I ordered a latte and some beignets for the road with white chocolate sauce, and OMG - so so yummy! I loved my little piece of NOLA in MD. & my next time in the area, I will for sure be returning. This location is super fitting too, with a lot of customers coming with their laptop or workbooks to not only eat and be served, but to use the space for their own personal development.

This review is about service and class and who I will and will not trust to prepare what I consume…read more I ordered a Velvet ice with oat milk. The woman taking my order added "no whip" because she assumed I didn't want dairy at all. When I asked for the whip they, with a nasty attitude, told me I had to pay extra. That didn't make sense to me considering the photo shows whip cream included. They started having a conversation in the back about me for making this simple request pointing out what their menu shows. I then pulled up the menu, waited in line again, and I showed them the menu and the mobile app which both show whip included and which you actually have to deselect it and neither has an additional fee. The woman preparing my order acknowledged that she deselected it on my behalf since I asked for oat milk. At this point - this is absolutely not about the whip cream or the upcharge, it is the abhorrent service, the aggressive demeanor, and the unexplained disdain I was shown when I treated both women with nothing but respect from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out of the establishment. ATP the woman who took my order saw the issue and was going to resolve it by, of course, adding the included whip cream! However, the manager, DJ returned and interfered refusing to allow her to do so & going on a rant directed at me when I was not at all in communication with her. Then, as she was returning my order (which included a tip btw!!) she proceeded to attempt to insult me by saying, "if you don't have 70 cents to pay for this, just say so." For the record, the tip I left was more than the 70 cents so that obviously did not land well. Throughout this dumbfounding experience, I was standing there, my voice calm, not raised, in a store full of my customers (after I patiently waited in line a second time) at 10 months pregnant. We all have bad days, but on so many levels, this cannot be acceptable at any point. To insult someone to try to win a "debate" over a non-issue in an industry where some of us remember "the customer is always right," is despicable at best. I hope someone finds a training opportunity in this, but I will not return to ever find out.

The only major shock that I had was buying hot food and bringing it at home. The sticker shock on my food had me frozen and stalled for a moment then I got passed it. They have everything in the store just a variety is varieties of produce and cheese and meat which I don't eat. The breads are beautiful; I've spent more time standing in the aisle than I should have just looking over stuff. Do not go to the grocery store hungry that's a general statement for all grocery stores, but particularly Wegmans. I was walking down the aisles planning in my head how big a sandwich I can make or should I go to the deli bar and have them make the sandwich. There's so many products to choose from such as bread, condiments, cheese produce, and a vegetable even my faux meats. Wegmans has their own brand of plant base meats. I can take all of the ingredients home and build it as big as I want and as sloppy as I want. It was just too much to consider but I'm glad I encountered Wegmans. I'm gonna miss it when I go back to the West Coast. My suitcase will be full of Wegmans food instead of souvenirs from the various sites of the area.‍‍

This restaurant was very new, having opened less than a month before our visit, and it was packed with people on a Monday morning. One thing that immediately stood out was the atmosphere. The restaurant had a fresh, modern feel, and the space was noticeably larger than most First Watch locations we've visited. It felt open, bright, and welcoming despite how busy it was. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. We waited about 25 minutes to be seated, and our food took a little longer than usual to arrive, but given the crowd, that was understandable. As always, First Watch delivered a great experience. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. My husband and I had a good laugh when she asked if we wanted separate checks at the end of our meal. LOL The food arrived hot, fresh, and well-seasoned, just as we've come to expect from First Watch. Overall, it was another enjoyable visit, and I would definitely return the next time I'm in the area.

I'd say the only thing I'm not thrilled about are their breakfast sandwiches - especially their sourdough option. They're all dry! We ate at home and adding some fresh tomato and mayo was a game changer, but without it not worth the purchase. Why 4 stars then? Well, friendly and competent service! We've rolled up to the drive through on a few occasions and I've been filled with dismay, line around the building. But they're pushing orders out the window very quickly, in many instances they had cars pay, get their food, drinks and roll past the window in less than a minute. My kinda drive through. Lattes are tasty, milky, and very inoffensive. I'd prefer a bit more oomph to my espresso, but given Dunkin' is shooting for the common denominator I'd say they're making a real nice acceptable latte. One donut we've gotten was our favorite maple, and it didn't disappoint.

Gone are the blue walls and no more of the carry out feel. I remember this place had some of best bacon but you can tell the quality of food has gone out the window. I walked in and was greeted by a guy taking orders. His customer service skills were good. That was the only reason for the 2 stars. I ordered the wings and waffle, Belgian waffle and breakfast platter along with 2 drinks for $42 bucks. Not too bad. We sat at a table and the food came. Once again, the guy at the counter was great. He made sure to bring over our waffles while they were hot. That was the only part of the food that was good/decent, hence the second star. The rest is poor quality and belongs in the trash. The eggs were not real and god awful. The 8 wingettes came straight out of a freezer bag/ air fryer. TRASH. The bacon was fresh out of the microwave. I'll never ever come back. The food is that bad. If there was anyone standing outside needing food I would have happily given it to them. This place has fallen off a cliff hence the empty parking lot. It is a hard no for me.
