Every time I come here, I get service with a smile...my order is correct...and I leave with a smile. :) I mean really...ITS JUST COFFEE...or tea...or a lemonade. If i ask for a black coffee, why get upset if I taste it and you decided to sweetened my coffee lol I didn't ask for that! Yelp help me make it make sense!!! But here- their staff gets it. Slowest Starbucks ever do not patronize, waited almost 20 minutes for 2 drinks and the place was not real busy,

Absolutely no reason to mobile order at this location, at least this day, when drive-thru is pushing out orders 5 cars to 1 mobile (placed 15mins prior to arrival). The fact that the little girl making drinks for mobile and in-store orders was very nonchalant about everything was crazy. She was chatting with teammates (not about the orders - we could hear her), laughing, and all but not pushing out drinks. After waiting so long, some people asked for their money back, others like me stood there and waited. It took 25mins for my mobile order to be filled., absolutely unacceptable. Lastly, the employees need to stop parking in front of the store taking up customer spaces. The red Jeep and the gray car belong to employees ...parked right in the front ...smh. Training is necessary. They gotta do better. I will say this...during the week, Alex is on the ball., the one bright light at this location. read more

This location is convenient however the configuration is an absolute nightmare and cluster as it is next to a Chick-fil-A. I digress lol. The AM crew here are rockstars and I've never had an issue in the years I've returned. My orders are always right, and as hunger pangs strike, they always have my pastry and/or sandwich. I decided not to order. After waiting in drive thru after 7 cars, the experience was not a good one. I get the window the cashiers says good morning welcome to Starbucks and then radio silence for 5 mins. Then says good morning again and again nothing. I ask if she was ready for order and then she respond what can I get for you. I went on to place my order and she seemed distracted and did not do a good job answering my questions. It took a while for my second drink in my mobile order to be ready. The drive thru line was swamped. Once I got it, it wasn't as good as other locations. I didn't finish it. Only reason I didn't have them remake it because of the wait. I just doubt I would return to this location. read more

I come to this Starbucks quite often and have been coming over 10 years or so, as it's pretty close to my job. Initially, when I first started going they had a great group of baristas. However, over the last couple years, I haven't really been feeling the vibe. The music is always loud and parking isn't always great...the drive thru is always crazy. I think overall the way the area is set up, isn't the best. Staff dont really take the time for their customers. So I started mobile ordering ....this helped avoid the line. It usually takes them quite a while to have my order ready, which I thought mobile order could help avoid. Today I decided to order something and realized I had never reviewed this location. My experience today doesn't really impact my rating, but I definitely have it three starts because of the one barista that usually does a good job with my drinks (unfortunately I can't remember his name). Today, however, I didn't have such a great experience.. .once again I ordered ahead via mobile order and waited about 7 mins for my drink. Then, I saw the barista make my drink, which was about 2/3 full (ordered a trenta) then used ice to fill the rest...what a rip off. I didn't say anything because I had to get back to work. But the fact that I paid $6 for a drink that was filled with ice really erked me. So if it wasn't for the usual guy that's they in the morning, this Starbucks probably wouldn't get there stars. read more

I had a decent experience in this Starbucks today. I ordered a specialty coffee and two food items - a blueberry scone and blueberry muffin. I'm not sure if the cashier was new but I realized after waiting for a little while that I hadn't received my muffin. When I checked with the cashier she informed me she never rung up my muffin. No worries. She charged me for it and I paid and went to the end of the counter to wait. I think I waited like 5-7 minutes for my muffin and the place wasn't even busy. I finally mentioned something to one of the baristas making the drinks and he was able to get someone to give me the muffin. On a more positive note, the baristas making the drinks were really good. They knew what they were doing and were helpful. read more

