I've been coming here for a while, and honestly, Chrystal is the reason I keep coming back. She always greets customers with a smile, remembers regulars, and makes everyone feel welcome. The level of service she provides is something you don't find everywhere. As funny as it sounds, my coffee and even my Red Bulls just don't taste the same when she's not there. She has a way of making every visit better, whether it's through great conversation, a positive attitude, or simply making sure everything is just right. The shop itself is great, but Chrystal's dedication and customer service are what truly set it apart. She's an incredible manager, and her hard work definitely doesn't go unnoticed. Highly recommend stopping by--you'll see exactly what I mean. read more

I have been going to Bigfoot for over 10 years now! But today I had the most amazing experience, one thing that brings me back to Bigfoot compared to other drive thrus is how kind the baristas are. Today I was greeted by Chrystal and she was so kind and intentional asking me questions & making sure my drink tasted the way I wanted. If you are in the area you should absolutely stop by! Thank you again Chrystal & the team!! read more

I love getting my redbull soda, peach and mango here everytime. My go to place, everyone is so friendly and helpful too.

Crystal is the manager for this bigfoot barista. Always smiling, and knows her customers when they come in for their coffee. It's very clean and organized, with the staff happy to be at work. No drama, no drippy faces of disappointment of their job duties. Crystal makes sure everyone works together as a team. I give this location 5 stars due to my very early mornings like small independent coffee baristas are not open. read more

I come here for coffee early Crystal is an AMAZING lady, she knows my order, and she's fast. Lines move quickly and I hope to see her there for many years to come. read more

I hope I'm not butchering your name but to the woman who was working on 12/18 at 1pm after the name.. MYA? You're amazing and so sweet! 12/23 at 11:40am, I got the grinch matcha and an italian soda, it was so good. The worker Mya was the sweetest person ever! It wasn't a long wait and she made the experience wonderful! read more

Ordered 2 green apple flavored red bulls, but a few minutes after we drove away I noticed that there were little black specs floating in both drinks. I suspect its from the ice machine not being cleaned properly. From working in restaurants I recognized it- moldy black build up can get into the ice and it looks exactly like this. Gross, we didn't drink them we threw them away. Sad cause we waited like 20 minutes for them too, and I love Bigfoot this is my go-to coffee stand :( Edit: I was hoping for a response but it's been a few days.. I've been making the drive to another coffee stand since this because I'm grossed out about the moldy ice. But Bigfoot is right by me so I'd love to be able to go there again. If someone from Bigfoot could respond and let me know when the ice machine gets cleaned so I can start getting coffee there again, I would appreciate it lol read more

Such a convenient location for on the go but such slow service makes me regret it every time before heading out to work or a long road trip

There were chunks of something that included rhinestones blended into my frostbite. Didn't notice until around halfway when I got a big chunk in my mouth. Was told there was nothing they could do cause "none of them have nails" and we'd already left the store. Sorry I didn't strain my drink for rhinestones before I left I guess, definitely my bad for sure. So maybe don't go here, I don't think I can ever get a blended drink from big foot again, if any drink at all. read more

They're all so sweet and make my drinks so well everytime!! I'm never worried about the quality at this stand!

This place is always a solid spot to come to when you're not in a Starbucks mood. Being from San Diego, BigFoot was a new chain to us. It's basically a drive thru coffee shack with both sides open for orders. They have a wide variety of espresso and non coffee drinks. They also have pastries on a till supplies last basis. Sometimes they even hook up any canine pals with pup cups of whipped cream or doggie treats. My only wish is that they'd come out with new flavors or combinations every now and again. They have a couple of seasonal offerings in the winter, which are usually listed on their windows, which depending on how much sun and rain we've gotten that year can make them difficult to read. Adding them to the menu board would be amazing! read more

BigFoot Java - Frostbite with espresso affogato -- yum. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Kent, Washington

I've gone to this bigfoot 3 times in the last month and it's by far the slowest operating branch in chain, the baristas are still very nice and coffee's good but expect being in the parking lot for a half hour for it. read more

Came here today on 10/9/23 at 905pm and the lady that made my drink skimped me of my 24oz coffee. I also said to make it keto and she didn't so that definitely kicked me out of my hard work that I've been putting into my diet. She was rude and unprofessional after I waited for nearly 10 minutes before she even approached me. She was also the only one working this night so look into it as check her cause as a loyal customer, that is not ok. read more

I'd say I've been to nearly 2 dozen BFJ locations and this is the slowest one by far. there are other BFJs along my commute but I sometimes choose this one for location convenience. I only get one drink the blue raspberry Italian soda and today this drink was HORRIBLE, all I tasted was club soda I didn't want to wait on the long line so o added blue raspberry when u got home, I didn't pay to make it myself!! I'll stick to my Renton location. read more

This location just has great customer service. They always have puppaccinos ready for my grandfurs. This time around we took Milano, and boy he knew he gets treats there. He was so excited when we pulled up. Okay now for the human treats. The drinks are always delightful, refreshing, and sweet enough for this diabetic. I know I shouldn't but I splurge sometimes. I have been addicted to Starbucks, but during the pandemic, I've decided to stop going there, and go support the smaller businesses instead. Plus, BFJ has a lot of different drinks to offer. Sometimes I want chocolate, sometime I want something fruity, sometimes I want a smoothie or Italian soda, next time I'll get a hot coffee. So many possibilities. They do have snacks like muffins, cookies, etc...but I guess I just go too late when not a lot of selections are available. Although I have three Starbucks all around me within a half mile away, I don't mind driving to BFJ which is about a 15 drive or so each way. read more

