I am greeted as soon as I walk in and the baristas are friendly and knowledgeable. Inside ordered seem to take longer than drive thru but I didn't have to wait very long for my drink. I like that they have music playing loud enough to hear but not so loud it disrupts the conversation or distracts if I'm doing work. Overall good location but it does not have a large amount of seating. read more

We've all been to a Starbucks, so really the question is what sets this one apart from the others? I've never been to this location and upon entering noticed that there is a small patio for warmer months! (Love that!) The inside had some seasonal decor, which made it feel so cozy for the holidays! There is minimal seating inside this location, so keep that in mind if you plan on going to study or meet up with a friend! We were greeted right away and our order was taken promptly! Starbucks does have plenty of options for dairy free, which I definitely appreciate! This location has a drive through and you can order in the app ahead of time. The person who took our order was very sweet and made small talk, which I feel is a lost art now a days! My drink was made quickly and correctly! read more

I had to meet a friend and this was convenient and a place he's familiar with. I had a very good hot chocolate. This would be my favorite location, it seems like one of the more civilized ones. Not a lot of seating. It's very clean in here as well. Agree about the friendly staff. read more

Extremely rude employee. Very disrespectful and ruined my day. Disappointed in this Starbucks a lot of times. They'll make your drink wrong and not even offer to remake it for you. Go to a different location. read more

Not the greatest. They are constanly out of drinks and the worst part is almost 90% of the time they close down the indoor ordering and force you to go through the long drive thru line. They don't even allow you to mobile order ahead and pick it up inside and sometimes they don't have a sign on the door so you park and get out to find you have to go back in the long drive thru line just to find out they are sold out of your drink! Not a great way to start your mornings! The staff is always great and friendly and make the drinks correctly! read more

Typical starbucks. Absolutely nothing sets this apart from any other location. The baristas come across as just trying to move you through their line. read more

Upon walking in to this location, I could feel tension. I wait there for a few minutes, with none of the employees giving me the time of day. No acknowledgment, nothing. I looked over at another waiting customer, and as we looked at each other, it was immediately obvious she had been waiting much longer then even me. So I asked her and she confirmed what I had previously assumed. She added that 2 people had walked out because of this issue. After speaking with the other customer, I overheard the supervisor asking the employees if they had had their 10 minute breaks yet. The supervisor even asked the employees names, which I'm adding only for detail. Okay.. you have a busy drive thru line and nobody on the register. Give me a break! At this point I said something after walking up to the counter. The supervisor didn't appreciate it, but the customers did. read more

Hey Chet, on the morning staff? Now drinking and just loving Your Suggested Coffee! Yes, today is the Best Ever! Now I know why to let you sell me! My family in headquarters taught me to try the new products. Staff and writer are well trained in the Starbucks culture. Yes, this is a busy store. Yes, store runs out of products. Yes, the staff are the finest. especially here. At this location just keep coming back. You are #1. Today stopped (drive-through). I met a 12 year veteran stWow. That is amazing. Morning coffee drinkers, you have got to meet this guy. Service with a smile. I often let staff pick my drink along with other items when Starbucks points earned, since I try ALL the products here. This morning I was pleasantly surprised with the butter scotch decaf latte and a wonderful breakfast. Thank you morning Staff, so look forward to getting to know you. Mae read more

Starbucks - Iced Golden Ginger-Health and Bliss in one swallow. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lakeville, Minnesota

We have gone here multiple times abs every single time they have screwed up the order. We can not have dairy and we specifically say oat milk. Every single time, they put regular milk. One time we didn't realize and both of us got sick. We are not going to this location ever again! Please get more attentive people working the drive thru! read more

The staff here currently are friendly, fast, and competent. The food is okay, but the drinks are amazing! read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Lakeville, Minnesota

The highlight of my morning (sorry honey). The spring in my step. My Starbucks. I pull up to the drive-thru speaker each morning and am greeted by a friendly voice. Some of these voices call me by my first name. Some of these voices know my order. Some of these voices tell me to steal cars and run over traffic cones-- these may be different voices (to be determined). I have had few incidents of my orders being messed up here. The worst being too many pumps of peppermint in the iced coffee I ordered. That was minty hell. 99% of the time though the staff here are rocking it. Coffee aside, they deserve all 5 of the stars on Yelp. If they weren't friendly, I'd go elsewhere. I go every day. Coffee addiction, maybe (absolutely), but the staff are a huge factor in where I go to feed that addiction. Once in a while I venture inside and the entire store is ridiculously clean, the shelves are stocked and the coolers and food showcases are full. Always. It feels like this is a corporate training location. This store is my favorite Starbucks experience and is highly recommended. If you live nearby or are in the area, stop in to get your coffee, tea or other drink fix. You will not regret it! read more

This location is filthy and gross. There is food and hair all over the floor and the garbage can is overflowing. The counter where they place your order was completely wet and the tables are dirty and full of debris. Go to a different Starbucks if you're planning to dine in. read more

I stop there when in the cities- Natalie greeted me at the drive thru. Super friendly and I ordered a latte extra hot and a breakfast sandwich -being super high maintenance I asked if they could make the bacon well done. God food and great service! Kudos Natalie. read more

I'm a fan of this Starbucks location. I usually go inside, and it has always been clean and well stocked, with friendly employees. I've spent a few early mornings on weekends working here, and it doesn't seem to be busy until later on (although the drive thru is always busy!). They also keep the music at a reasonable level, which is nice. read more

Inside needs to be cleaned. There were a lot of flies. The staff seems like they don't have a manager

