Came by starbucks this week and ordered a grande caramel frappuccino at the drive thru. It was pretty much ready by the time I drove around to the window no cars to wait behind. Received a sad little drizzle on top. Felt like it was rushed. Frappuccino was ok. Worker's should prepare and serve as if starbucks was going to photograph for advertisement every time. read more

I tried the Iced Double Berry Matcha at Starbucks and just swapped it to whole milk. It was actually really good and not nearly as sweet as I expected. The berry flavor adds a nice fruity twist without overpowering the matcha. With whole milk, it tastes smoother and creamier overall. I ordered through the mobile app and my drink was ready super fast. The store itself is also pretty spacious, so it's a comfortable spot to hang out for a bit. If you've been curious about this one but worried it might be too sweet, I'd say it's definitely worth a try. I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. I had bad luck with this location as they always made orders wrong. I stopped going to this location for couple years but recently went back to give them another shot since it's on my way to work and they have a drive thru. Oh boy I'm so disappointed. I have the same order saved but this location gave me 1/3 of what other location made (see Fountain Valley location with same order). This location filled the whole cup with ice. read more

Horrible experience, the workers are so inattentive. We ordered online and got in store to just wait an additional half an hour. The Asian man named "Tony" knew we were waiting on our drink said he would make it and made us wait another 20 minutes. Super busy location on Tuesday afternoon at 1:00 pm. However by 1:30 pm everyone has gone home for lunch with their families. A local Vietnamese coffee shop community meeting spot for many different groups here. They are very nice people here and the restroom was surprisingly clean today. Restroom is wheelchair accessible for disabled people too. Excellent cup of pumpkin spice latte today. Only on one pump of syrup not five because you are really looking for flavorful notes of pumpkin spice and not sugar insulin overload here. The joyful bliss of getting older in America today. I appreciate that this drink isn't made too sweet at this Starbucks. You'll taste the strong coffee flavor without too much dilution of the milk. The caramel adds a perfect touch of subtle sweetness it needs. Ham & Cheese Croissant (3.5/5) - Did you know that Starbucks had ham & cheese croissants? I had no idea until my friend told me, which prompted me to order this. They microwave it to get it warmed, so the croissant will lose the "flakiness" texture. The melted cheese pairs well with the salted ham and buttery croissant. This Starbucks is very clean and has plenty of tables. Only downside is parking can get difficult. I hadn't been to Starbucks in a while, but I decided to stop by recently to see if anything had changed. Spoiler alert: It did. And not for the better. This place used to be bustling, but now it is basically a deserted wasteland. I half expected to see a tumbleweed roll past the espresso machine. What happened? Well, apparently, the new CEO, Laxman Narasimhan, is getting paid $28 million to... make the place less inviting? Genius move. Now, you have to buy something before you can even sit down. Oh, you just wanted to relax and enjoy the vibe? Too bad, pay up first. Because nothing says "welcome" like being forced to prove your worth with an overpriced latte. I came to this location a couple of times. I usually go to the Starbucks near my house or anywhere near me. The strawberry açaí is delicious and fruity. You can have it either with water or lemonade depending of your choice. I love their drinks I usually get the refreshers such as strawberry acai, mango dragonfruit, or pink drink. I love their ice lattes such as matcha or chai tea. They also have pastries and to go breakfast food. The service was fast & employee is nice and friendly. The store is very nice, spacious, and great atmosphere to study. read more

Nice Starbucks location with spacious, clean seating area. Located by the cross streets Brookhurst and Westminster, this place can be easily spotted. Most of the time, service is extremely quick so is there rarely is a long wait time. The great thing about Starbucks is how customizable their drinks are so you can adjust and add on pretty much anything which gives customers freedom to endlessly experiment with drinks. I ordered a grande mango dragonfruit frappuccino which is not on the menu. It is a vanilla bean frappuccino with 2 scoops of mango dragon fruit inclusion. The flavor is nice and balanced however a bit too sweet. I also ordered a tall strawberry cream mocha which also isn't on the menu. To order, ask the cashier for an iced white mocha coffee with sweet cream cold foam and request for them to blend strawberry puree into the sweet cream cold foam. It is one of the best drinks I've ever had at Starbucks, I highly recommend getting this! It is so creamy and delicious. Customer service is great here. The employees are friendly, accomodating and I have yet to have a negative experience. Also, I love responsive they are with phone calls. Parking is not bad as there is always parking available designated for the store and also in the plaza it resides in. read more