This was my first visit to this location and prob my last because I'm never in this area anyway. There was literally nobody in line or waiting for anything when I walked in to order. The person making the beverages told me to hold on while he made the orders for the drive through. I held on for about 10 minutes before an employee slowly strolled from the back and nicely took my order. I asked her about one of the drinks and she said it was popular with people but she hadn't tried it (didn't help me at all). She took my order which was a toasted white chocolate mocha frappe and nothing else. 10 minutes after ordering, the drink maker comes from the back room with my drink in hand. He hands it to me and I immediately notice that my frappe is more like milk! How is my drink melted already and I just received it!!!! Also, what was he doing with my drink in the back!!! Questions that need answers! In other news, they have plenty of seating in the restaurant and a nice fenced in outside seating area on the side of the restaurant. I go to Starbucks all over this country when I travel and I order the same drink, the same way each time. A tall Frappuccino with two extra scoops of ice in a venti cup. I don't do it to get a bigger drink for a cheaper price. I do it because I don't like for my drink to melt down too quickly. While at a different Starbucks, more than a year ago, a sales clerk suggested that we put my drink in a venti cup, since they'll throw the rest of it out anyway. I thought that was a good idea and that's how I've ordered it ever since. Today, I go into this Starbucks and they tell me that if I wanted a venti, I should have ordered a venti. Never have I ever in over a year, had anyone to complain about what I ordered or how I order it. The fact is, you're giving me the venti cup and so why pour the remainder of the product down the drain? They decided to give me the venti cup with the exact amount of a tall and tell me that this is customary practice. If it were customary practice then they would do it like this at EVERY other Starbucks I've visited and not just this one. This Starbucks is in an African-American community and has a crew reflective of its customer base. Why do we have different rules in communities that serve our people and we don't even recognize it? I politely asked for my money back. Not only did they lose a sale, they threw good product down the drain and got a bad review. Horrible and inconsiderate! Messed up by order and slammed the window on my face when I was telling her the correct order. Olga the store manager did absolutely nothing to right this wrong and neither did Nick the area manager. All I got was "sorry we couldn't do anything." I have been a customer at this location for so long. Not to mention the girl even took my money and never refunded me when my receipt stated it was supposed to be a cash refund. We frequent Starbucks pretty often both locally and while traveling. The customer service and attitudes are great every where else, except this particular location. I would like to note 2 recent in events: 1) I went to pick up my confine order and could see it sitting behind the plexiglass, but couldn't reach it. I said excuse me 4 times to a barista standing there, saw her look my direction, then back down while doing basically nothing. If I could have reached it I would have just gotten it myself. I stood and waiting for 7 minutes before another barista eventually and begrudgingly asked my name and gave me my order. 2) The morning of the last snow we received about 2 weeks ago, I looked online to see if they were open and it said they were. I pulled up and walked to the door and didn't see a sign stating they were closed so I tried to open the door. I had no problem that they were closed, but instead of saying we're closed, they yelled through door, "go home." This is the most unprofessional and borderline ghetto Starbucks I have been to in or outside the U.S. They are the opposite of what the brand represents. read more

Ordered my beverage. Med Carmel macchiato. I go use the restroom and wash my hands. I go and sit and wait. And wait. Nothing happening. I see people working behind the counter. I go to the counter and they hadn't even started my beverage. They basically forgot about my order. There were 3 customers in the store but, they'd been there and consumed their purchases. There were 2 vehicles in the drive thru when I drove around the store. 2md thing, this location was filthy compared to most locations and there were flies buzzing around. read more

I have been coming here for awhile now & I have to say that this location, although sometimes not too professional in the maturity sense, is always consistent with their products and customer service. This Starbucks not only has a small & cozy ambiance with seating inside but also, a drive thru for those who need their coffee on the go! I always get the same thing when I come here: Quad Grande Caramel Macchiato with extra ice (& when I say extra, I mean ALOT) filled to the top in a Venti cup. Yea, I said Venti cup! You did not read that sentence wrong. They get it correct every time, & never complain about my complicated order :P well, at least when I'm not around. Haha! Favs: Drive thru - they are fast & consistent! Would change: Have your employees be a bit more professional when taking orders as far as having them pay full attention to the customer not joke around with other coworkers. This isn't my regular Starbucks but it's close to home so I end up here every now and then. Service has always been on the pretty poor side. Today, I came in, ordered and sat down at a table. Many people came after me and left with their order, but no sign what so ever of mine. Finally (after maybe 10 mins), I went to the counter to ask about it and my order was sitting near in some corner. Ice in my iced beverage melted. No apology, no offer to remake it since it had been sitting out. Only a look of attitude. My order was correct this time, but almost every other time I have come here, they have gotten my order wrong - and it's never even that complicated. Other than the service, the location itself is great. It's very convenient, there's limited but enough sitting space, plenty of parking as well. read more

