Starbucks corporate is currently investigating this Starbucks because of negligence or malicious intent. Serving me a rancid or possibly poisoned drink. I was served a hot latte at the drive thru with my husband 15 minutes before closing. I was most likely the last customer. My latte tasted very milky so I looked inside and it was full of bubbles. I didn't think much of it, I thought it was normal. Later that night I had stomach pains along with diarrhea. I couldn't sleep because of the unbearable stomach pain. I'd wake up nauseated and in pain. In the morning I vomited. I almost called 911. But I waited to see if I feel better. I did not eat the entire day just a piece of bread. I had no appetite. Later in the evening I felt better, but just ok. I believe I might have been poisoned on purpose or due to negligence because I showed up at closing. The woman who served me was friendly, but acted very strangely. She handed us the drinks very carefully and slowly with three fingers and was unusually silent. (My husband had an iced Americano) (he was burping all night from it and had mild stomach pain, but nothing near what I experienced) She moved very very slowly. Before we drove away we asked for sleeve because my Latte' was extremely hot. My fingers hurt. She smiled strangely with a nod. Weird look in her eyes. She barely spoke. She gave us the sleeve. My latte' had the word "thanks" written on it. Which is odd to me because every Starbucks I've gone to writes positive & fun messages. My advice is do not go to this Starbucks before closing. I will not be going to this Starbucks again. I am taking a break from Starbucks in general because of how sick I got and because I'm afraid of being poisoned again. read more

This is one of the worst Starbucks. The employees are rude, arrogant condescending, lazy, and incompetent. Almost every order is wrong. I pay extra for things I don't get. Drinks are always luke warm and poorly made. It's not just once it's every time I come here. I began ordering through the app to aim for more accuracy since the cashiers at the intercom may not be hearing well due to traffic noise, nevertheless they still continue to get it wrong. Even when they remake my drink still comes out wrong. They also have an attitude when asked or confronted, but then apologize after kindly calling them out. The employees are too comfortable, this is not fair I spend thousands of dollars per year supporting Starbucks, Something's gotta change with management & training within here. The service in the middle of the day is horrible. I ordered the new drink, lavender matcha oatmilk light ice. They gave it to me with 3/4 the cup filled with ice. I asked them to put less ice and they dump it and remove the ice. No lavender left and a broken lid. I have to go back in and get a new lid. I also took a sip and it would have spilled all over me since the lid didn't stay on. I would not go to this location for lack of customer service. read more

So I'm not really sure the point of labeling cups "diary" or "non dairy" if you're just going to use the "dairy" one to make my soy drink!? Normally I wouldn't be upset about things like this. But I'm currently dairy free because I'm breastfeeding my dairy allergic daughter. If I have dairy, she's the one who has to pay for it. Not sure if Managing changed but customer service and speed has improved tremendously! Drive thru was so fast and there were about 6 cars in front of me. From the time I ordered to the time I got my drink was about 1 minute! Doesn't get better than that. And it wasn't just one time, they're my go-to Starbucks now. I placed the order clearly with the employee named "Ryan" word by word and listened when he repeated order correctly. When the order came, that is so totally different than what I ordered.
