Didn't make drinks right. After being a barista at big foot Java, I'm aware of how they are supposed to be done. Our drinks tasted super watered down. From where I worked, u make the drink like the picture unless the customer has special request. And the drinks were made the right way. Don't get me wrong. Love Bigfoot Java, loved working with them, great company. They did Atleast give us our drinks not shoved full of ice. A+ for that I guess. The barista was also hella quiet and my boyfriend ordering couldn't really hear her. It was such an awkward interaction there. No eye contact. No how u doin. Just "what are you ordering". read more

Coffee is okay..we wanted to try something different besides starbucks. Forgot what my husband ordered but it was one of their popular coffee that the worker recommended. Boy, that coffee was too sweet. I had some sort of fruit drink...again, a okay but we wont be going back. Staff was friendly but coffee was not up to par to our liking. read more

I don't usually go to coffee stands but a fried got me to try the mythical mocha and I'm glad I did. Staff are nice as well. Will be revisiting the place again although the drinks are expensive. read more

Literally stood in line for 30 mins with only 3 cars there. Finally drove up and the baristas were super rude. We didn't even get a hello. After we got our drinks we said have a GoodNight and thank you and were completely ignored. We said it twice and she completely just turned around and ignored us. DONT GO HERE!!!! read more

Been going to BFJ for 3 years, loved the coffee, but last month i stopped in to buy coffee for my staff and was charged for 4 drinks that i neither ordered nor received. This isn't the first time that i felt like i was overcharged, but it is the first time that i asked for a receipt for business records. I called the location on 84th in Kent and explained what happened, talked to Savannah. She said she would pass my info on to the district manager Desire and instructed me to email Desire as well, which i did, including a copy of the receipt. A week later and i hear nothing back. I call the store again and talked to Savannah again, and again was told that Desire would call me back. A week later and still nothing. I called back a third time and was told to call back at 5 pm and talk to Lina, the location manager. She took my info, asked for the receipt number, and said Desire would call me back. That was 4 days ago and still no calls back. If anyone know of a good coffee shop that has better customer service, please let me know. read more

Wait times are still around 15-20 minutes for one coffee. The newer girls just sit there and talk about gossip while they don't know which coffee we ordered after they're done talking. The service and coffee standards are extremely low with these new girls. Won't be coming back, nothing has improved. read more

THANK YOU for taking the flag down! I really appreciate that! Seahawks Fan's and the Ladies and Gentleman of Seattle! This is NOT a version of the US Flag that should have EVER been made, sold and bought! It should NEVER be flying from a Flag pole outside! This is flying from a flag pole on a property outside of a "Bigfoot Java" in Kent, WA. Our flag is a symbol of America! It's been bought for with Blood, Sweat and Tears! It is a representative symbol of our Great Country! Not a gimmicky symbol that is supposed to show representation of a Pro Football Team! I could go on and on about the true etiquette of "Old Glory"! Please take these down if you are flying one. Buy a real flag and fly the 12the man flag under the true American flag!, if you need to show your support not this Flag! US Army Veteran read more

Charged me $5.75 for a double espresso with a half pump of hazelnut and a splash of milk. Every other Bigfoot I go to charges $3 and change. To top it off, the coffee tastes terrible. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Incredibly friendly staff, quick service, even at 5:30 in the morning on a Saturday. I loved the marion berry mocha so much. I came to this location because I needed some new i options besides what Starbucks had to offer and I was not disappointed. I will definitely return. read more

Needed somewhere that was open 24/7 and since there is no Starbucks on my route between Enumclaw and Bellevue after 10pm - I gave this place a try. Faux pas numero uno - there is no direction (that I saw) that tells you to pull forward to order. Girl working was nice. Got a white coffee latte and it was meh (had a funky flavor to it) - next time I'll just order my regular latte and see if it's any better. read more

Went to Bigfoot Java around 10:30 pm so of course I was the only car in the drive through. It was really great cause they're open 24 hours and I'm pregnant and always crave coffee. Anyway, I forgot the name of my drink, but whatever it was it was delicious. I got a grande and the ice to coffee ratio was perfect. A blond girl with a short cut helped me out. She was nice and answered my question in a friendly matter. I definitely will be going back. Probably before I go to Starbucks! read more

The slowest coffee stand I've ever dealt with, honestly. Its to the point it's ridiculous. For me, I usually stop for coffee because I didn't have the time to brew it at home and the long wait here negates all that. While I enjoy their coffee, it's not so wonderful that the wait becomes worth it. No escape route if you're stuck in the drive-thru and need to leave. read more

Being an out of towner - I took my team to get some afternoon pick-me-ups when we found this place. I am pretty basic and ordered the coffee - they have 12-32oz sizes. i stuck with a 24 oz variety but was tempted to put on my big boy pants and drink the pot size version of the 32 ouncer. My engineers purchased more fun drinks. Apparently they do a large variety of italian sodas - I did not see the list but I bet there were 40+ varieties. One of my engineers order teh lime italian soda - she mentioned to me that it was very tasty and not too sweet. The other drink purchase was a Yeti Dreamcicle smoothie. Both on my team enjoyed their drinks -My coffee was okay - I may need another one to get my caffiene kick. read more

