On our way to Marathon my family and I wanted a quick breakfast in the Keys. F-ing Bagels was on the way and the food looked good, so we stopped there. I got the heart attack breakfast sandwich (bacon, sausage, ham, egg, and cheese) on a cinnamon sugar bagel and a fruity pebbles bagel with cream cheese. My wife got a cinnamon sugar bagel with cream cheese and both kids got a s'mores bagel without cream cheese. Both the kids and my wife liked their bagels. My wife commented that her cinnamon sugar bagel was less messy than similar bagels elsewhere, which she appreciated. I didn't necessarily love the fruity pebbles bagel because the fruity pebbles didn't stand out like I had hoped, but it was solid. The heart attack breakfast sandwich was great. I thought the cinnamon sugar bagel complimented the meats well and I liked the thick cut bacon. I would definitely get it again if I had the opportunity. read more

My kids liked the fruity pebbles and the cinnamon bagels. I liked the more plain or savory type, so that was my favorite (but they weren't around long, so I can't remember which ones they were). We stopped by to grab breakfast on our way back to the mainland today. To begin with, the place is cozy and cute,l was greeted when I entered and it wasn't too busy at 830 am. Ragz got the egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and I got the same thing on a bagel. I also got the hot tea. Both the croissant and the bagel are home made. I really liked the bagel texture - right amount of chew and held its structure well. I did think the bagel was a tad bit saltier than I would have liked. The egg and cheese were freshly made and the cheese actually had flavor. Ragz liked his croissant sandwich. The croissant wasn't as flaky as a commercially made one, but I'd take a home made one any day! It was very tasty in my opinion. I'm docking a star because I paid for my tea and then realized they didn't have a basic English breakfast tea - literally the one version that is universally available. I had to settle for the green tea which was alright. The lady at the counter basically told me she had no idea about the teas and I was on my own, ugh. They had weird hippie teas made out of snakeroot herbs and stuff - not my jam honestly. I will say that the place is over priced - $9 for an egg and cheese sandwich. I guess that the price you pay for being on an island. Am I likely to be back? It wasn't bad, I wouldn't mind being back if I was in the area and starving, but not likely to seek them out. read more

We noticed that after we ordered and were waiting for our food, they were unfortunately restocking on the bagels we wanted but it was too late for us. From Colton (the 11 year old who took our order, amazing) to the chef prepping food to the bagel being fresh - we couldn't recommend this place more. Parking was easily accessible from the front or side of the building, had adequate tables and chairs, and a good variety of bakery goods and bagels. Our bagels (45 minutes later) were weirdly undercooked and undertoasted, with watery cream cheese. Overall soggy and unappetizing. Not the kids' fault! I told her we'd prefer the doors closed, (because it's 56 degrees outside with 35mph gusts) and she said "i guess" with a bitchy attitude and then she said they don't have any air conditioning in the back so they need it open. One of the worst experiences I had ever encountered, at a bagel shop. The order process was interesting to say the least. The owner couldn't understand what is a scoop out bagel (simply scoop out the bread from the inner portion of the bagel)...It took more that 30 minutes to get a one single bagel, with egg whites and bacon. When I opened the box the bagel , egg whites and bacon where spread in the container and not an assembled sandwich. Also, I had to go back to get the Chipotle mayo that I ordered, but wasn't added to the bagel. Will NEVER go back. We are from NJ and can say NY/NJ bagels are BY FAR better and this was a waste of time and money, during our vacation in Islamorada. read more

The bacon egg and cheese was super good too with thick bacon and a good amount of stuff in it. We are from NY and this was by far the best bagel I have ever had. When you walk into the place it is super cute and very clean. The showcase was full of all different types of bagels along with other pastries and giant cinnamon rolls. They had a chalkboard sign with all the bagel flavors along with sandwiches, drinks and other sides. The girl at the counter was very friendly and for our two bagels and two drinks it was very quick. I got the bacon cheddar bagel, toasted with butter and it was phenomenal. It was light and toasted to perfection!! It is not your typical, dense bagel that you eat and feel super bloated from. This was more like a good sourdough or Italian bread. The top and center had crispy bacon pieces and warm cheddar cheese. It was the perfect breakfast and a quick ride on our bikes from the resort we were staying at. I wish I would have taken a picture for this review- I will remember for the next time because we most definitely will return. read more

As a local, I try to support small business in the spirit of entrepreneurship, but this was not good. We were on our way down to Key West and we stopped in for a quick grab and go. Waited on line for about 5 mins before giving our order to then be told it would take at least 20 mins. We opted for simple cream cheese bagels, untoasted to save time. I guess spreading the cream cheese would've taken too much time, because we ended up doing it ourselves in the shop (took 2 minutes). Bagels were undercooked with flat, bald bottoms. Cost $14 with a small Natalie juice and me doing the labor, so not sure what I paid for here. It didn't seem busy enough to justify such a long wait and I feel this was a deterrent to clear the line or accept whatever they threw at you.
