This java business does exactly what they were made to do; deliver quality java drinks at a speedy pace and with friendly service. That is a top rating. The bad part is the noise in the facility. You can barely hear your own thoughts much less conversation with the person next to you. The music is loud genre, the banging and bumping and grinding in the serving area is extremely loud because sound bounces around in that building like a drum. It's almost as loud as sitting in a bar. Many times I have gone on out to the car and sat in the quiet car to enjoy my peaceful coffee moment. Those of you who are early thirties and younger, you have not grown up in anything but a noisy, computer and cell phone world so you may have a difficult time understanding my review. I have been around long enough to to have seen the progression of local coffee shops. When they first started back in the 70's it was like sitting in a library. Very peaceful with mellow jazz or big band singers like Sinatra or Nat King Cole. The coffee production areas not near as loud and the structures of the facility helped keep the noise down. Old fabric furniture help to subdue the sounds in the room. It was a quiet pleasant place to be. Now Starbucks has pre manufactured stamped out uncomfortable furniture all hard and wooden or plastic with extremely high ceilings all of which make noise generation so much louder. This facility is no different. Each time I write one of these reviews I am hoping that Starbucks is listening and will figure out a way to drop the noise in all their facilities and make them more soothing in a fast paced world. Until then, I get my coffee at the drive-thru and I go find some more secluded place to enjoy my java and read a book and study or just contemplate life. Or, I find a quiet mom and pop coffee shop and spend my money there. Fortunately there are still a few around who understand. read more

The service was great, the guy at the window training the new girl both were doing an amazing job, the only problem was that the Java Chip Frappuccino tasted like it had no coffee whatsoever.. It just tasted like chocolate with water and crunched ice; so to rate that one a 4 out of 10. I also ordered the Pumpkin Frappuccino and it tasted great except it was too water unlike the other drinks I've gotten before so a 7 out of 10. Besides that, the customer service was great read more

Usually very accommodating to special requests, and great customer service. No matter how big or complicated the order, they always give good service with a smile. This location is usually pretty busy, so there's usually a wait time at the drive thru as well as inside. Best bet is to order through the app! DRIVE THRU REVIEW - Conveniently located off of Barker Cypress next to WhataBurger. Very consistently, however can get really busy. The drive up feeds back into the main entrance, so can get congested. The staff is friendly and always gets our orders correct and fast. Even if the line is lone, it moves quickly. Today they started giving out free holiday cups if you ordered a holiday drink. I didn't know you had to order a holiday drink, and I asked for a free reuseable cup and the barista told me they are only free when you get the holiday drink. Now I can understand this, but on another note these cups are only $1. If she was another, she would've just given it to me for free. Considering I spent over $20 on 3 drinks. I then offered to just pay the extra for the cup since I was really looking forward to it and the barista says my card has been declined. Keep in mind it's raining very hard. So I tell her please try again. Also, she doesn't give me my drinks, which offends me because it makes me feel that she thinks I'm trying to scam or something. I ask for my drink and they don't give it to me and ignore me. Why would I run off with my drinks and leave you guys with my card? Honestly the amount of times I've been disappointed by the way my drink was made at this Starbucks is astounding. Even when I order what I think is the simplest of drinks they somehow get it wrong, always blaming it on the fact that they have new people training. Guess they don't know how to train people or something... I've given this Starbucks multiple visits since it is so close to home, but I think it's about time to start commuting to another one. I had a very bad experience at this starbucks. The workers were very rude, handled my food with their bare hands, my drink was 3/4 of the way filled up, and they didn't put my cake pop and lemon loaf in a separate bag. It's a good thing who the cake pop was for isn't allergic to lemon because that would've been serious cross contamination. And my lemon loaf was also super dry and i needed like a glass a milk after eating it. read more

Yesterday in the afternoon I left my computer here, I called at 9:59pm when I realized I didn't have it (yeah I know but I'm a busy lady) so they close at 10pm but they answered my call, they told me they had it, they tried to search for a phone number on my computer but couldn't find any, just paper work. Well I went today to pick it up and they asked me a couple of questions and then gave it back. Both guys (the lady who picked up the phone and the guy at the register) were so nice and understanding. Do not go through the drive through they didn't even get my coffee right and then they didn't will it up all the way when I have a venti it was only either half or 3/4s of the way filled up and then they just heated up my sand which and just threw it in the back with turkey coming all out of the sandwich. I went through the drive through to order two drinks today. I did not feel welcome. I previously worked here, and it shows what my previous coworkers thought/think of me. I personally prefer to use as little plastic as possible, but due to the COVID-19 epidemic going around, we are not allowed to get our drinks in reusable cups. I, however, skipped the disposable plastic straw. My boyfriend, the driver at the time, returned the plastic straws to them, and I was given attitude about it. "Of course you would." Yes, I WOULD return the plastic straws. There is no problem with that. Surely saving plastic helps keep the planet clean and helps the company save money. I understand that my drink order was "complicated", but as a person who no longer works there and gets no discount, I think that I am a paying customer. A paying customer deserves respect, regardless of whether or not I previously worked with the people inside. read more

I don't ever write bad reviews because I never have bad experiences but I went to this Starbucks and told the barista (he might have even been the manager not sure though) that I wanted a blended black iced coffee with nothing in it and he says "I honestly don't feel like blending it so that it comes out blended, so if it comes out with an inconsistent texture it's on you" with an attitude. Like if you want to be lazy and rude just stay home! Nobody needs to deal with ill tempered workers when all we want is our order fulfilled so we can leave. read more

Black coffee is reasonably good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is nice and quiet. Parking lot is small and the store can feel a bit cramped - there aren't a lot of places to sit during peak hours. Staff are friendly enough and they prepare your drink quickly (it did take them a little while to get to me despite having no other customers in-store and ample staff). read more

Went through the drive thru. They made my order wrong. All I ordered was 1 drink. It is super easy to make, and I even repeated the order 3 times. They were not very busy. They look brand new, I even thought they might have been closed. I decided to stop by since I noticed a person in the drive thru. I give them 3 stars because the customer service was nice. It was a long wait though. I'd hate to see what it is like during a rush hour, like first thing in the morning. I'm not going to come back to this location. This Starbucks is awful. Every single time I go there, it doesn't matter how long the line is, I am waiting a minimum of 15 minutes and then my drink is NEVER right. Last night after sitting in the drive through for close to 17 minutes, I get up to the window and Bri was the not so friendly face that greeted me..she had the wrong drink, so I told her I didn't order that and she rudely snaps at me "this isn't for you." Although it was the same drink I ordered except I ordered mine with coconut milk..so they just made it wrong. Meanwhile, there are two other drinks waiting at the window and mine STILL isn't ready. I waited for 4 more minutes until my drink was ready and of course the drive thru was piling up behind me. I told Bri "you know, maybe this is why your drive thru is always so slow because you are making drinks out of order." Again, she popped off something rude and gave me a dirty look and said "we aren't making our drinks out of order, these are remakes from people who just left." LOL, they can't even make their drinks right!! I asked for the manager - his name is Chris. He comes up to the window and greets me hysterically laughing. I'm trying to tell him about my experience with Bri and he continues to laugh at me. I ask him what's so funny and he says "nothing" and continues to laugh. There was no one in front of me, yet it took them in excess 16 minutes until I gave up and requested a refund... now another 3 mins for a refund.. the time is now give or take 6:05 pm. Used the drive thru, when I approached the speaker I was greeted right away. I am also a partner so all I ordered was a pound of coffee so I could mark it out. Usually when that's all I get, I get an attitude from a partner because I am not purchasing anything but not this time. I felt very welcome.
