I'd never visited this Starbucks before and am glad I did. I had a few minutes to waste so figured I'd find an air conditioned seat and work for awhile. I love that all Starbucks' stores offer free WiFi. The best part of the store was my interaction with Alex. He was so welcoming and personable as I entered and placed my order. He knew the menu options very well and was easily able to advise me on what would best meet my palate's desire. Alex even brought my drink directly to my table when it was ready. And, this Starbucks includes a sticker on each table reminding guests they are eligible for a free coffee or tea if they finish their purchased drink and are still in-store. Every Starbucks experience is different every experience is new. Previously, I learned of the new policy that without making a purchase, you couldn't get the code for the restroom and that it was now a fee to get water. Today I made a stop prepared to pay a fee to get water and make a purchase so my son could get the code for the restroom but at this Starbucks there is no code for the restroom and you need to make a purchase to get water because they don't charge for water. I did find an inexpensive item to buy, and Amy the barista who made is not a morning person. Dad had prepared the water, but I requested extra ice, and when I gently asked for extra ice, was unaware of the scowl on her face in response to it.. I frequent this location and have never had this issue before. A gratuity was added before payment, and although I selected "no tip" on the device, the tip still appeared on the final receipt. This feels misleading and unacceptable. Shame on you .Please do better. read more

I went through the drive-thru and had a very uncomfortable experience with the staff. When I reached the window, the employee mentioned tipping and then signaled to his coworker after I chose not to tip. I told him politely that I don't tip at the drive-thru. After that, he went back to his coworker, and the coworker leaned over to look at me and gave me a very unfriendly, judgmental look. The interaction felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. I didn't feel safe or respected, so I asked for a refund because I no longer trusted receiving a drink that was being prepared by someone acting that way. Customers should never feel judged or treated differently based on whether they tip. I expect better professionalism from Starbucks employees, especially at the drive-thru. Molly, denied me purchasing water because I was not purchasing anything else. She claimed it's Starbucks company policy. Of course I had to call Starbucks and the representative said that is in fact NOT their policy. As well as I was not being denied service due to any reason on my accordance. Molly just denied selling me water unless I made additional purchases. I've been going to this Starbucks for ten years to purchase cups, drinks, food, and more. I go to this Starbucks at least 5 out of the 7 days of the week. Everyone is always super friendly and I don't think they have messed up my annoying Java Chip Frappuccino; Doubled blended; add shot; no whip. It does get pretty busy in the morning but they always thank me for waiting or ask me what my plans are for the day while I wait for the Frappuccino. I've only been inside a few times (I enjoy the comfort of my car what can I say) but every time it's been clean and organized. read more

I usually do mobile order and just ask the people at the pick up window for my order, they happily give me my drinks and I'm out of there quickly. I had a free drink waiting for me so thought it'd be nice to spot by and try something I haven't gotten before. There's always so much you can customize to make your experience better every time. The kids working at this smallish Starbucks are pretty chill. Greeting customers as they arrived, while still working on their tasks without missing a beat. Granted I went during the part of the afternoon when I was the 2nd customer inside this location besides the chill teens working their summer gig. But outside it is still clocking in at a "it's totally normal for Vegas" 107F at almost 4:45pm, which Trump scientists have assured us with absolute certainty that it absolutely have nothing to do with even the slightest possibility of climate change or global warming (fake science), and certainly not warm enough to ground commercial flights or wilt plastic mailboxes or fences. How some crazy out of town tourists are still able to walk up and down The Strip in this dry heat is incomprehensible to me. Maybe they are visiting from Venus or Death Valley. Anyway, I made yet another Starbucks visit spurred on by these Starbucks app challenges they keep alerting me to, with the promises of free drinks, bonus stars and double stars got my loyal patronage. I guess the gamer in me couldn't turn down the challenge, even though in all my other mobile games I am the freeloader that refuses on principle to spend real cash for in-game loots. But as far as Starbucks the mini-game is concern, I have somehow been induced into becoming the fee-for-play type player that I have otherwise been extremely successful in resisting across all the other gaming titles. Anyway, it all started with those limited time and extremely coveted Groupon and Living Social deals where you pay $10 to get $20 worth of Starbucks cash, which you can only redeemed by downing the Starbucks app or reloading it onto your Starbucks card. For a few years that balance just sat there, not earning a penny in the Starbucks vault. Then the Unicorn Frappuccino happened, and I used my credit on the Starbucks app to financed and earned a couple points (stars). Next thing I know I started to notice these challenges on my notification history. Star Dash: Buy any two items and earn 75 bonus stars, killed it. Menu Challenge: Buy 3 items from the menu to earn 100 bonus stars. It forced me to buy a breakfast sandwich, which I would have normally skipped. But I cleared this stage easily just like those F2P Chinese players that I imagined wouldn't even blink twice spending $100 on virtual goodies. The bonus today was A Whole Day of Double Stars. Earning twice the stars for your Starbucks App in-game purchases. So after just 3 days of playing Starbucks Mobile, I managed to racked up 244 stars towards the 300 stars goal in order to upgrade to Gold. Not sure exactly what that actually means, but evolving to the next stage can only mean good things right? So I just want to thank the kiddos at the 3 Starbucks I've hit up in the past 3 days for making my experience of grinding to level up to the next level as tasty as possible. I know I shouldn't keep playing this game, but I am pretty sure I will find it difficult to resist the next Starbucks challenge. Until then stay cool and hydrated. And for making my orders without ever messing up! Oh, this location has two gender neutral restrooms that are super clean! Kudos. read more

