The worker would not sell me a cup of ice. She stated she was unable to do so. I have gotten plenty of ice at Starbucks in the past. Perhaps the neighborhood we are in does not allow it. I offered to pay twice and she refused. That's not great customer service. Offer to let me purchase an Iced black coffee and just let me dump the coffee. She didn't offer any help or way to get Ice. I was in your Starbucks location in my neighborhood on Sunday Morning April 13th 2025. I Shop there all the time. The barista was friendly and did a good job, BUT her hair was in two LONG braids that looked like she braided them 3 days ago and just rolled out of bed. the back of her head was Totally a bed head look and nothing that she was wearing looked clean or ironed. Whoever works in the morning (weekdays 6:30a) really doesn't know how to make the drinks. Way too much syrup compared to other Starbucks, to the point I can't drink it and I've wasted money. I want to say awesome job to Dani. She was working by herself in a stressful situation with 8 people in line. Talk about efficiency and excellent time management to keep the line moving. As she is making the drinks or food she went one by one down the line and verbally asked their order... so by the time I and all were at the front of the line and my turn... my hot mocha was ready. Conveniently located inside the Super Market, this Starbucks is very convenient. The employees at this Starbucks are amazing. Everyone is very friendly and professional. It is clean and orderly. This location is excellent, but not perfect. No drive-thru(duh, it's a grocery store), very little food options(I love their salads, but have never seen one avail at this location), and the overall shady neighborhood, are keeping it from getting 5 stars for me. This is a nice, clean Albertson's. I'm a Smith's guy though, cuz overall, they're way cheaper on groceries. My favorite thing about this Starbucks, is that it's less than 100 ft from some pretty damn good daily made sushi, haha. I've been to this location about a dozen times, and the drinks are always correctly made, whether wanting more/less ice, or extra additions. The only time the wait is long, is when someone lacking manners holds the line up while they ACT like this their first trip to a Starbucks. read more

Also, ordered lemon bread which they forgot about so after I got my drink I had to wait a moment to ask them about it. We come to this location frequently and get great customer service. There only 2 tables and chairs for customers and recently so far every time we came there's a manager doing paperwork on one of the tables. Its disappointing that she would be so inconsiderate using tables in place of customers even if for a short time. They should have another small table for the manager's/employees use on the side. The nice folks here will blow you away, they remember names, orders, and usually will have your drink started while you're still in line. Considering it is a small setup, inside of a grocery store. I'm always impressed by how quickly they pump out the drinks, how friendly and professional they are, and how they get things done right in a hurry. The staff is predominately young people, and to this Gen X dude. These youngsters give their generation a good name, and show that neither work ethic, or manners have gone out the window just yet. And as many other people have mentioned, this Starbucks is still open. Best location in Henderson if you aren't looking to hang out on your computer pretending to work all day :) read more

If I could give this zero stars believe me I would , I went to to the Starbucks inside of safe way today 8/19 and I believe the baristas name was Judith she was the worst barista I have ever had in my entire life. She took forever to make our drinks and then when we finally got them they where terrible we asked her to make them again and her attitude was absolutely unbelievable acting like we didn't know what we where talking about being very rude and snotty waving her hands counting outbound how many pumps she was putting in so we "knew she was right " . What i like about this starbucks? Besides the friendly and courteous staff? They make the best berry sangria. Eversince this drink became available in starbucks this my go drink this summer and ever starbucks branch i go to, i always order this drink and no one can make its "balance" but Brianna. There peppermint hot chocolate and salted hot chocolate is the best. There was a time when salted caramel was already out from there menu but Brianna suggested if i would like it to be hot chocolate with caramel syrup and it was perfect. my husband and i was very happy when they opened again and ever since this branch was our go to branch. read more

Seriously the worst Starbucks ever. Not only are they "not" aloud to take/scan a Starbucks card off of a phone, but they didn't know anything about the drinks they're making.