9pm I'm sitting at the drive-thru for 30 minutes only because one girl was working both windows. What really upsets me is the girl took my order and then the other car pulls up on the other side. She then turns around and makes his drink first and had me wait ten minutes for her after waiting 30min in the drive thru. I even heard this guy request for another drink after she made two drinks for him which I think she gave him a free drink. I guess you gotta be a cute male in order to get served and not a "first come first serve" type of thing. read more

Drive thru is a plus. Bigfoot being a double sided drive thru and and open 24 hours a double plus. But all pluses...end there. :( I have not tried their regular brewed coffee, so I can't talk for that. But I have had the varied espresso drinks and blended drinks. Hoping...searching...for a better outcome. None would come!! I don't really know what the prob is. But when I order a non fat or two percent drink it tastes and feels like heavy cream, like THICK. And same goes for the blended drinks, you feel like your sucking on straw stuck in a hard scoop of ice cream...like...again...why so so creamy thick??? And in not a good way. Even if you carried a spoon with you (lol who would do that ...maybe a spork tho..) to eat it like a milkshake, it leaves a weird layer of thickening agent all over your mouth....ugh!! Why?? And if you order a iced drink they FILL your cup with ice, so a 20oz is really like less then a 12oz. Just no. Now this hasn't been a one or two time thing. I have given Bigfoot beyond many many chances, as they are located in a really easy off 167 exit. But even a bagel I ordered at 4:00AM...AM...it should be fabulously fresh right ?!?...no it was crumble fall into a tiny million pieces chew on chalk bagel. :( not happy. Oh and they are sloooooow. Sloooow extra emphasizing slow again. Slooooow. The good thing is that they are open 24 hours ...and that comes in handy for many. I don't think there any other 24hour drive thru coffee places in Renton area. I've yelped it and if anyone reads this and knows of one...message me plz!!! So furthermore, I have given up on Bigfoot. No, I can't take this whipping cream heaviness in my cup anymore!!! Ugh!! This is what my bigwig boss salesman husband would call a shit sandwich. Lol. Start with the pluses, fill em up with the hard to swallow crap, then end with a positive note. Just lots of crap here this time.... read more

Wow... I really can't express my frustration with my experience today. I've been here loyally for the longest time since it's convenient, and the prices are great. Here's what happened today: My boyfriend and I pull up to the window (which was open at that time). Three girls stood there and was chatting away. We've said excuse me We'd like to order. No response. After a couple minutes a girl realized we were pulled up and takes our order annoyingly. No apology for our wait and asked what my boyfriend wanted, then briskly walked away before I could order my drink. I said, excuse me we also have another drink kindly. She takes my order and both our drink came out relatively fast. When paying, she handed me the clipboard without looking at us (continued talking to the other girls) and we had a question. The clipboard plopped into my hands and now they're just being plain disrespectful. When she takes the clipboard back, she ran so fast to continue chatting and did not thank us. We had to stop them again to ask for stoppers. It took a bit to get their attention. Finally, after leaving the drive way, we both take a sip of our coffee and it was the blandest tasting coffee I've ever had. I'm sorry but even when I come at midnight with ONE worker, they seem to be MORE attentive than these three girls working together at 4pm. What the heck? Very poor customer service. They seemed bothered by us and so engulfed in their own conversations than being attentive to their customers. read more

I've been going to this location for a little over 3 years now & my iced white mocha with 2 extra shots + breve always taste the same! It's like made to perfection! Always going to be my #1 fave coffee spot. It's usually super busy around 8-9am and 4-6pm. read more

I will never visit this location again. No matter how much I am craving a white coffee- I am done with this specific stand. One cup of coffee. I pay around $6 for my drink. I come in and spend somewhere around $50 a month at this place. Multiply this by 12 months in a year and I hypothetically drop down over $500 on getting my white coffee fix. This includes buying the 2lb tub of white coffee grains to make my drink at home. I can handle a messed up drink because accidents happen and it can be fixed. What you can't fix is a crappy piss poor attitude from an employee. Bigfoot, you didn't lose just one cup of coffee or a $25 tub of coffee, you lost my business. I'd rather pay the 520 toll from Bellevue, fight parking in the U-District and go back to where I met the white coffee mistress for the first time. The saying is true: You get what you pay for. Apparently $6 isn't enough to not get eyes rolled at me and a sideways comment. Screw you guys- I get better service from Starbucks. read more

You would think they would read some of their reviews and change up their service, or at least give their Barista's an attitude check. My favorite spot to stop by on the way to work! Love their drink menu. Catchy names to go with delicious drinks. My fave drinks are the Mythical Mocha or the Abominable White Mocha.
