They have two restrooms and only one is for customers before it was an all restroom access.

Came in this morning, environment was clean and peaceful. All the employees screaming good morning lol. Drinks were ready for pick up right when the order said. Thanks!

I have come to this Starbucks often for a studying in the past, and it has suited me well. There is a row of two-top tables lining one wall, which can be full at popular times, but are perfect for studying or getting some work done. This location is clean and well-kept; every time I am there I see the staff tidying up. They have never gotten my order wrong (though the last time they managed to misspell my name even though I scanned my member card). The staff are always friendly and cheerful. It is a popular location, so you may catch a line at times. If you order ahead, they have a little station where you can go and pick up your food and/drink. There is also ample outdoor seating at this location if you would like to bring your dog with you!

Paid for a grande with no foam and received a tall in Grande cup! Wow!

Don't ask for a Grande Latte with no foam because what you will receive is a Tall in a Grande cup and still pay for a Grande.

About and inch short of milk.

Went to get a flat whit today and when I got home it was more like a cappuccino. Mostly foam and not filled to the top. On top of that it took so long to get my 'flat white' that my pastry was cold. Wish o would've check out my order before I left. So far this Starbucks's has been an epic fail. Not only did they skimp on the milk this time, my last experience wasn't that great either. It's seems that it might be worth driving the extra distance to get a good coffee.

My favorite Starbucks in the Galleria area! Plenty of parking, spacious interior, tons of seating & great baristas! I've come in the morning, afternoon & evening and I can't think of one bad experience I've had here. They're all friendly, fast and helpful. In the mornings, it's common for there to be a long line, but it goes by very quickly. Tons of people mobile order, which, if you're in a hurry, I recommend you do so. Sometimes it seems like you'll get your order quicker if you had ordered through the app instead. Great space for meeting up with friends, stopping by or small meetings. I met up with a colleague of mine & the community table was perfect for the two of us with our laptops. I haven't sat outside yet, but there's plenty of seats in their patio area. How the store's designed, I don't think (don't hold me to it) the sun shines on anyone if you're in the patio area.

We hadn't taken a sip from them.

The best black sesame latte in Houston…read more I'm always looking for black sesame flavored drinks ever since I tried it in Seattle, so I was excited that TwoTone had it. The nuttiness of the sesame goes SOOO well with the espresso taste and it's a good creaminess too. I also like the texture of the bits of sesame seeds in the drink. The aesthetic of the cafe is modern with street-style flairs, it's a really cool space. I also love that there are Filipino flavors on the menu like ube and pandan. Most workers are super nice and say your name like they know you. They're also super attentive to ensure that everything with your order is perfect. Jonah was very welcoming and helpful, making sure we got a menu while in line! The weekdays seem to be better for wait-time, with little to no wait. The weekends however are packed and usually have lines. If you're not a line person, I would definitely come on a weekday. TwoTone is probably the best specialty coffee you can get in Houston, especially in terms of Asian flavors and creaminess. If it was closer to inner Houston, I would probably come here everyday.

You can tell they care about quality, and I absolutely understand why this place stays busy. That being said, the wait time was very long. I waited about 30 minutes from the time I ordered to actually receiving my coffee, and this was on a Wednesday around 10 a.m. I'm not sure if that's their normal flow, but it was packed. Thankfully I didn't have anywhere to be, because if you're stopping in before work or during a tight schedule, definitely plan ahead and expect a wait. The only real downside for me was the timing and ordering process. Spending close to $10 on one coffee plus waiting that long makes this feel more like an occasional treat rather than an everyday coffee run. I'll admit I may have been a little cranky from the wait, but I do think it's fair feedback. Overall though, my coffee was delicious, and because of that, I would absolutely give them another chance. Good things take time, I guess.

Parking can get a bit crowded, and I waited around 20 minutes for my drinks. As someone who usually doesn't enjoy the grassy taste of matcha, this place was still incredibly good. The matcha flavor was rich and smooth with barely any sugar, the ice ratio was perfect, and the texture was unbelievably creamy. I've honestly never had a matcha this creamy before. I may say this is the best matcha shop in houston honestly. my biggest concern was that it would smell like a nail shop, but it doesn't. they executed this concept very well. there's tons of small seating inside, but ofc we are going to crowd the door entry area. I got lychee bloom, they do a lychee milk tea, and for the jasmine, a jasmine milk tea topped with matcha. I think they explain the drinks very well when you get there. im still trying out different drinks but, I am sooo close to finding "the one" I have enjoyed duo matcha, that specialty one with toffee and cream, lychee bloom, and matcha jasmine. but my recent one was Isuzu, latte, sweetened with agave 50% sweet. I haven't had one I hated, b=however there was one that came close, which was pistachio, it had a genuine pistachio connection, but I would add a gram of matcha extra bc the pistachio literally took over. other than that, I am coming back weekly to try different drinks. good rec!

The Turkish baklava had a nice crunch to it due to the outer layer and on the inside was a smooth creamy texture both pairing well with each other. The other dessert or pastry, I'm not sure on the name but it was my favorite. It also had the same crunch as the baklava but the center had a sweet nuttiness to it that reminded me of a Mexican dessert, although small the flavors made up for it. Service is pretty quick as there seems to be about 3 maybe 4 employees behind the counter and the area is very large with a seating area that is just as large.

I could not really taste the pandan but the matcha came across. I asked the barista about their syrups and beans. I learned that most of their syrups are made in house and they get their beans from a family friend.
