Each one has a huge menu posted up before you get to the window. Tell the gal your order. She will make it delicious and as strong as you request it. They have a wide selection of flavored syrups, including sugar free options. They also offer smoothies, red bull Italian cream sodas, regular Italian cream sodas, and limited pastries. From where I worked, u make the drink like the picture unless the customer has special request. And the drinks were made the right way. Don't get me wrong. Been going to BFJ for 3 years, loved the coffee, but last month i stopped in to buy coffee for my staff and was charged for 4 drinks that i neither ordered nor received. This isn't the first time that i felt like i was overcharged, but it is the first time that i asked for a receipt for business records. I called the location on 84th in Kent and explained what happened, talked to Savannah. She said she would pass my info on to the district manager Desire and instructed me to email Desire as well, which i did, including a copy of the receipt. A week later and i hear nothing back. I call the store again and talked to Savannah again, and again was told that Desire would call me back. A week later and still nothing. I called back a third time and was told to call back at 5 pm and talk to Lina, the location manager. She took my info, asked for the receipt number, and said Desire would call me back. That was 4 days ago and still no calls back. If anyone know of a good coffee shop that has better customer service, please let me know. read more

Wait times are still around 15-20 minutes for one coffee. The newer girls just sit there and talk about gossip while they don't know which coffee we ordered after they're done talking. The slowest coffee stand I've ever dealt with, honestly. Its to the point it's ridiculous. For me, I usually stop for coffee because I didn't have the time to brew it at home and the long wait here negates all that. I am pretty basic and ordered the coffee - they have 12-32oz sizes. i stuck with a 24 oz variety but was tempted to put on my big boy pants and drink the pot size version of the 32 ouncer. My engineers purchased more fun drinks. Apparently they do a large variety of italian sodas - I did not see the list but I bet there were 40+ varieties. One of my engineers order teh lime italian soda - she mentioned to me that it was very tasty and not too sweet. The other drink purchase was a Yeti Dreamcicle smoothie. Drive thru is a plus. Bigfoot being a double sided drive thru and and open 24 hours a double plus. But all pluses...end there. :( I have not tried their regular brewed coffee, so I can't talk for that. But I have had the varied espresso drinks and blended drinks. Hoping...searching...for a better outcome. None would come!! I don't really know what the prob is. But when I order a non fat or two percent drink it tastes and feels like heavy cream, like THICK. And same goes for the blended drinks, you feel like your sucking on straw stuck in a hard scoop of ice cream...like...again...why so so creamy thick??? And in not a good way. Even if you carried a spoon with you (lol who would do that ...maybe a spork tho..) to eat it like a milkshake, it leaves a weird layer of thickening agent all over your mouth....ugh!! Why?? And if you order a iced drink they FILL your cup with ice, so a 20oz is really like less then a 12oz. Just no. Now this hasn't been a one or two time thing. I have given Bigfoot beyond many many chances, as they are located in a really easy off 167 exit. But even a bagel I ordered at 4:00AM...AM...it should be fabulously fresh right ?!?...no it was crumble fall into a tiny million pieces chew on chalk bagel. :( not happy. Oh and they are sloooooow. Sloooow extra emphasizing slow again. Slooooow. The good thing is that they are open 24 hours ...and that comes in handy for many. Wow... I really can't express my frustration with my experience today. I've been here loyally for the longest time since it's convenient, and the prices are great. Here's what happened today: My boyfriend and I pull up to the window (which was open at that time). Three girls stood there and was chatting away. We've said excuse me We'd like to order. No response. After a couple minutes a girl realized we were pulled up and takes our order annoyingly. No apology for our wait and asked what my boyfriend wanted, then briskly walked away before I could order my drink. I said, excuse me we also have another drink kindly. She takes my order and both our drink came out relatively fast. When paying, she handed me the clipboard without looking at us (continued talking to the other girls) and we had a question. The clipboard plopped into my hands and now they're just being plain disrespectful. When she takes the clipboard back, she ran so fast to continue chatting and did not thank us. We had to stop them again to ask for stoppers. It took a bit to get their attention. Finally, after leaving the drive way, we both take a sip of our coffee and it was the blandest tasting coffee I've ever had. I'm sorry but even when I come at midnight with ONE worker, they seem to be MORE attentive than these three girls working together at 4pm. What the heck? Very poor customer service. I will never visit this location again. No matter how much I am craving a white coffee- I am done with this specific stand. One cup of coffee. I pay around $6 for my drink. I come in and spend somewhere around $50 a month at this place. Multiply this by 12 months in a year and I hypothetically drop down over $500 on getting my white coffee fix. This includes buying the 2lb tub of white coffee grains to make my drink at home. I can handle a messed up drink because accidents happen and it can be fixed. What you can't fix is a crappy piss poor attitude from an employee. Bigfoot, you didn't lose just one cup of coffee or a $25 tub of coffee, you lost my business. I'd rather pay the 520 toll from Bellevue, fight parking in the U-District and go back to where I met the white coffee mistress for the first time. The saying is true: You get what you pay for. Me and my friend come here often and something always goes wrong. Tonight we stopped by and did separate orders. Mine was a white chocolate mocha and my friends was a white mocha. The barista made mine fine, but my friends ended up being a regular mocha and the barista couldn't remember if she made it right or not at first but proceeded to say "yeah that's a white mocha" so we leave. My friends mocha isn't white chocolate it's just chocolate. Mine was not stirred. Then when we paid the barista handing my friend the little iPad thing and she signed it and we waiting for the barista to put my card in so I could sign, it never popped up. I say this on behalf of my son who was given the wrong order of a bigfoot extreme chocolate, and you guys asked us if we wanted it hot when we expected it to be a cold blended drink, we thought the bigfoot extreme chocolate only came blended since it seems to be on a special list. He did not want it hot and you gave us it hot!!!! I can not rate 5 stars because he was very upset at this and would not like this to happen again ever, please in the future ask customers if they want the speciality drinks blended first before the other options or at least provide the options on a chart so the coustemer can see what variations are cause we feel ripped off and have never had such an issue with you guys till now.
