This location has the most slow baristas ever I was waiting for 45min on a coffee they need to speed up so the costumers don't leave for a new coffe shop bad service also rude baristas

Foreign object that was in my drink

There were chunks of something that included rhinestones blended into my frostbite. Didn't notice until around halfway when I got a big chunk in my mouth. Was told there was nothing they could do cause "none of them have nails" and we'd already left the store. Sorry I didn't strain my drink for rhinestones before I left I guess, definitely my bad for sure. So maybe don't go here, I don't think I can ever get a blended drink from big foot again, if any drink at all.

Ordered 2 green apple flavored red bulls, but a few minutes after we drove away I noticed that there were little black specs floating in both drinks. I suspect its from the ice machine not being cleaned properly. From working in restaurants I recognized it- moldy black build up can get into the ice and it looks exactly like this. Gross, we didn't drink them we threw them away. Sad cause we waited like 20 minutes for them too, and I love Bigfoot this is my go-to coffee stand :( Edit: I was hoping for a response but it's been a few days.. I've been making the drive to another coffee stand since this because I'm grossed out about the moldy ice. But Bigfoot is right by me so I'd love to be able to go there again. If someone from Bigfoot could respond and let me know when the ice machine gets cleaned so I can start getting coffee there again, I would appreciate it lol

I paid for a 24oz for what

Came here today on 10/9/23 at 905pm and the lady that made my drink skimped me of my 24oz coffee. I also said to make it keto and she didn't so that definitely kicked me out of my hard work that I've been putting into my diet. She was rude and unprofessional after I waited for nearly 10 minutes before she even approached me. She was also the only one working this night so look into it as check her cause as a loyal customer, that is not ok.

Frostbite with espresso affogato -- yum.

This place is always a solid spot to come to when you're not in a Starbucks mood. Being from San Diego, BigFoot was a new chain to us. It's basically a drive thru coffee shack with both sides open for orders. They have a wide variety of espresso and non coffee drinks. They also have pastries on a till supplies last basis. Sometimes they even hook up any canine pals with pup cups of whipped cream or doggie treats. My only wish is that they'd come out with new flavors or combinations every now and again. They have a couple of seasonal offerings in the winter, which are usually listed on their windows, which depending on how much sun and rain we've gotten that year can make them difficult to read. Adding them to the menu board would be amazing!

Weak, flavorless cold brew was disappointing for sure. That's the only thing I tried and makes me not want to come back!

When I walk in here, I feel like I'm inside a warehouse or large parking garage, solely because of the large door near the entrance to this place. Inside, it's blasting K-pop music, and has some tables to sit at. There's also some arcade machines and a photo booth. You order your drinks up at the counter using their kiosks, and they have a bunch of uniquely named drinks like their other location in Cap Hill, with some that are simply just strawberry matcha and mango matcha drinks, though this does keep in line with what a ton of people are crazily lining up for in this day and age (including myself). Since I simply got my drink and sat with my friend, I don't have anything to mention about service here. I got their No. 5 Elixir, which is a mixture of charcoal mango lemonade and a lot of mango bits. First and foremost, I'm happy that it didn't stain my teeth as I drank it, haha. But more importantly, it's sweet and tangy and was very refreshing even though weather was somewhat gloomy when I went. This is a very chill place to hang out at, and I can see myself coming here for a quick designer drink/blend. As of this writing, I still haven't tried all their stuff yet!

I asked for some recommendations for milk tea, and the girl who works there gave me some recommendations. +Spacious and comfortable space - I visited on a weekday and I was the only customer. I can see it being busy with people chatting and playing boardgames on the weekend. What needs improvement: Boba! I almost lowered by rating because the boba did not have a good texture. This time I tried Hojicha Milk Tea, which had a powdery texture and was alright. But I've had other drinks like Post Melona and enjoyed it better. I would definitely go for a fruity tea or blended drink

On our most recent visit, the taro green tea latte at 50% sugar was the perfect post-lunch treat. The taro gets mixed throughout more in this drink vs the taro milk tea I tried previously. I like both! Mango yogurt (regular sweetness) had a fresh ripeness that wasn't too sweet and had a balanced tartness. Husband says all they need is purple rice (iykyk)

Recently I tried a holiday drink Crema Thai Tea Cookie Latte with brown sugar - it's 4 out of 5 stars for me. The cookie butter is stronger than the Thai tea taste, an interesting combo. And as always, brown sugar boba is the best. However, the drink itself cost $10.95, and with the addition of brown.sugar boba, I ended up paying $12. So MissBoba is definitely an occasional treat for my wallet. Service is always great, they always ask for sweetness level adjustment and tell you to mix the drinks well. Inside isn't too big, and gets quite crowded when it's busy, especially when the line is out the door. Also, love that they host pop-ups of donuts and other baked goods throughout the year. My husband loves strong coffee and is a big fan of trying coffee from all around the world so he was super eager to try Turkish coffee for the first time. It did not disappoint! Served piping hot, and I mean piping, the coffee was strong and tart, just how he likes it. As for the food, holy moly were these portions huge! We had the salmon bagel and breakfast plate and both were heavenly. Next time we come back we will have to bring friends because all that food for just two people made us so stuffed! They took the time to answer my questions and helped me feel confident about what I was ordering. I decided on the Menemen with runny eggs, paired with a Turkish coffee with milk. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the coffee had that bold, rich taste you expect. I was craving something sweet, so I ordered a triangle baklava from the pastry section. I have to say, the presentation completely caught me off guard, in the best way. It looked beautiful and tasted just as good. There are so many food options to choose from, which makes it hard to pick just one thing. The atmosphere is comfortable, with music playing at just the right volume, easy to enjoy but still quiet enough to have a conversation with family or friends. They also offer free WiFi, which makes it a great spot if you want to spend some time alone and get work done on your laptop. I'm really glad I stumbled across this place and will definitely be back.