Got to the store at 926 my sandwich was there getting cold no drink to be found. I waited til 933 to ask someone since literally no one has acknowledged me by that point and I told the girl my drink wasn't there her response was it will be right up... but didn't ask me my name or what my drink was. I had to get another persons attention at 940 when I had yet to get my drink. Who then said it would be right up.... Great Starbucks! The drive through is efficient but it's on the corner of Maryland and windmill so it's a busy location. Seating area is adequate. Not conducive for a big groups but good for individuals or small meetings. Staff is friendly and the new pay through the Starbucks app is nice. Although with this location the line is almost never long except for Friday's. Getting a Starbucks gold card is well worth the hassle if you visit their stores at least 12 times a year. Name is Joe I think that when this store closed for months their patrons missed out so much. I am so glad they reopened. Kristen and crew including the young gal who introduced me to Dopios have the best customer service of any Starbucks in the valley and I go to at least 2 different locations a day. I have been a Starbucks Gold member since 2008. The only one thing I don't like about this location is that the music tends to be so loud most of the time. Other than that if you want some good coffee with the friendliest service with excellence, this is the Starbucks you need to go to. 10 Stars here. read more

I always have an issue with my drinks being cross contaminated here. Whether it is not wiping & blowing out the steam wand before drinks, or just scooping whip off of my soy drink when I asked for none in the first place. If you want a laid-back Starbuck's in the Southeast valley, I recommend this cafe. Everytime I hang out here, I never wait on a line or table. The music is Starbuck's radio playing at just the right volume. The atmosphere is the opposite of the nearby hyper-jumping Eastern at I-215 Starbuck's. Whenever I am exhausted I'll hang out here. I leave the cafe more relaxed. This Starbucks with drive-thru service is convenient to travellers along I-215, Windmill Road, and Maryland Parkway. However it blends in with a relatively vacant shopping center and Chevron along Maryland Parkway just south of Windmill, making it hard to see. Overall if you want a laid-back Starbucks experience in the Southeast valley, or are in the vicinity of I-215, Maryland Parkway, or Windmill, this is a one I recommemend. read more

Good place, friendly service, free wifi with tables and chairs to hang out for a while. The staff welcomes you when you walk in and when you come to the counter the greeting is even more welcoming. Its Starbucks so the drinks are pretty much the same as any other, however, the music selection here is good and the atmosphere is warming enough to make you want to hang out for a while. They get a good crowd that flows through here every day and they allow you to hang as long as you like. Its nice to have a place to go hang out in for a bit and have anything from just a cup of water to a coffee drink. My son-in-law comes through here just about every morning and he has NEVER complained about the drive through or the service, so this place has to have an amazing group of managers with an amazing work environment and stafff. I can say that my experience here, I see a friendly staff who all get along with each other, they take a lot of pride in their work and the environment is one of a place one would enjoy working. read more

This Starbucks is always super busy, especially the drive-through, but they get through the line fairly quickly. When I see a long line for the drive-through I just go inside because this location doesn't have too many people that physically go in to order their drink. If you're in a hurry, I recommend going inside because you're literally in and out within minutes. The only reason why I give them 4 stars is because my wet cappuccino was pretty much a latte. I'm not one of those super picky customers who will have them make the drink again because of a little too much milk. I worked at Starbucks as a teenager so I know how those kind of people can make your day suck. Cappuccinos are also a pretty tricky drink to make in general so I tend to give them some slack when it doesn't come out perfect. They also have mobile ordering here so you can order your drink through their app and pick it up inside if you don't want to wait. REVIEW PT. 2 I tried the mobile order here for the first time and it was awesome! I ordered my drink through the app and was even able to redeem my reward through it. I went in and thought my drink was going to be at the pick up but it never came. Finally I asked and it was sitting there ready to go. I was stupid and didn't read the sign that said for mobile orders ask the barista so that was my bad. I will definitely be doing mobile order from now on. It's so fast and convenient. The only thing is I don't think you're able to tip them through the mobile order, which sucks because I like to tip the every time. read more
