My last 10 drinks were terrible! There is never any consistency at this Starbucks or as a chain in general. I am so tired of paying $7.00-$10.00 to get a drink the way I want it and only to have it TASTE TERRIBLE and UNDRINKABLE! Unfortunately after giving Starbucks 15 more tries on drinks (only because I need my coffee fix during the day), I have to GIVE UP ON STARBUCKS! After shopping at Target my daughter and I decided to walk over to this location instead of the Starbucks inside Target. There is no drive through here so we went inside. It is a smaller location, but still a really good amount of inside seating as well as tables outside. Our cashier was friendly and we were greeted and helped quickly. I ordered a vanilla cold foam cold brew and my daughter a matcha. Both were good although mine had no ice and not as much flavor as I'd of hoped. As we all know there are a million Starbucks everywhere. They each serve a purpose or I guess they wouldn't be there. For me, this Starbucks is the place I go to get my caffeine fix when I am traveling between LA and Sedona. Why? Because it is easy access to get on and off of Interstate 10. This Starbucks is located right off the freeway in a large shopping complex. Whereas some on and off ramps are a problem, as stated, it is easy to get off and then back on the freeway when you go to this location. Parking to go to this Starbucks is easy. Drive off the off-ramp, pull up to the signal light, turn right into the lot, and you are there. The Starbucks is right at the corner of the complex. As this Starbucks is located in a large shopping complex, most of the people you will find going here are shoppers. That's fine. They too are generally on the move. The staff here is always nice and they get your drinks made. What else can you ask for? Back on I 10 and you are gone. :-) read more

This location is always always super busy. The baristas have always been very friendly and kind. This morning I stopped by with hubby for a sweet pastry and a coffee before we got started on our daily errands on his day off. I knew there would be a wait, today just seemed to be specifically taking longer. And on top of that, the customers that were being served ahead of me, would not hurry up and pick up their items. I sat there and heard at least, every third name called two or three times. Which really upsets me, because I've been there when I'm in a hurry to get to work and have extra time planned to get my coffee, and me always planning ahead, I would plan for long wait times at the store. However, when I'm already waiting, then others are just not paying attention and their items are sitting at the counter, causing the barista to take time from making more drinks and call their name more than three times....aaarrrggg. LoL. Thankfully, not in a hurry today. But I was annoyed that those that are in a hurry are waiting and those whom don't care are even taking the wrong bag. Which DID happen to me today. My name was called with my pastry. Mind you, I don't have a common name. Then directly after, a mans name, Hugo, was called for his pastry which was exact same order as mine. I go to grab my bag and all I see is Hugo leaving the door in a rush. I look at the counter and his pastry bag is sitting there. Oh for goodness sake. LoL. All I can do is laugh. Not anyone's fault except the customers. Pay attention people. Other people's time is important. What if he had taken my bag with different item? While I am not a huge fan of coffee in general, i do enjoy coming to this location. I will admit my wife is much more regular than I am and were ecstatic to come visit once we learned of their reopening after COVID. I wanted to thank all the staff that has been there with a smiling face and being so welcoming. We went to get some cake pops and my wife a white coffee (i think that is what it is, i just call it a white russian to be silly) and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. We saw the store manger Jen and she was out talking to people and helping where she could. She even spoke to my wife for a bit and they talked about the workouts they did during COVID. Was nice as it brought some normalcy back in an uncertain time. THANK YOU STARBUCKS AND THANK YOU JEN!!!!! On this minus side, now my wife is addicted to coffee again, small price to pay. read more