I really like this Starbucks but the girl with pink hair is so very rude. How she ever got hired is beyond me isn't my first interaction either. The shift supervisor with whom I talked to was so very kind and let me know this is a common problem with this employee. Please hire kind people. I know it's hard to find good help but hiring bad people isn't the answer read more

as a starbucks barista this location sucks. took 20 minutes for my 3 baseline drinks to come out, i could make them all within a minute by myself. they take absolutely forever and their service is AWFUL. asked for a pup cup that was already on my order and the girl at the window was very rude. they aren't as busy as my location and don't have any real reason to be so mean. don't recommend. read more

Sooooo slow!! Literally everytime I come to this location I always think never again... yet here I am. Waiting in the drive through for at least 20 minutes now.... One car in front of me.... What is the hold up at this location? read more

I really like the location of this Starbucks. It's a few minutes from my house and a couple minutes off of 35. Since they re-did the inside, it has been clean and modern. The staff has been so friendly and trained really well compared to the older staff. The manager, Nikki, is so sweet and she does such a great job with this store. read more

Great location! Everyone is always so cheerful and it's the fastest one I've been to! I go 4-5 times a week.

What a miserable experience this afternoon. 6 employees chatting away, only one person making the orders, took forever to get a simple, mediocre cafe latte. Had to ask an employee to clean off a table. My sister said the bathroom was filthy, I didn't attempt that after that info. Actually sat in our cars instead of in the store. YUK. read more

I like this Starbucks. The staff are friendly. Sometimes I wish they would sweep the floors more and make the dark roast stronger. But overall this is my go to place. read more

We gave up on the other Starbucks closer to our house and tried this one. Once again our drinks were not made correctly. We even paid extra to get caramel sauce in each. The drinks were just straight iced coffees with absolutely no caramel added at all. We have gotten these drinks a few times so we know what they taste like and these were just plain wrong! Luckily I have caramel syrup and sauce at home so we made the drinks correctly. They were not busy so there is absolutely no excuse to not get the drinks correct. Yet another Starbucks we won't go back to. read more

This the Starbucks right by my house. I go there often. The staff are friendly , happy and always give the best service. Best part of the coffee shop is that, they know what I drink and they perfected my drink. read more

The service here has declined steadily recently. The last two times I've been here, I have left very highly disappointed. The most recent trip I made was an online order. I have a new baby at home, coffee is a necessity for me, so on my work I wanted to swing in and get my Venti Coconut milk latte and reduced fat Turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. I walked in, drink was ready - Great! Just need my sammy. So I waited. I made small talk with the woman waiting with me. She left. I waited, trying to be patient due to the drive-thru line. I waited. 5 or 6 employees aren't rushing around anymore, no one acknowledges me. I asked if my breakfast sandwich was coming. They tell me it's SOLD OUT. None left. After I'd been waiting for 10 minutes!! The cashier offers me a refund, okay, but I need to eat and now I'm going to be late for work. I walked in at 934am. I walked out at 947. What's the point of online ordering? Would've been faster to go through the drive-thru. I will be skipping this location from now on. read more

Clean, friendly and inviting. I love Starbucks, and I really like this location... My drink was made perfectly and presentable.

Two times in a row where the staff is too busy chit-chatting with each other to actually fix drinks. 5 employees were behind the counter and only one of them was working. I ordered ahead through their app and they were still later than the expected wait. To make things worse, they were out of ALL lemonades which just shows this store is being poorly managed. I will go out of my way to not go to this location. read more

remedied my afternoon lull with a triple grande beverage made to perfection! The crew working was friendly and speedy and the location was quick to get in and out of. Also has a drive through, which I didn't utilize. The area however, can be confusing if you've never driven through it before...I made an accidental wrong turn or two in a small area. Stinkin' new development! read more

This is my go to Starbucks, and most of the time I am okay with the snippy customer service and long wait time, but when the barista set my drink down 6 times to make the people's behind me, I was pretty annoyed. It was the gingerbread latte, which from my work experience at Starbucks, I know is not a difficult drink. Disappointed this trip, hope to have my faith renewed the next. Otherwise I might have to find another coffee shop. read more

I go here everyday on my way to drop of the kids at school. I always get the large dark roast (they call it vente). There isa really cool worker there, who is always calls my daughter "Princess." This makes her day, and the coffee makes mine, so it's a win-win situation. read more

I have been here before for coffee and pastries and it's like most other Starbucks and I like it fine. However, I called the store this morning to determine if they had cake pops or if I would need to pre-order. The manager asked how many I would need and I advised 2 dozen. The manager put me on hold to count the cake pops. She returned to the phone to say she only had 36 and could only sell me 12.....maybe 15. When I asked why would she not sell a product she is intended to sell, she stated she only had 36 to last her two days. When I arrived at the store, she was pulling them out of the freezer and I saw they were the Birthday Cake cake pops. When I asked if there were other flavors, she said, "Oh, I can sell you 24 cake pops if you want a variety, but everyone always asks for Birthday Cake cake pops." I never once said I wanted that flavor, she just assumed. Regardless, how is it you refuse to sell a product THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO SELL because you might run out? It didn't help that when I walked up to the man at the counter to advise I was the one that had ordered the cake pops, he asked the manager how they were coming and her response was a snarky, "Well, she told me she was on her way!" And voila! There I was as I said. She was rude and lacking common sense. I think I'll head across the street to Caribou or one exit down to the other Caribou and to Edelweiss in Prior Lake for any pastries or cake. read more
