their way to not be a burden on servers, this one was my worst nightmare. Avoid this one if you can. Ugh, what an awful awkward experience. read more

This Starbucks normally get my order right and they always get the shots right and don't burn them- which is great. We really don't like burned shots. I love that it's a drive through- sometimes I'm just too lazy to get out of the car, or I'm in my PJ's picking up someone at BART- and who needs the shame of going into Starbucks in their PJ's? Sure, it's a coffee emergency, but still, the shame. So do give this one a try- but DO check your order. Not a bad place, not a bubbly or picked up place. No music so only audio is orders being taken. Plenty (6?) of staff and all moving. Today is just not the most energetic, bubbly baristas one expects. They are certainly not rude, just focused in the job. Always a busy drive-thru which is great right by the freeway. Indoor seating is okay but not sure last time someone came through and cleaned up abandoned used cups and floor of straw paper droppings. On that note, why can't people clean up after their own selves? Outdoor seating is plentiful. The view of the trees is relaxing. The traffic noise is minimal. Service is 10/10 and being greeted by friendly, kind baristas is a great way to start my morning! Keep up the awesome vibe! I did a mobile order and went into to use the restrooms 30 minutes before closing. My mother had just used the restroom seconds before, but when I went in I was told they were being cleaned and they'd been sprayed completely with some substance. After waiting awkwardly for the person to come back so I could ask how long it would be, I asked another employee and was told it would take thirty minutes and when I said I'd been on the road, they just bluntly said to use the restrooms at the gas station. The staff barely spoke to me to explain this I had to ask several times, including one person who is on headphones I had to ask several times for a straw. I know people want to leave early but this seems a little ridiculous for an out of-of-the-way Starbucks on a road stop. It felt too well-timed and racially charged if I'm honest, don't recommend if you are not from the area. read more

Every time I come here most of the time there is something wrong with my order. I ordered online a Hot white chocolate mocha and a bagel... I got the wrong drink and my cream cheese was missing so I asked for one and they said that it wasn't included and that I had to pay extra for it. Funny that at other locations they just hand it to me and online it doesn't say that it doesn't come with cream cheese. The small cream cheese is over a $1 and they still expect a tip. Pretty disappointing when you spend $9.00 on a coffee and when you go to pick it up, the staff is super rude. I placed my order on the app, and when I ran in to get it, I smiled at a guy and girl standing behind the counter and said thank you. They both just looked at me with disgusted looks on their faces and did not say a word. I'm thinking they were upset that I interrupted their conversation with my thanks? Who knows. What I do know is that my coffee was terrible; again, they must have been too deep in conversation to pay attention to my order to make it the right way. This place also has a drive-thru which is always a big line of cars, and there was only one person making all the drinks. They definitely need to hire more people. This location is hit and miss. Today I waited 30 mins just to get my drink. I noticed the line was really long and decided I'd walk in, well when I got to the door sadly it said lobby is closed drive through only...even tho my mobile order was already ready according to the app. Very frustrating! So I got back into my car and to my displeasure the line was even longer than it was when I had first pulled up. They really should allow walks ins cause it would make the orders go so much faster. My food was cold when I got it but luckily the girl was able to reheat it. But that tells me aside from the app telling me that it was ready 30 mins prior that it had just been sitting there. And if that's the case it would have been much faster to walk in and grab it. Not only for me but for the staff to get through the line. Sometimes it's quick here a lot of times it's not.