On December 8th we had gone to do some Christmas shopping and get our son's school project supplies at Michaels which is right next to Starbucks where we stopped by for some coffee. We got our drinks and left without our bag. We had accidentally left it on the outside table at Starbucks. When we got home awhile later, we realized it. My wife got on the phone to call Starbucks and see if someone had turned it in or if by chance it is still there.... She spoke to Nate who was very courteous over the phone and he went out to see if the bag was still there and it was! Thanks to Nate my son was able to do his science project . We want to give Nate from Starbucks a deep and sincere thankyou! It is nice to know that there are still good, honest, hard working young people around. I've been here a few times now and every visit, the staff have been rude and uninviting. They seem much more interested in conversing with one another than serving the customers. While driving on the way back to Texas, my friend and I had to make sure we got the Arizona travelers mug from a Starbucks in Phoenix. I had called several Starbucks that were near I-10 and didn't find any luck until one Starbucks coffee told me this place was the one to find it. And sure enough we found our prized possession! Aside from buying a mug, I ordered a water to go to cool me off from the desert heat. Being from Texas we don't have any Starbucks with mists outside on the patio. It felt really nice while walking in. This Starbucks was big, super clean, and quiet and wasn't too crowded considering we came in the evening. Baristas were very friendly and had a smile on their face. So far I haven't had any negative experiences at any Starbucks locations when I travel. That is why I continuously go. I'm actually in line at the moment and haven't gotten my drink yet but I felt the need to comment on the complete lack of organization in this store. Several milk products are just outside and the employees don't even put them back in the fridge after finishing a customers drink. The floors have debris everywhere. Perfect way to start the morning. I love my coffee and what's better then a Starbucks. This location is one of my favorites. The service is great and the staff are always very friendly. The barista might not remember my name but they always remember my drink of choice. This location is clean, inviting, and feels comfortable and they have seating outside at the patio, can't wait to sit there once it's cooler. My coffee is always made the way I order and tastes great. In addition, to great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack. I really enjoy grabbing a cake pop or two to go. Great little spot inside Barnes and Noble. Not your typical Starbucks menu or set up but better! Tables are usually never clean every time we stop by B&N. I get that people sit down and go over items they will buy or have purchased. Others just work on their laptops. However, with the # of tables they had, you'd expect at least ONE clean table free of papers, napkins or stains from the drink of the last person sitting there. Other than that, lovely staff, usually not busy. Line has never been more than 2-3 customers when we've visited. They'll ring out any purchases from the bookstore at the same time if you'd like. This Starbucks is located on the SE corner of McDowell and Litchfield Rd, next to Michael's in the TARGET shopping Center. I LOVE coffee and I have been to MANY Starbucks, but this location feels so dirty for whatever reason. The patio area feels unclean, (I think I'd rather sit in my car). Inside is ok. Service is ok here, I usually notice ONLY 1 or 2 people working behind the counter whenever I've been here. Today, I only saw one Barista Dude behind the counter and three people waiting at the counter...ok, I'll just go wash my hands....DIRTY restroom too (for a Starbucks!).... AND...whoever was in the Ladies restroom recently must had had a bad case of the "gurglies" and forgot to do a "courtesy flush"!!!! SO GROSS! And the soap pump didn't work, I ran out of there like the place was on fire! It was enough to convince me to go to a different Starbucks for my coffee fix. As much of a JAVA Junkie that I am, I'll probably steer clear of this Starbucks moving forward. Visions of a dirty, diarrhea toilet have ruined it for me here. read more

It wasn't busy when I came in but by the time so got my drink it was slammed. I placed my order and waited. I watched 5 people (not mobile orders) get their drinks before me. I finally asked and they looked for my order, found it and said it would be just a minute. She then went and made THREE more mobile orders before getting to mine. Once they realized they missed my drink order they should have made it right then. Not gone and made 3 other drinks. They didn't even apologize. I would have given 3-4 stars if they would have handled it differently. I get stuff happens and orders might be missed but once that is done you apologize, make the drink and then go on to making others drinks. read more

I like to come to this Starbucks because their staff is definitely ON POINT! I've come here and the line is out the door but I'm out in a breeze, they are so quick on their feet and efficient. Another reason why I like to come here is because there is so much seating. Some Starbucks I go to, there's hardly and study room and I'd have to wait to fight for a table. They have a section outside that is massive and a smaller section inside but they have a tons of tables and a very large counter space.
