I am back here after 3 years from Arizona, I think it is really cool. They remodeled it to make me feel strange. I do not see old employees anymore; maybe they changed jobs or moved somewhere. Holy poop!!! The service at this place is beyond slow!! Got one drink and a pastry and waited about 15 minutes for it. It wasn't a busy day or anything, only one person in front of me. The girl didn't know how to work the register, another one dropped the drink before giving it to the drive thru customer, all with the 20 minutes I was there. This place sucks!!! read more

WAS the best and nicest place ever- I have never once called out an individual worker nor will I name names but the strawberry blonde girl with an attitude who wouldn't fix a $6 drink they made wrong after showing the app to prove it was from there and making my sweet mom call the manager after us asking nicely for it to be redone is taking her gatekeeping way too seriously. if she'd get in trouble it's not her fault but the tude was crazy and now we go elsewhere for my moms daily drink even though all the other lovely baristas knew exactly how to make it for her. I've worked as a server and barista and would NEVER show such attitude to even a customer who annoyed me much less one who asked sweetly and didn't make a fuss. read more

7.26.22 It is NOT closed!!! Just bought drinks. This location shows it is permanently closed. This is not true it is open and extremely busy as always. The staff here are always very friendly. This location really should be bigger because the line always wraps all the way around the building. I'm not quite sure why they put a small Starbucks across from Lone Star College to me that doesn't make any sense. It's a win win - Starbucks and next door is a new Voo-Doo donuts!! This Starbucks always has a line at the drive through that is long, but it goes relatively quickly. I don't usually write a review for big chains, but the customer service and workers at this location are so kind and great. I always get the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and 99% of the time it's perfect. However this time the cold brew was so pale and had wayyyyy too much sweet cream. Cute little Starbucks right across from the college easy and convenient. They also have a drive-through which is nice! The little girl that waited on us was extremely helpful and sweet. one of our kiddos dropped their cake pop on the ground and was throwing a fit. I just wanted to give acknowledgment to this store for how great they are in customer service. Often times I complain about service and quality of different SB stores. Not today. I was in a long drive thru for about 15 mins around 10:15am Friday morning. I didn't mind since I had some time to kill before work. By the time I got to the window, and before I was handed my drink, the girl inspected the drink and noticed it wasn't filled to the top. I waited a few secs for that to be corrected and I even thanked her for noticing that. I got my drink and pulled into a parking spot to eat my croissant and took a sip of my drink. It was not right as I requested and paid for a shot. I went inside and was greeted by a woman outside the counter. She asked if there was something wrong and I simply told her there wasn't a shot in my drink. She handed the drink to the barista and he quickly remade the drink. Never had I received such customer service from an SB like this one. This store deserves the acknowledgment. Please informed them that they are truly appreciated for their hard work they put everyday in satisfying millions of caffeine attics. read more

Probably the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. Wether it's a quickie in the drive-thru or if I decide to go in, every employee here is so welcoming. Brand spankin' new location right in front of Lone Star College, my new favorite Starbucks. Though most of the time that I am here I go through the drive-thru, the interior of this location is very nice and clean. Not the largest Starbucks but there's a decent amount of seating for what it is. There is outdoor seating but it's limited to one-two tables. It can be pretty busy at times, usually with a bunch of college students. (obvi.) My usual is a triple shot espresso over ice with white mocha and these guys get it right every time. What I appreciate most about this location is the amount of attention the employees here give you. I've yet to see that at any other Starbucks. Whatever leadership/management is doing here, keep up the great work. read more

The inside is so cute and modern with lots of tables for study groups or individual studies. It's not busy, but I'm sure this place will really pick up when the school season starts in the fall. JAVA CHIP FRAP I was a bit disappointed because my drink was a bit slushy. I wanted the Java chips to add a slight crunch to the drink, but all I got was mush. The flavor was there, but it was lacking in texture. STRAWBERRY ACAI One of the barista recommended this drink to me and it's not bad. It's refreshing and sweet, but it does leave a cough medicine after-taste, which made me feel like I was sick. Overall experience: I really like the ambiance that this location brings. I've visited twice already and every time I've received phenomenal service. The barista is friendly and always smiling. I'll definitely be coming here often!! read more