Plenty of parking around the whole facility. Friendly staff for being here early on a Sunday morning. I got here and it looks like I interrupted the restocking of coffee, syrups, nicknacks and stuff for people to purchase. It doesn't look like anyone has cleaned the floors in a day or two. There is spilled coffee next to the chair in sitting in. There's also some napkins soaked from the rain on the tables outside. Nice regular Starbucks music playing overhead. One of the staff members is sitting on the barstool with her leg up on the other stool playing on her smartphone. Not too professional in my opinion. The rest of the staff behind the bar is busy as can be. Ill probably come back. Just to see if they cleaned the floors. read more

This Starbucks is ALWAYS busy (drive-thru and inside) BUT they manage to keep up...most of the time. I typically get a Caramel Macchiato. This most recent visit it was just ok. When I'm paying like $7 for a cup of coffee it should be as close to perfect as possible and this was not the case. I asked for extra sweet and it definitely wasn't sweet. I tried the Ham and Swiss sandwich and I must say it was simply delicious! I really enjoyed it and will go back again for another one. The croissant was buttery fresh, Swiss cheese was melted perfectly with the ham. I honestly don't remember what the ham tasted like because it was so good (and I ate it so fast) with the cheese and bread but hey at least I can tell you that it was good! LOL It was dried out. Everything was all good. I plan to visit this location again and will definitely update my review if I see the need to do so. But it's worth stopping by for coffee (just grab extra sugar - don't forget like I did). Better yet, taste it before you leave if time permits. read more

Today I hit up this SBUX for my free pastry. Its 3/23/10. Starbucks Free Pastry day if you didn't already know. I was all prepared to park and get out and go inside and wait in a helluva long line for my free generic pastry. Much to my surprise, I was second in line at the drive thru and I could choose from whatever pastry I wanted. I used my starbucks card, popped my venti soy misto in the cup holder, took a waaaay too big bite of the double iced cinnamon roll, and zoomed off! As the start of the day goes: Woohoo! I heart this starbucks SO MUCH. Vista Gardens is sentimental anyway to me, its where my grandparents lived-literally. Actual house was between starbucks and buffalo wild wings, until they started demolishing and building. Who knew I'd grow up to be a coffee freak. Anyhoo..I heart my favorite baristas: Kennan, Sion, Sade, Matt, Amanda, Michelle..(in that order--just kidding). If Charles the district manager is reading this...PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT CURRENT MANAGER. I so miss David and the other woman (can't remember her name). This guy doesn't seem to get the coporate culture. He's very sterile, not a team player (as line extends out the door-he rarely if ever pitches in and I wonder if he even knows how to make coffee.) I've seen him be a little standoffish and boaderline rude to other customers. And the vibe is totally different. But I love the coffee...I only wonder though if you could switch up the espresso like you do the drip. I'd love to experiment with the Kenyan, Colombian, Peruvian blends. read more

I love this location. The seating was ample (way more than the Starbucks near me), and the customer service was great. None of the workers here seemed to get irritated when I kept having to ask questions about different things. The cashier even convinced me to buy one of those Starbucks cups. The drive thru is pretty fast, but almost every time I order any type of espresso drink it tastes like milk or a watered down version.

I ordered a Triple Mocha Frappuccino with Coconut Milk and no whip. Although I received what I ordered. The consistency was some trash. It seems like either too much liquid and very little ice was put or the the drink was blended too long. I feel like I'm just drinking a overly blended smoothie. As many years as I've been having Starbucks this is the first bad Frappuccino. No type of little ice pieces like I'm used to having. I won't be returning. read more

I've spent a lot of money at this Starbucks. I've always preferred this one over the one o Annapolis Rd because my order was always done consistently. I stopped in today after having a bad experience the last 2 times. I'm really trying to give this place a chance! I always ask for my order the same way, same temperature- 190 degrees- anything less tastes cold to me (weird but true). I just left the drive through and could tell by grabbing the cup that my order wasn't right. In the pouring rain, I decided to walk inside instead of inconveniencing the other customers in the drive through. I asked for my money back. I'm really frustrated with this place and I'm almost ready to switch to Dunkin' Donuts. The last bad experience I had, customer service sent a message to the owner. This location does not meet the standard level of service I've come to expect from Starbucks. I'm not into expensive milkshakes for adults, so I actually come here for espresso. There are two things that help justify the premium price at Starbucks: the laid back atmosphere that includes a lounge area, and the employees really being on top of things. Usually Starbucks employees are kind, easy to talk to, and seem to really want to take care of the customers. This location definitely lacks that personality. read more
