This establishment does not deserve the Starbucks Logo on the front of the store! RUDE RUDE RUDE! I came in on my birthday wanting to redeem my free Birthday coffee. Well this was reciprocated with a poor attitude employee that mumbled we don't do that. She gets the manager and she very sternly told me the same thing. I said this is Starbucks, so what's the problem? We are a Franchise was the reply. I had another person in the car and was going to get her coffee and both of us some breakfast there. So they lost a two person full breakfast for one cup of coffee! I told them I didn't want their coffee that bad and they COULD CARE LESS! Even though this wasn't a REAL Starbucks, no one in the customer service industry should treat people like that! Get another job if your that miserable. Luckily we went to a REAL Starbucks 14 miles down the road in Key Largo and had a totally opposite experience. read more

Most overpriced Starbucks I've ever visited. Normal quad espresso is $3.65, here it was $13.65.

These people are something else. Not only did they make a terrible drink, they over charged me for it! I ordered a Caramel Macchiato as I have done in every Starbucks across this country. I always replace the 4 pumps of vanilla with 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps of toffee nut. The dimwitt charged me for addition syrups. What? I pointed out they had over charged me, and the girl said it doesn't come with toffee nut. I stated I did not add additional syrup, I replaced. Again, I have never been charged more for they way I ordered my drink anywhere else in the country. Yet she rudley and ignorantly said that's how they do it. Is this true @Starbucks? Perhaps you need to do intelligence testing for your employees. Avoid this Starbucks because they have no customer relations skills, cannot make a decent drink like everywhere else and they make up reasons to charge you more. read more

I've been coming to the keys for over 25 years and to my surprise on this trip THERE IS AN ISLAMORADA STARBUCKS! I almost lost my mind, but good thing I didn't otherwise I wouldn't have been able to enjoy my coffee. No drive through, which is kind of a bummer but not the end of the world. It's a very beachy place with lots of indoor and outdoor seating, one of the cutest/nicest starbs that I've been in. I opted for a cafe mocha, not spectacular but the hubs got my usual (iced caramel macchiato) and they are heavy with the caramel (which I can totally appreciate), tried some of his and it was one the the best that I've had in a loooooong time. read more

Probably the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been in. Garbage all over the floor and the bathroom was filthy. Yesterday we tried to come here at 1230 pm and they were closed for 1hr "cleaning". Maybe they should close everyday for cleaning.No mention anywhere on their web site. Today the same sign was on the door but they were open. I mentioned it to them and someone yelled "take the sign down". Unprofessional staff all talked about going to lunch at the same time too. Fortunately Starbucks F&B is consistently good. Zero Stars. Messed up every drink we ordered and very rude when asked to fix it. One drink was missing whip cream. When pointed out barista stated it wasn't specified on receipt. This was the most unpleasant experience in a Starbucks ever.They put a sign sticking out of a cup basket and this sign was right next to the popcorn stand.I am short person so I bendes to take the popcorn bag.I hit my head close to my eye on the corner of the sign that was sticking out.They barely apologize and gave me ice showing to be very annoyed that I asked or complained.Putting a sign sticking out is a dangerous practice next to a snack stand.Terrible. read more

First of all, you can only do a mobile order at this store if you use a Starbucks gift card. So I did. I ordered 4 drinks and went in to pick them up. We got the first two no problem. The third, out of cold foam. The fourth, we don't have the stuff to make a frappacino. Then she just walks away and starts taking someone else's order. So I walk over and ask "what happens now that you can't make my last drink" and she looks at me surprised and says "oh, did you want a refund"? Well yes I would like a refund for the $10 drink you are not giving me. So I tell her I paid with the gift card since that was the only way on the app and was again met with surprise. So everyone goes into the back and she comes back and says that since I paid with a gift card there was nothing she can do since no one on site knows how to refund a gift card purchase. There are also no managers working that day. Asking for a cash refund was met with a chorus of "we can't do that". The only solution I was provided with was a sticky note with a phone number to call the next day. read more

Very pleasant and somewhat unexpected Starbucks which is perfectly positioned to break the journey between Miami and Key West. Enough parking right outside and lots of seating including charging points, USB ports, free wifi, and air conditioned bliss to escape the south Florida heat. TERRIBLE STARBUCKS. If you don't want to read this long rant, save yourself money and don't even go!!! This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to many). The women working in there are so trashy. They have zero customer service, nasty attitudes and they can't make a simple iced coffee for NOTHING! I ordered two iced coffees. One French vanilla and the other pumpkin spice. And two breakfast sandwiches. The order came out to 35$ !!! It should've been 20$ easy. And when I commented that, they said no because of all the extra stuff. I get Starbucks every day. Meaning I get the same order all the time. And I know exactly how much it should cost. But whatever. The food tasted horrible. Which I don't understand how when it comes pre-packaged. The drinks?! Omg. Literally tasted like flavored water. I came here an hour 15 min before close. Four ladies working. Empty cafe. Went up to order. Smiled and said hi how are you? Nothing. Okay.... Two sandwiches were sold out. Ordered another sandwich and a ham and Swiss roll. The cashier didn't know if they had that still, asked another lady who confirmed, and one of them whispered to the cashier and laughed at me. Didn't ask for my name for the order as usual. I was the only one there though. Got my food, an older French couple comes in, and finished eating with 45 min to close. I went to use the restroom. Men's bathroom was locked. I asked one of the two employees that were still at the front for a key. "It's always unlocked" without turning around to address me. Okay so I go back to twist and push the door. Nope. I go back - this time the other staff member scurries around the corner to join the other two. "Ma'am it's locked. May I please have the key?" Less response than before and she largely ignored me. So I go in the women's restroom since that was open. Clean up and walk out. The French couple are still there. 35 min to close. The front door is locked. This time the other employee that scurried around the corner offers to open the door before I can unlock it. She sheepishly says, "Goodnight" and I say the same with my head held high. .........I've been to Starbucks from 9 different states and several around the world. Never had I had such bad service. These people just want to clown on you to pass the time. Honestly it isn't even funny kind of mischief. It's straight rude and neglectful. I have no clue what motivates four people to allow each other to perform poorly at their jobs. Leaves a very bad taste in your mouth. A big, clean and beautiful Starbucks! This Starbucks is on the Postcard Inn property and is super convenient and appears to be dog friendly. Lots of tables and booth for working purposes. Not sure if the wifi is free or not. The staff is friendly and quick. Visiting this Starbucks is a pleasure. Keep up the good work! read more

It's 5:22 on a Sunday, and I'm highly disappointment that it's closed! When I checked on google it stated it closed at 7. Maybe the huge "open" Starbucks banner out front might keep confusing customers into thinking that it's open. I feel bad for the people who keep driving into the parking lot as we are leaving... change your time online people! read more
