I made my order like normal, the guy at the window didn't acknowledge me even being there, moves his hand to the window with the payment machine, still hasn't looked at me, I had to reach for it and tried to tap, well apparently for ignoring me he expected a tip??!! I hit no tip because of his inability to even acknowledge me and in return my order was wrong. What is going on that businesses like this have an expectation for people to top up their employees' wages and the entitlement of the employees, doing nothing and expecting a tip. FYI my order was 18 bucks for a drink that they screwed up on and a sandwich for myself. Horrible service read more

This Starbucks is a freestanding location with Drive Thru. The inside isn't very big and it could use a updated look and a few renovations, but it was clean. I came here just after they opened, and I was the only customer. They were busy with early morning opening tasks as well as the Drive Thru orders, but they were all friendly and welcoming without being over bearing or pushy. I was waiting for my husband to join me, so I just took a quick peek at the food offerings available. I before I decided, I just went and sat at a back corner table. I really liked that they let me do my thing, without anyone asking me if I was ready to order. When I finally went up to place my order, the girl didn't keep me waiting at all. I ordered 2 Gouda Bacon Egg Sandwiches, and a Matcha Frappacho. I asked for it to be sweet. She was nice and even gave me my gift card balance without me having to ask. My order came up super fast. My only complaint was the Matcha Frapp had zero flavour. I asked to sweeten it and they gave me some syrup in a mini cup. This helped, but the drink was still a bust. I couldn't drink it and gave it to my husband. The sandwich's were not as good as the last time I had them at a different location, but they sufficed. Other then that the staff & service was great. Unbelievable how busy this Starbucks is. There are no other malls or shopping area around or near this Starbucks but there are lots of people sitting outside enjoying their coffee. How is this possible??? I looked around most of the stores around here don't open until after 10am. On top, most of the stores here are related to building materials and supplies, constructions, engineering company and yes there is one giant casino across the street. But how does it manage to get so many people here. I guess lack of food competition. Maybe???? Anyways, I got the Green Tea Frap which is my go to drink. It was super tasty. I haven't had that drink in ages. Very refreshing and tasty. Loved this drink. I will come here more often now that I will be in the area much more often. read more

I don't come to this location super often but it is one of the locations close to my home. I am a huge fan of the drive-thru Starbucks and this is the only one in my neighborhood! I would do the drive thru more often but the staff here are almost always so personable and friendly that I prefer coming into the store I like how they make the experience more personal. They don't know me but they talk to me like they care. You know, in this day and age even pretending to care makes a difference so nice people like this team make me happy Oh yeah! And try the seasonal horchata frappe. With a shot of espresso. It's yummy read more

I ordered via door dash & apparently this location doesn't accept orders 30 mins before they close so they didnt have my order. I was ever so excited after receiving news that they are opening a SB on United Blvd. I have been longing for a location that is enroute to work. I want to make this SB my own where the baristas knows me by name. Because I am I loyal patron. I regret to inform you that I am deeply disappointed about this location. For what I am about to tell you this location has turned my go-to SB to my 'fine, I'll settle... I am late for work'. If I had a choice I would drive further to get better customer service! This is one of the slowest and most problematic SB I've even been to. It can be an early Sunday morning or late in the afternoon and a regular drip coffee can still take over 10 mins. The cups are usually dented and the baristas like to fill piping hot coffee up to the brim so it spills all over you... Don't be alarmed because this is a regular occurrence. Sometimes I wonder if this is simply a "training" facility... Before they go to the real world. Sometimes I prefer drive thru because I'm lazy to walk into the store but more often than not I have to go in to correct my order because a grande dark w half and half turns into grande dark w 3 creams / 3 sugars. I live nearby and thus was my first time visiting this particular store. I was motivated to check it out as it was a place of recommendation for my mobile order. When I came, my mobile order wasn't ready despite ordering 10 mins before my estimated arrival. However the staff was quick to apologize and gave me a discount coupon for my next visit which was a great gesture. Upon finishing my drink which was a Java Chip Frap with 2 shots of my espresso in top, I wasn't satisfied with the taste and they also forgot to put the chocolate drizzle on top (I'm not the picky starbucks customer type as I used to be a barista for starbucks years ago so I know how it's like). I told them about what I felt about the drink politely and they happily remade it for me even though I said that maybe adding more syrups and reblending is good enough for me. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience here and will be back for sure. The interior is very big and study/work-friendly so I'm sure I'll be back here. This starbucks also does drive-through service which is rare so that's good! read more

Quick service, and friendly staff. One of the quickest Starbucks Drive-thru's I've ever used.

I pooped in here once. Don't go to the guys bathroom, I learned this the hard way. Instead use the family bathroom, much more comfortable and cozy. Beware when exiting though, they throw you right in front the baristas who may give you a stink eye. I quickly made my escape and onto find another starbucks for my next poo adventure. read more
