Store manager working, greeting, encouraging, cleaning, non-stop.

Shout out to the Starbucks Store Manager here who from the time I walked in, didn't stop cleaning, greeting, motivating, and managing his team. He even knew that it was one of his employee's birthday, when he greeted her by placing the broom aside to give her a succession of light fist pumps. For employees who may look at managers with a less than enthusiastic viewpoint, I might mention that there isn't a surplus of managers who show this level of work ethic and encouragement at work. Appreciate it; embrace it; and engage it. Kudos to the manager! (First time ever at this Starbucks. No, I do not even know the managers name.)

Never coming back to this location I am here in the morning multiple times a week for coffee before work and I do a mobile order every time. I always order a grande each time and I add syrup for that specific size each time. And every time I come to this location my drink is in a Venti cup and all my flavoring in it is so off because they put so much coffee in and I never even finish my drink, having it all go to waste. And I don't know if they do this to make somebody's day but it's really annoying I don't think I'll be back to this location.

Always friendly. When I have to wait too long they give me a free one. They remember my name and my drink.

Busy but fast service. The morning customers are always happy and the staff is efficient and makes you want to come back again and again.

When I walk in here, I feel like I'm inside a warehouse or large parking garage, solely because of the large door near the entrance to this place. Inside, it's blasting K-pop music, and has some tables to sit at. There's also some arcade machines and a photo booth. You order your drinks up at the counter using their kiosks, and they have a bunch of uniquely named drinks like their other location in Cap Hill, with some that are simply just strawberry matcha and mango matcha drinks, though this does keep in line with what a ton of people are crazily lining up for in this day and age (including myself). Since I simply got my drink and sat with my friend, I don't have anything to mention about service here. I got their No. 5 Elixir, which is a mixture of charcoal mango lemonade and a lot of mango bits. First and foremost, I'm happy that it didn't stain my teeth as I drank it, haha. But more importantly, it's sweet and tangy and was very refreshing even though weather was somewhat gloomy when I went. This is a very chill place to hang out at, and I can see myself coming here for a quick designer drink/blend. As of this writing, I still haven't tried all their stuff yet!

I asked for some recommendations for milk tea, and the girl who works there gave me some recommendations. +Spacious and comfortable space - I visited on a weekday and I was the only customer. I can see it being busy with people chatting and playing boardgames on the weekend. What needs improvement: Boba! I almost lowered by rating because the boba did not have a good texture. This time I tried Hojicha Milk Tea, which had a powdery texture and was alright. But I've had other drinks like Post Melona and enjoyed it better. I would definitely go for a fruity tea or blended drink

On our most recent visit, the taro green tea latte at 50% sugar was the perfect post-lunch treat. The taro gets mixed throughout more in this drink vs the taro milk tea I tried previously. I like both! Mango yogurt (regular sweetness) had a fresh ripeness that wasn't too sweet and had a balanced tartness. Husband says all they need is purple rice (iykyk)

Recently I tried a holiday drink Crema Thai Tea Cookie Latte with brown sugar - it's 4 out of 5 stars for me. The cookie butter is stronger than the Thai tea taste, an interesting combo. And as always, brown sugar boba is the best. However, the drink itself cost $10.95, and with the addition of brown.sugar boba, I ended up paying $12. So MissBoba is definitely an occasional treat for my wallet. Service is always great, they always ask for sweetness level adjustment and tell you to mix the drinks well. Inside isn't too big, and gets quite crowded when it's busy, especially when the line is out the door. Also, love that they host pop-ups of donuts and other baked goods throughout the year. My husband loves strong coffee and is a big fan of trying coffee from all around the world so he was super eager to try Turkish coffee for the first time. It did not disappoint! Served piping hot, and I mean piping, the coffee was strong and tart, just how he likes it. As for the food, holy moly were these portions huge! We had the salmon bagel and breakfast plate and both were heavenly. Next time we come back we will have to bring friends because all that food for just two people made us so stuffed! But our tummies were happy and we're looking forward to being back soon.

They took the time to answer my questions and helped me feel confident about what I was ordering. I decided on the Menemen with runny eggs, paired with a Turkish coffee with milk. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the coffee had that bold, rich taste you expect. I was craving something sweet, so I ordered a triangle baklava from the pastry section. I have to say, the presentation completely caught me off guard, in the best way. It looked beautiful and tasted just as good. There are so many food options to choose from, which makes it hard to pick just one thing. The atmosphere is comfortable, with music playing at just the right volume, easy to enjoy but still quiet enough to have a conversation with family or friends. They also offer free WiFi, which makes it a great spot if you want to spend some time alone and get work done on your laptop. I'm really glad I stumbled across this place and will definitely be back.

Since it was our first time there, we weren't familiar with the ordering process or menu. I didn't want to hold up the line trying to decide what to order, so I asked if we could sit down first and look over the menu. She cleaned off a table for us, but then told me I needed to hurry up and order because she didn't want other people getting upset about how long it would take me to decide. I didn't respond and simply waited until we were ready to order, which only took about four minutes. What confused and upset me was that shortly after, a white man came in and she told him he could sit down, take his time, and order whenever he was ready because "it's not busy." The difference in treatment was very noticeable and honestly made me uncomfortable as an African-American woman. Maybe this was a misunderstanding, but the interaction did not sit right with me. I believe every customer should be treated with the same patience and respect, especially first-time customers who are simply trying to understand how the restaurant works. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and does better moving forward.
