There is now only a single bar style row along the windows. I came as a group and there was no way to sit together to chat. The only alternative was to bake outside in the summer sun in their S and W facing patios. Ugh. The good news is that many drinks (hot coffee, ice coffee, iced teas) come with unlimited refills. Took full advantage of it. Tasty.

Especially that girl barista with a light brown hair. I seldom see this kind of customer service anymore. Takes time to say hi and asks the customers how their day is going. I'm big on customer interaction being in a client facing industry and it doesn't have to be a long conversation. It goes a long way and makes the job enjoyable. Sadly it's something you don't see often nowadays. You can tell that her regular customers know her. As for the store, it is clean, plenty of tables, bathroom is clean, there's plenty of parking, service was fast. Music was not blasting as some of the Starbucks I've been to. As for coffee I usually have the same tall Pike and is consistent in all Starbucks I've been to. Nice job!

How is this possible??? I looked around most of the stores around here don't open until after 10am. On top, most of the stores here are related to building materials and supplies, constructions, engineering company and yes there is one giant casino across the street. But how does it manage to get so many people here. I guess lack of food competition. Maybe???? Anyways, I got the Green Tea Frap which is my go to drink. It was super tasty. I haven't had that drink in ages. Very refreshing and tasty. Loved this drink. I will come here more often now that I will be in the area much more often.

I hit no tip because of his inability to even acknowledge me and in return my order was wrong. What is going on that businesses like this have an expectation for people to top up their employees' wages and the entitlement of the employees, doing nothing and expecting a tip. FYI my order was 18 bucks for a drink that they screwed up on and a sandwich for myself. Horrible service

I have been getting venti and even trenta size iced green tea at various Starbucks because of the hot weather. I hardly customize my drinks, so I only realize last week I could get my drinks with extra ice. I did that at a couple of places asking for extra ice. At this outlet, the staff changed my order to a grande size iced tea but in a venti cup to accommodate the extra ice. So that essentially helped me save a bit, which can add up since I have been ordering that drink almost everyday. Kudos to the employee for taking the time to think about that. He also reminded me to use my stars before they expire (that has happened to me before). Awesome service here! Before covid and restriction, this is a very nice place to sit in and have your drinks. I like the tables by the fireplace (great during cold weather) more than the little alcove at the back. Parking is plenty as it is at the market crossing plaza. This is one of my go to Starbucks.

But they must have forgotten about the last drink because 4 or 5 people who ordered after us picked up their drinks after ours. When I went to check in, the cup with my name was sitting there, but it was even the wrong size. It was a tall size. I clarified we ordered a venti. It still was an even longer wait and when the order was finally ready, there was no acknowledgement of the long wait. The location closer to home is MUCH more friendly chatting with us and a big difference compared to this experience.

The space was calm but welcoming and not too busy despite being around 730am. I decided to order the ham and egg croissant sandwich along with a hot chocolate. Given we all ordered at once, the staff asked us to grab a seat and they would call us when our orders were ready. To our surprise, the staff actually brought over our orders when they were ready, insisting that we wait at our table rather than coming up to the counter to collect our orders ourselves. This was above and beyond what they needed to do, and they were incredibly friendly. As for the food, the ham and egg croissant was the perfect mix of crispy exterior, soft interior and a wonderful blend of flavour. The eggs were fluffy and light and the ham was flavourful, but not overly salty. The hot chocolate was delicious and was the perfect way to end my day. I will definitely be back again soon to try more of their menu offerings!

No more dark roast either they don't brew any more they only offer pike. Came ordered dark cuz I did the day before as they don't have blonde. Yeah I would like that... cuz she never even offered it as an option just said no more dark after 12 pm. She said she will coach her on her responses. She's apparently a bit of a green bean. Literally new. Fair enough. Due to the shifts in work it's not possible to get here for blondes and it's my fav. But darks okey as second best but when that's not available too the caffeine deprived early morning worker can get cranky when lunch service denies her coffee They never did call out the coffee which I waited 15 mins for but they did the pour over and left it at pick up counter. Aside from that. All is good. Still better than settling for a pike Not enough tables but there is a food court next to it so if you're willing there's those to sit at but finding a seat in Starbucks is hit and miss. They are very accommodating here. Extra hot egg bites and double splashes of cream and they remember. And even brought it to the table once cuz I had sat down to wait.
