I had such a great experience today thanks to Shelley. Even though the store was out of one of the items I wanted, she handled it with the biggest smile and immediately offered a helpful solution. Her attitude was genuinely refreshing -- the kind of kindness that instantly turns your day around. This is my local Starbucks, and by local I mean the closest to my house because there's probably another 4 within close proximity. But I have to say the staff here is probably the best. They're always super friendly. Their service is super fast also even during peak times they get the orders out quick. The location is very clean and spacious. And of course they craft the drinks the best. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks. The employees are rude, arrogant condescending, lazy, and incompetent. Almost every order is wrong. I pay extra for things I don't get. Drinks are always luke warm and poorly made. It's not just once it's every time I come here. I began ordering through the app to aim for more accuracy since the cashiers at the intercom may not be hearing well due to traffic noise, nevertheless they still continue to get it wrong. Even when they remake my drink still comes out wrong. They also have an attitude when asked or confronted, but then apologize after kindly calling them out. The employees are too comfortable, this is not fair I spend thousands of dollars per year supporting Starbucks, Something's gotta change with management & training within here. I expert a response from corporate at this point. Reporting these issues to the store manager has failed. read more

The service in the middle of the day is horrible. I ordered the new drink, lavender matcha oatmilk light ice. They gave it to me with 3/4 the cup filled with ice. I asked them to put less ice and they dump it and remove the ice. No lavender left and a broken lid. I have to go back in and get a new lid. I also took a sip and it would have spilled all over me since the lid didn't stay on. I would not go to this location for lack of customer service. read more

rude service "manager" was on his phone with a line of people and drinks waiting, I placed a mobile order at 1:45 and didn't receive my drink till 2:07 ( 7 minutes after I arrived) and it was literally the worst drink, all the syrup at the bottom and a ton a ice even though I asked for light ice. Pulled up to the drive-through order screen just as the clock turned to 7:00 PM. Immediately heard the recording saying they were closed. But the car in front of me had already ordered and they pulled forward. I was stuck in the drive-through afraid to back out, and had to sit and wait while someone else got their drink. This not cool because I got to the microphone where you order, exactly when it turned to 7 PM. But apparently they didn't want to take my order. I could understand if I was trying to get in the store, but I was in the drive-through. read more

I recently used the drive through and ordered a 1/3 pound cheeseburger to take home. The sandwich cost $7.55 with tax. Imagine my shock when I got home and discovered my burger consisted of a bun, a hamburger patty, and a slice of American cheese. No dressing, no lettuce, no pickle, nothing but the three items mentioned. It was tasteless and the bun was charred. I won't be going back. read more

OK, this is the third Starbucks that I am officially never going to again I asked for simple simple things to be done to my drink and it just seems to be a problem. I don't get it. I'm standing in front of the gentleman asking for what I need and they still get it wrong now here's the problem. I don't wanna keep having them remake my drink because it's annoying so now I just take my drink and walk away because it's too much of a hassle. You need to tell your employees to listen to their customers because they are not listening clearly and they just don't care because obviously, it's too much for them to remember some simple things read more

One of my fave Starbucks nearby. I usually go to drive thru bc I have a toddler and don't want to take her in and out of the car. I've been in the store and it's nice and clean. The gentle that took my order that day was very friendly and had a small conversation with me. That's nice and not too common nowadays, but I can tell he enjoyed his job at Sb. I usually get an iced caramel macchiato but now really enjoy the sea salt cold brew, cloud macchiato and s'more frappuccino! read more

This Starbucks is the worst one. I always have problems when I come here. Yesterday I got 2 passion tea and it came out to $7 something checked my bank statements and the dude charged me $17! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Forget calling them, you won't get through. Sorry to say, but get your shit together and weed out the employees who don't know what they're doing . read more

It's literally right down the street. I can walk to it with no problem minus dodging a few cars and lights. (occasional stray dogs/cats/squirrels) Great staff, nice selection of bakery goods and quick bites. I usually buy cups and travel mugs on clearance :) ! FREE wifi rocks. Seating sometimes can be a nightmare with little to none left depending on the time of day. read more

Probably the worst customer service ever! I go to this Starbucks in the mornings around 5:30 am before work. You drive up to the window and you're waiting 15 minuets for a drink and they don't acknowledge you at all while waiting. Never sorry were so damn slow and rude. NOTHING!! They got my order wrong and the girl rolled her eyes. I hate this Starbucks but I go for the drive through in this area. If they can't handle those hours get a new job. read more

