Cute place to have dessert with the family. I just got fruit, one of my kids got yogurt and toppings, the other just got toppings. My husband got a little of everything. The fruit and toppings were fresh. I love that unlike other places, here you chose exactly what you think you're going to eat, no waste! Want more, no problem, get a cup and serve yourself again. One of the busiest day to be there is the BOGO day and we are here at 8:30pm, it's pretty packed for a cold raining day. Lots of flavors of yogurt with lots of toppings. Great stuff! Counter of where the toppings was messy but it's not the workers' fault. I see the workers try to clean up and organize but then you have a few ppl just putting the toppings on and missing their cup or just not looking and putting the serving spoon back to the wrong container. Lots of seatings inside. One worker is cleaning or organizing while another is ringing up customers. Exhausted but trying to smile and be courteous. Good job overall. This was my first time at this location. Location is pretty easy to get to and plenty of parking. Inside is not too big or small. They had plenty of flavor choices to choose from and multiple toppings. This time I chose the matcha and passion orange guava tart and they were both great choices. The two employees that were working were very attentive and gave great service. This location offered a military discount and the price was reasonable. For a few years (I want to say like right before the pandemic) it was a bit dirty and sketchy in here but this last time we came in felt like the early days when all the toppings always looked and tasted fresh. If you're lactose intolerant, like me, you might want to reconsider. It shocks me how frozen yogurt places don't accommodate for individuals that are lactose intolerant. This location has 1 option and it's not a very good option. From time to time they add options but it's very rare. Anyhow, i do recommend this location just can't give it 5 stars. Normally, this is a self-serve ice cream spot, but with everything going on with the pandemic lately, they are actually serving you. They had markers on the floor for where to stand to keep a distance, as well as tables in front of the area where you would normally walk up and serve yourself some fro-yo. Instead, there was a nice staff member behind the tables asking what flavor you wanted and what size. My absolute favorite is tart, so I got a full cup of that! My husband really wanted to try the churro flavor and of course his favorite, cake-batter. After that, they hand over your bowl to another staff member that helps you pick toppings for you (another part you normally do yourself). I got cheesecake cubes and chocolate chips. My husband opted for no toppings. The toppings also have a plastic sheet in front for added safety which I appreciated. When this is all done, they put it on the scale where another team member rings you up! It's super easy. I got a lid for mine and we took ours to-go. There is I believe one or two tables you can eat at inside, and they also have a few seats outside, too, but we took ours home to enjoy with a movie. The tart flavor is seriously my fave and so delicious. My husband LOVED the churro flavor, too. I even tried it and it really did taste just like a churro.
