I've lived in the area and it's been awhile since I've visited this location. With all of the snow we've had in the recent days, it was nice to get out and grab a cup of tea. The parking lot was clear and allowed for easy access to the entrance. My sister wanted to drop in for her free birthday beverage. She chose their mango dragon fruit refresher and was happy with her choice. I decided on their medicine ball. Upon entering there appeared to be two staff members working. They were quite busy taking drive-thru orders but still gave us great service! The location is smaller and doesn't have seating. The bathrooms are to the left of the register when entering. They had some nice cake pop treats though, I did not indulge, I noticed they are featuring a Valentine's Day cake pop. There was a neat flower wall art, that could serve as a nice backdrop for pictures! Overall great experience here even despite not being an avid coffee drinker. read more

I've been to this Starbucks a number of times, and they are continuously busy, but to wait 10 minutes for a cake pop today was a little much. If I had gone through the drive-through, I do not feel that my wait time would have been that long. The store itself was clean and dimly lit. The person working the drive-through line made an announcement that they were shortstaffed, and they would have everybody's drinks out soon. This is literally the one thing that you don't have to heat up or prepare, and it still took 10 minutes. I will think twice before returning to this location in the morning time. read more

I'm not pleased with this establishment, but I guess it got the job done once I finally got my order! While ordering the cashier could hardly hear me, I had to repeat myself three times because she seemed so confused with me asking for a fox sugar cookie! I guess they just started selling those cookies that day *shrugs* I also ordered a strawberry refresher as well. I went to the restroom while I waited on my drink. I was on a road trip, so that was a must but unfortunately there was NO toilet tissue. So no bathroom stop for me! Anyways, I washed my hands and proceeded to wait on my drink. Now mind you, I saw an older couple pick up their coffee in the front of the store after ordering after me! And I waited in the same spot for mine...after a couple of minutes I inquired about my drink, "Excuse me, I'm still waiting on my drink." She then lets me know "Oh it's on the other side at the pick up counter." I was a little annoyed at this point. My little drink just sitting there by its lonesome. Terrible service, paid 20+ for two badly made coffees and a croissant. Both drinks had no vanilla sweet cream cold foam, which is already an added expense on itself. When asked to put some on, the barista was cold and flat out rude. Upon receiving the foam, it turned out to just be whipped cream. Came to it off of the interstate. Convenient location next to lots of fast food options. Staff was nice but with both the drive through and a long line of customers they only has 1 guy making the drinks. There were 2 other ladies working as well but one was walking around and the other emptying trash. The design of the location is odd. The drink pick up location is in the back with barely any room to stand so everyone is awkwardly crowded around tables and high chairs. Don't get me started on the bathrooms. They're family bathrooms so no separation between men and women. One of the stalls was down and the one I used was a train wreck. Needs a little more tlc Also I know the drive through Windows are opening and closing but there was also a lot of flies in there. read more

This is the closest one to my place, so I frequent this particular location. I never had a problem, but I see other customers' issues here. Since they stopped writing names on the cups, folks are constantly complaining about getting their orders. Mine are kinda particular, so I always get mine. But there have been a few times coffees and fraps are left on the counter due to customers leaving either without their full order or out of frustration and no refund. It's usually a small crowd here, larger after 4pm. It's generally clean, but I never used the restroom here. The layout is funky in a not so practical way. The pick up counter is literally in the corner of the space and probably 5' wide from wall to counter. It's probably part of the problem with people getting their orders. Not to mention there is 3-4 high top tables with chairs invading this narrow space as well. Parking here is ok, but the road leading here is shit. Trust, there is no other way to describe it. The drive-thru is always backed up, so just get your lazy butt out the car and run inside. They take care of the walk ins faster. If you have the Starbucks app, you can also place your order in advance. I haven't used it yet, but from seeing other customers, it works well. I will continue to come here, because I, personally, haven't had a problem and it is the closest to me. Oh, it is located right off 85, but there's a round about way to get to it. read more

