The hot Carmel macchiato that I ordered..... :(

I am updating my review on this Starbucks We will never go to this location again Time after time they mess up our drinks. Usually when we have gone thru the drive thru and are on our way to our destination when we discover the screw up so we just move on as we don't have time to turn around. Three orders in a row they messed up so this was the last straw. We ordered via mobile ordering. My son went to pick it up. He got home and they made me an iced coffee and not a hot coffee. No where on my order did it state I wanted an iced coffee. I had enough of their errors. This time I went back Brought it right to the girl making the drinks and told her that this is not what I ordered. She seemed ticked I was even there. I told her it needed to be remade immediately as I had to drive all the way back because of her screw up. She never apologized. Never one word even admitting to the screw up I got my new drink and of course she didn't use nonfat milk and I didn't see her doing 5 pumps of vanilla that I paid for. She was rude about the entire thing I am over the absolutely terrible customer service at this Starbucks.

I usually go to this Starbucks at least once a week to do homework and stop by sometimes to get coffee thru drive through. Usually everything is good but recently things have been off. On Sunday I got a caramel macchiato at the drive thru and my coffee almost tasted watered down and this has happened more than once. It's disappointing because both times I was already farther away when I tried my coffee and it tasted off. Then about a month ago I was doing my homework there I ordered my coffee it was completely empty the workers were not busy and I waited for my drink for 20 minutes. Then I went up they said they forgot about it, did not apologize and just made the drink quick. I also went to the drive thru again today and the middle of my sandwich was so cold it was like almost frozen. They just seem to never get anything right it's disappointing because you do not want to come back after you already left. I gave the 3 stars only because previously this used to be my favorite Starbucks to go to and I believe her name is Becky from the drive thru is wonderful too!

Drive thru line through entire parking lot. Turned around. Now I'm still late for work, but without coffee.

This place is pretty good. If you're reading this review trying to decide if you should stop by, I…read morewould say definitely stop by and give it a try. Support small business. Pros: my wife ordered a cold brew coffee flight. I got to try all these and I really like them! We had a spicy cowgirl, the almond one, and then a chocolate one I forgot the name of. All great. We also ordered their southwest breakfast burrito to share. That was good too. Maybe not $12 for a burrito good, but good! Cons: I'm more of a hot coffee person and ordered a mocha. It's clear that maybe iced coffee is the focus for Idioma. The mocha was really watery and probably the worst mocha I've ever had. Next time, I'll stick to iced coffee but I hope they expend their menu to include some hot drinks. They should compete with Tapestry across the street (offer hot coffee and do it well), while also differentiating (specializing in iced coffee/food options). The staff was amazing too. Nice, kind, attentive. The owner should consider some sort of marketing campaign for nearby Lakeville residents. Maybe partner with a marketing company to send a postcard in the mail that lets local Lakeville people know this is a new coffee shop is in the area. Offer a two dollar coupon in the mailer. Something like that - we had no idea this place existed. Price wise, not great, but also not terrible. Like I said, the burrito was more expensive than it should've been. The coffee prices were mostly OK and in line with what you'll pay anywhere else. It's a small shop too. Maybe one day they'll be able to rearrange for a bit more seating (there's only one actual table). Really nice and well kept though. Clean. I hope this place succeeds and I will likely be back, although I won't be getting any sort of hot drink again.

Seemingly rich-flavor from iced-coffee was a pleasant treat and the English muffin/Sausage egg sandwich was simple but VERY tasty. I'm not in love with the ambiance (i.e. only one [kittywampus] table + chair set, a couch and pair of chairs thrown in), but I don't think they're trying to be a "hangout" location for coffee drinkers. Still, the food is good and the drinks are quite nice. Hard to beat.

Updated review: Came back a second time with a friend and I'm honestly much more impressed. My…read morefirst visit didn't totally win me over, but this time the coffee was noticeably better and the overall experience felt more worth it. The space still has a slightly weird food hall vibe (not super cozy coffee shop energy), but the drinks are hand crafted. They use local beans, have handmade syrups, and offer a fun variety of specialty drinks that feel thoughtful and well made. One of my favorite details: the plants throughout the shop have names and many are for sale, which is such a fun, quirky touch and makes the space feel more intentional and unique. Overall, I'm glad I gave it another shot, much better experience the second time and definitely a cool local spot with personality.

Rough first impression for sure. This is one identity within a building called "Resolve Food Hall",…read morewhich is the main thing you'll notice as you approach the building. I was not sure I was even in the right place at first. Straight ahead as you enter is the coffee shop part of this place, and there is a touchscreen ordering panel but also a cashier. However, we came at 11am on a Saturday and wanted some of the brunch options. We were directed to a table in another part of the facility, given the full Curiouser menu, and abandoned for 30 minutes. No one talked to us again so we left and got brunch at another nearby establishment. I still hadn't had any coffee later that afternoon so I stopped by to try an easier scenario, and I had an excellent iced drink called Absolutely Alice. Perfect sweetness level for me; I like it sweet while still being able to get coffee flavor out of it. So I would definitely return for a coffee. The corners of the building that are meant to be associated with the coffee shop part of the business are nice; lots of plants and homey touches. But even though we did see servers taking orders at other tables, I don't think they have that down. I'd recommend coming here just for small orders at the counter.
