I absolutely love this starbucks location, I come out of my way to come to this location instead of going to the one closest to my house on Trimmier. With that said I have a particular issue with one of the employees, Jay Jay. I don't know what the deal is but every time I come through he takes my order, I get up to the window and he says nothing to me and just hands me the card reader and doesn't even look in my direction as he does it. Doesn't tell me my total, nothing. Today I even asked my total and as I asked him he turned and walked away and completely ignored me. Then when my order comes he simply hands it to me and says nothing else. I've said thank you have a nice day and I never get a response. It just puts off the vibe he doesn't care about the customer and he's only there to do a job, which is fine I guess. We're all at work to do a job, but when you're serving people the least you can do is give them their total before they put their card in the reader and offer a receipt, which he has never done. There was one other time I ordered my latte and it didn't have any flavor in it, like they forgot to put it in or something and since I come out of my way to get here I didn't feel like going back to have it fixed so I just dealt with it. Not a horrible place but not consistent with beverage quality. Ordered an iced green tea latte and half of it was milk foam. I'm pretty upset that I paid $6 for air. I didn't ask the barista to remake it since that was the second time they were remaking it for me already so i just left upset. Was already having a bad day. I feel like this location consistently makes drinks wrong. You specifically ask for milk instead of water, and you still get water. The last time I came, I handed my drink back 3 times! When I get the same thing 3 times a week. Just today, they handed me a hot drink through the drive thru with no green stopper, and when he handed it to me the hot drink spilled on my hand. The Starbucks in Copperas Cove is fantastic although the parking is hard to get in through the drive thru it's well worth it the staff is extremely helpful very patient and truly appreciate what they do for the city, and its one of the nicer looking buildings in Copperas Cove read more

Had to ask for no foam twice and still had foam. It was not extra hot as I asked but they took off foam and I felt with warm tea.

This review is strictly for the drive thru since I've never actually set foot in the store. The batistas here are the friendliest that I have ever encountered. I drive through frequently since my husband's addiction to the Caramel Brulee Fraps and Caramel Fraps rival that of a White girl's (it's a joke to those who take offense) I love their Green Tea Fraps and their Chair Frap. This Starbucks has some of the best service ever, I will be writing to Starbucks and hopefully everyone gets a raise because they deserve it. read more

Horrible. Just went through the drive through here. Forgot to give us straws. Asked if we wanted a receipt and we said no thank you and instead of saying "Thank you, have a nice day" they left the window open and we were just glanced over like "um why are y'all still there" kind of look. Our frap isn't mixed properly and all the coffee liquid is at the bottom of the cup. For as long as they took the drink could have been made correctly. Can't even tell you how it tastes as we don't have the straws!! Won't drive through here again. read more

Morning crew is amazing and so friendly! I'm not sure if they are new because I just started coming back to this location, but I love when Victoria and Sara work in the morning! I see them most days and they clearly know what they are doing. Seems like a whole new crew since the last time I came to this location. Love the enthusiasm and decorations they have in the store as well as the new box at the bar to add our comments to the baristas. They are always quick, smiling, and make me feel like they genuinely care about how my morning is going. This seems like a pretty busy store, but everyone visibly works hard to get us our orders pretty fast. Keep up the great improvements! read more

I go to Starbucks...this one, anyway, often. I really like the morning crew. They are great; get things done and out, people on their way (Soldiers and working people need to move on). I like their seasonal specialties. On the Morning crew alone, I would give it four stars, but go in any other time of day; say, evening and it could be waiting ten minutes for a beverage with few customers waiting. They have some good employees working, and I know if certain people are on shift that day, I'll get what I came for in a reasonable time. Otherwise I will walk out and skip coffee. read more