Stopped in on my way from Charlotte to Durham. Wasn't all that impressed but I got what I came for and my order was correct and pretty quick. The interior of the store really does need a bit of a redesign as I believe this has already been mentioned. The parking lot is a bit awkward as well because of where the drive-thru is located. And the parking spaces closest to the entrance seemed a bit tight. Kudos on the 2 bathrooms being for both genders. I thought that it might be kind of gross cause you know the men's room can get a little "stanky" sometimes. It was all good! An enormously annoying issue was the attendant for the drive-thru..,girl was belting out her conversations and orders to the point of it being awkward!! You how you yell when you have headphones on like a doof. Poor girl. I don't think she realized it and I think her co-workers were numb to it. read more

I've been going to this Starbucks for years without problems. We travel I-85 often and the location is very convenient. However, I have now gone three times and had a bad experience each time. The first time, they got my drink wrong in the drive-thru, but my kids were asleep in the car and the car line was long so I just took it as a fluke and drank the non-sweetened latte anyway. The second time was in the drive-thru again, they left a drink and a food item off of my order. After I reminded them of my order, they added what they missed, but still managed to get my drink wrong. The third time, they again got a drink wrong. They corrected the order, but service clearly needs to be worked on at this location. Come on Starbucks! You can do better. read more

Didn't start off well. Messy bathrooms. The blenders are down - I guess no blended beverages this go around. The location is horrible too; we're on our way back home to Georgia- not visible from the road. I will say that the flow of the cafe is not the best. You are funneled into the back corner of the cafe to pick up your drinks. So, if it's busy & it is; there's quite a bit of congestion. However, Alicia was very pleasant and helpful at the register while she waited patiently and offered suggestions for the kids. The drinks were all decent, except for my venti iced mocha. It didn't seem like there were any espresso shots in it - and I get 1/2 the syrup. And, they kindly made it again and added an additional shot. I still couldn't taste it. I watched the staff make the drink, so the espresso machine must be running the shots out lighter than what they are supposed to. All in all, not the worst starbucks I've been in. Avid Starbucks customer and by FAR the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Baristas confused, no orderly flow, they appear to want to do anything other than pay attention to customers. Had to give the cashier my single drink order THREE times because he kept listening to a co-worker instead of me even when he asked for my order. I've frequented many Starbucks and have never encountered a problem until today. Received one of the drinks I ordered, a decaf coffee, and it was cold. Once I let the barista know this she proceeded to speak very loudly about the issue with me, letting all other customers and employees overhear our interaction and making it seem like I was the problem. This is by far the slowest and most frustrating starbucks Ive ever been too. Ordering a simple iced chai and a food product, only 2 people ahead of us. However all of us waited about 20 minutes. When asked if my drink was iced or hot, I was surprised because I had watched the Cashier ring it up, and I asked to confirm that it was lite ice. Which i recieved a snapback saying thr cashier rang it up wrong (he didnt) and that some people ordered hot chai with ice cubes. (Which wouldnt be lite ice, it would be add ice). The one barista, the snappy one, seemed to have been preoccupied making food that she then took to the back. Only then did she jump into help. Terrible!!! Walked in at 8:50pm, lady running the register was counting money getting ready to close. She told us they were closing in 10 minutes. Another girl behind her said no our hours have changed and we are closing at 10pm. Register girl was disappointed. Anyways she took our order on the drive-thru register, it never got put on the order screen so we just kept getting other customers getting their orders before us. 15 min went by and we ask what was up with our orders. Everyone gave us the "who the hell knows" look. Original register girl said sorry blah blah blah....They had 3-4 people in there working and still can't get anything right! One girl answered the business phone and obviously she was talking to a friend. Making coffee with one hand...What a loser! Other girl was flirting with cops behind us in line??!!!? Not paying attention to what she was doing. I finally got my order and it was just left at the pick up counter and no one said anything. It sat for 3-5 min melting and getting hot. My 2 friends with me got their money back and we left. What a terrible way to run a business, who ever the branch manager is needs to really look into this place. Maybe one of them was a manger and this is the best they can do?? If I was a manager there, heads would roll!!! It was just a pride thing, they got pissed because they didn't close early. read more