So, this morning I was literally thinking that I wished there was a full Starbuck's location closer to my house! And low and behold as I was heading to Lonestar, there stood a brand new Starbuck's! Needless to say, I was stoked! I only went through the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the inside/cleanliness/etc. What I can say is that the young lady, Ashley (of course I remembered her name) was very upbeat and friendly. I got my usual short nonfat cinnamon dolce latte, no whip and an egg and cheddar on an English muffin. It was all the standard deliciousness I expect at Starbuck's! They were doing construction in the neighboring suites as this is a new building, so it was a little difficult to communicate with Ashley through the intercom, but that will pass once they finish with the construction. Aside from that I have absolutely no complaints, so they get 5 stars from me! read more

I go to the Starbucks at least 2 to 3 times a week. I love the staff! They are friendly and helpful every single time. However the consistency of their drinks is never the same. I never know if I'm going to get "a good drink" or something completely watered down or not made correctly. It would be nice if the drinks were consistent each time. On the weekends I order a black coffee for my boyfriend. We have yet to receive a black coffee that isn't burnt. Yes I should probably try a different Starbucks but this one is convenient but I may just have to go someplace else. read more

This Starbuck's location is by my job. Whenever I go in, the baristas are have always been friendly to me and are always hard at work. The only problem with them is that they are slow. If I go there before work, I must make sure I allow PLENTY of time to get my caffeine. Another problem is the design of the parking lot of the strip center. There's not enough parking slots during the lunch time rush, but they also have limited exits, causing you to, at times, wait in your parking slot for a car blocking you in to move on. In summary, I frequent this location, only if it won't make me late for work. read more

I know reviews don't mean as much to chains and people tend to only leave reviews for chain restaurants when they have a bad experience. But I've now ordered an iced flat white twice from here and both times it was made correctly. Which doesn't sound hard but at other Starbucks I've been told they simply can't and others have given me a hot foamy coffee with some ice in it. I've also ordered soy chai tea latte(changes the whole flavor of the chai tea). And they have never added the wrong milk. Starbucks are everywhere now a days so people forget that sometimes lines are long..... which happens often at this location. I order weird orders all the time and almost every time they get my orders correct. The lines are often around the entire building, but, they do move through that many vehicles relatively quickly (considering). I think I have only had one issue but that was when they first opened and the girl flat out told me she would not switch my drink from hot to cold...... not even agreeable to pouring what was made over ice for me. But, she's not there any longer (at least I don't see her) so no harm. read more

If you want your drink made right, this is not the location to go to. I always ask for an iced drink and it is always hot. More importantly, I'm extremely lactose intolerant (obviously against my will) and every single time I stress I want almond milk, they give me whole milk. Do you think we don't know the difference? Almond milk is thicker and sweeter, I KNOW it's whole milk with my first sip. Why is that even funny? "Haha I gave her whole milk now she gets to spend the next two days with nausea and an upset stomach, she might even throw up!" Like I'm just trying to get coffee so I can get things done, and you purposely impede my next two days for .. for what? ??????? Can you not mess with a person's health for a prank please? I love this Starbucks especially because it is super close to home. I passed by today because it said it was open on the app but when I arrived the doors were locked so I called and was told it was closed. Yet when I was about to leave some other people tried to open the door and a worker opened the door for them. It was super upsetting since this was "supposedly" one of the only places open today. If it was closed I don't believe it is fair for them to let some people in. read more

We go to this location quiet frequently through the drive-thru and always good, but, in the last 2-3 weeks I've been telling them that the screen were you see your order is full of mud and is real hard to see what they have there and it should be cleaned, Today, I went again and told the girl at the window about that and she sure did not have any interest in that.