I don't know what the baristas name was, she had her hair up seemed like she had very long hair w a nose piercing. Her attitude ruined my night for sure. Yesterday going to work around 6am I was going to big foot java for the 5th time i think this girl was new training and her trainer was yelling at her I think her name is Savannah who was yelling at her new employee, I think is very unprofessional for her to be yelling at her for someone who never has a experience of being a barista just by the looks of it! I feel so bad but to the new girl but I wanna say GOOD JOB YOUR DOING GREAT! DON'T GIVE UP! I KNOW SHE FROM THE ISLAND! AND SHE GOT MY COFFEE OUT AND SHE LOOK LIKE SHE WAS ABOUT TO CRY BUT IT WAS WONDERFULLY GOOD! SAVANNAH DO BETTER DONT BE YELLING AT NEW EMPLOYEES!! read more

Okay so - I know that maybe a drive through espresso place is not somewhere to go for your perfect cup. Today was one of the first really nice and warm spring weather days to draw me from the office to get one of my favorite summer bevs: double short DECAF iced americano with cream and honey (honey into hot espresso) then ice. If. not, the honey sits in the bottom of the cup giving you a sickly sweet end of the drink. Just like everywhere I go, I emphasized DECAF/ICED/HONEY - and watched as when it was entered into the computer. I got in the line with three cars in front of me and waited nearly 30 minutes(no joke). I had committed at this point so, oh well. I placed my order and as the barista was going to hand me my drink on this lovely afternoon - it was steaming hot. I hate creating any problems but still I said - ahh I ordered this iced. The barista took the pipping hot drink, already watered and dumped ice into it - transferred back into my mug and said 'here I fixed it'. While I should have protested that is not my nature. I was given a now, Luke warm, watered down Bev and it was bitter - so the honey was left out too!!!! It was absolutely no good - especially now I wasted a chunk of my day I would normally need to work. I had dreamed about a icy-cold, solid espresso w/water balanced by honey. What I tasted was a watery, bitter and really awful drink that I poured down the drain after a few sips. read more

Love this place and I've been a DEDICATED CUSTOMER for over 3 years! Until recently unfortunately. The graveyard lady, Sarah lacks huge costumer service skills. She's very rude. I gave her multiple chances thinking maybe she's just having a bad day but that's not the case. Like I said, I'm a faithful customer. Whenever I pull to the window, she proceeds to roll her eyes and say, " here we go with your stupid complicated drink!" And slams the window shut in my face! In all honesty, it's a drink from the board with extra shots. It's unfortunate. I really to miss seeing the rest of the team because they are all so sweet and welcoming. I'm giving a five star rating because of the other staff, not for Sarah! And if you don't wanna have an interaction with that attitude, avoid going there front half graveyard! read more

I'm usually a huge fan of BigFoot but this morning they completely messed up my entire order. Placed an order through doordash. Two of my drinks that were supposed to be iced, arrived hot. The cold brew arrived with no ice, warm and half full. Very disappointed. They need to work on their attention to detail and quality of their beverages. read more

I'm not typically one to complain but when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene this place is terrible. Barista pulled out a dirty mixing spoon that had whip cream and was sitting in what I assume was dirty water and used that spoon to mix my coffee. I had already waited so long in line I just took the drink and threw it away. Dirty nails, messy clothing, barista shaking like crazy. it's like this place has no uniform policy. I've had a few bad experiences before but this tops it. read more

The latte was lukewarm, but tasted fine. The reason for the one star review is the lack of respect for public safety during the Covid pandemic. Three employees without masks and gloves. Seriously?! Upon paying with a credit card-- I was physically handed their iPad to sign for the purchase. A very poor decision to ignore proper PPE guidelines for customers as well as the baristas. Wear a mask and gloves. Protect the public and as well as the baristas. read more

i use to come all the time here, loved the service. BUT today I went and when I pulled up to the window, there was a girl sitting in the window, with her back to me. And I wasn't acknowledge, I had to say "hi hello" and she then got up to take my order. Then proceeded to say "what do want?" then the other employe walked out of the stand and takes multiple hits of her dab pen!! like girl you are on shift why are you smoking your dab??? Over all customer service was shitty to say the least. Not impressed and my mythical americano was literally orange. wish I took a photo. I'd you want decent coffee with great cust service, go up the hill to daily dose coffee. read more

Weird experience this time around. I believe we're still in the middle of a pandemic, so naturally i'll pull away after ordering and then take a sip so i don't hold up a line or stay in the lane unnecessarily. Well i pulled away tried my drink and it was completely FLAT (Italian soda). Like watered down milk. When i came back to let them know the girl taking my order was like "next time try it here because if it were anyone else we wouldn't have remade your drink" ....? and then when she handed me my drink she was like how about you try it so i went to try it meaning i had to take my mask down so i closed my window and she said okay bye .... usually a good experience but this girl was teeeww much read more

Not sure if the girls name was Alma or Alicia. I asked for a hot chocolate since I'm pregnant. I can't drink caffeine it really messes with my stomach and gives me bad anxiety. This place gave me a big mocha with espresso. I had to go back into the drive thru and explain to them I wanted a hot chocolate instead of fixing there mistake this girl charges me for a whole new drink. I don't understand why she couldn't take the mocha back and give me a hot chocolate the mocha was more expensive and I didn't drink it at all. Never coming back to this place they don't own up to their mistakes and rob you off your money when they were at fault to begin with. read more

The girls here are fantastic! I normally swing by before my afternoon shift or late night around 11pm for a pick me up. There are two drive thru windows. Each one has a huge menu posted up before you get to the window. Tell the gal your order. She will make it delicious and as strong as you request it. They have a wide selection of flavored syrups, including sugar free options. They also offer smoothies, red bull Italian cream sodas, regular Italian cream sodas, and limited pastries. Don't forget to sign up for one of their cards that keeps track of your points. After 10 drinks you get 1 free- any size of your choice. read more