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks today, besides almost always getting something on my order wrong today it went beyond a simple mistake. Among other drinks I ordered an iced matcha latte light ice, when I got it, itwas definitely not light ice I told the girl (Ashley) running the drive thru to please fix my drink, she very rudely said ok and yanked it from my hand!! Honestly I felt physically attacked, her actions were completely un called for and extremely rude. I went inside the store to report this and Flora the manager really didn't seem to care she didn't offer a solution I suggested I get my drink for free and asked to please try to better the employees costumers service skills since this is the second time I had an ugly incident like this happen at the same store. No one should be treated like this by anybody. read more

I come to this starbucks when I have to because the service is so hit or miss. The shorter lady with black hair and glasses does not care if the line is long nor does she care to get your order correct. Half of the staff is great, the other half gets your order wrong and takes forever doing it. Won't be back until they get new management read more

So I'm not really sure the point of labeling cups "diary" or "non dairy" if you're just going to use the "dairy" one to make my soy drink!? Normally I wouldn't be upset about things like this. But I'm currently dairy free because I'm breastfeeding my dairy allergic daughter. If I have dairy, she's the one who has to pay for it. Even if I didn't have a dairy intolerant baby, you should teach your employees the importance of cross contamination. When I confronted her she just said "oh well the soy one was dirty..." um okay. Super disappointed in this Starbucks. read more

Not sure if Managing changed but customer service and speed has improved tremendously! Drive thru was so fast and there were about 6 cars in front of me. From the time I ordered to the time I got my drink was about 1 minute! Doesn't get better than that. And it wasn't just one time, they're my go-to Starbucks now. They must be super organized and have a great team working in there. Not to mention every Barista that greets me at the window has been genuinely friendly and very nice. Keep up the great work! I am a big fan of Starbucks for a long time. Unfortunately this location is so so disappointed. I placed the order clearly with the employee named "Ryan" word by word and listened when he repeated order correctly. When the order came, that is so totally different than what I ordered. I feel bad for the barista making the drink because she has to redo the drink. I even say Thank you but customer service is bad since they got busy. This is not the first time happening. I feel get discriminated in this location. read more

I was able to grab a window seat with great natural lighting to enjoy the coffee. They have an outlet nearby, so I felt this could have been a great study spot. For parking, there is street parking available right in front. It could be a bit difficult to back out into traffic. There's also a parking structure nearby as well. American Express is accepted here.

She looked at me and said, I don't know. And she just sat, like I was bothering her. I said, you don't know? Is there a way to check? She asked if I wanted to know the ingredients. I said yes. She finally got up, went into the back and took a picture of the ingredients. Ingredients were acceptable. I ordered 30% ice. My daughter ordered 100% ice. Same flavor. At the end of our drinks, I had more ice than my daughter. How does that work? I picked up the drinks and said, just showing you. I have more ice left over than my daughter. Her response? Well, it keeps the drinks colder, longer. I drink fast. I just wanted a little ice. (Here it is, 4 hours later and I still have ice! ) I was given the option of how much ice I wanted. I gave my choice and it was ignored. Then, I was met with rudeness. I am sure she has potential. She just needs to learn to listen to customers and not be rude. And it might help if your store was better staffed. Oh, and the drink was good.

When I asked if I could get it as a large, I was told it only came in the 12 oz, so I decided not to get it. Then the barista offered another option adding pandan cold foam on top instead. I very clearly asked (twice) if that version would be a large, and she said yes. Since that worked for me, I agreed to the second option. I stepped out briefly to use the restroom, but theirs was closed, so I had to walk over to Stater Bros. When I came back, to my surprise, the drink was still a small. I was disappointed because I had specifically confirmed that the customized option would be a large. At that point, I felt rushed like they were more eager to close and go home than to fix the mistake so I didn't feel I had much of a choice but to take it. I paid $10 for a small drink, which felt unreasonable, especially considering the miscommunication. To make matters worse, the drink didn't really taste like pandan at all. Overall, the customer service felt very off at this location. I'd rather go to the San Gabriel location, where I've had a much better experience.

It was still a good drink, just not as flavorful as I was hoping for based on the name! The Extras: I didn't grab a pastry this time, but they looked delicious in the case. I'd definitely be open to trying one on my next visit. Overall, a very nice spot with great service.

The latte tasted good not too sweet. We were the only customers in there until another group of two came in so it was pretty quiet inside. The place is very clean has cute decor. Small area for sitting. They also sell merch there.