Before heading back to San Jose our party made a quick stop to Starbucks for a small snack and some much needed caffeine. Being that this location was a little over a mile away, we headed right over. Parking was teeny tiny but due to the option of Sbux having a drive-thru, most traffic ended up there. We were able to walk right up to the registers without any wait and placed our order for 2 Pumpkin Cream Cold Brews & a twice heated chocolate croissant. Since the line for drive-thru was bananas, I knew it would take time for us to get our drinks so I headed to the restroom. Unfortunately one bathroom out of the two was no working so everyone was forced to share the men's. No harm right?? WRONG!! The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Urine was all over the seat and the puddle I stepped in was most likely urine as well. The tp was completely out and the hand soap was running super low. I legit couldn't get out of there fast enough!! 1 star because I'm not able to give zero. My drink was rushed. The cream head on my drink was not the typical foamy goodness. It was watery and immediately began to mix with my cold brew prior to it even being handed off. Thanks but not thanks!! read more

***holiday drinks*** Came here with my gf because we had $20 gift card so figured its perfect time to use it and get the cute holiday hot cups the drinks comes in. So many bad reviews for the drive thru. Yeah expect to wait forever for that. We came in and got a table.. ordered our drinks. Baristas are all nice. I forgot to ask for oatmilk and luckily she didnt make mines yet so she let me change it. Easy peasy. Parking sucks bananas though. I just parked in the supermarket parking lot. Horrible location for drive thru so I'd highly recommend walking inside. We got the toasted mocha white hot chocolate. Something like that. I asked for less syrup. Honestly I prefer mines cold so I'm taking it home and throwing it in the fridge. We split the Sugar Plum Cheese Danish. It has jelly and I'm not into jelly. But I took the less sweeter half and it was good. Rest of the treats she took home. We actually got a free drink because the barista out of habit added espresso and my gf can't drink caffeine so she just gave it to us. I went home with two caffeinated drinks. I'm good for the month lmao. Lots of seating and places to study. I'd definitely come back if I had to. Just not a cafe gal. I noticed how people get when they don't get their caffeine. I am forced to go to this Starbucks every morning due to the path I take to work each day. I love cold brew but this is the only Starbucks I know that sucks everytime they make it. Why!!! Ugh!!! I love iced matchas and recently all the sizes I've ordered...been sold short 1.5 inches below the rim. For 6 to 8 dollars a cup take your money elsewhere to support a small business coffee shop. Plus the whole gratuity question at each run and tip them to have this happening? I know it's not the end of the world, but really Starbucks? All your workers needs to be retrained. We had coffee here this morning before work. Lines were pretty busy, like any Brookhurst locations in Orange County lol. I just got my usual Tall regular coffee with bagels and cream cheese. I love it. Baristas are cool here. Nicer and friendlier young people at this location, compared to Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach locations. So I am happy. read more

I still come here from time to time because it has a nice large seating lounge. The expresso drinks are okay. I don't expect great expresso drinks at Starbucks. The Vietnamese guests are friendly and fun. The place is usually clean for the most part. The staff is friendly and hard working. But there are no true baristas here. The music is loud like a concert hall. I don't know why. Maybe they all want heating aids one day. The voices of patrons are enough background noise and more interesting than the dumb music piped in. However, I've encountered again an order that has almost to none existence of coffee in my hot venti caramel macchiato upside down! At first sip, I thought maybe it's too hot and all I got was the foam. But even as I got half way, I still yet to taste any coffee. I even took the lid off and saw no trace of caramel drizzle either. Unfortunately today I paid for a venti size cup of warm milk. And I still have all my senses of smell and taste fyi. Located on the corner of Westminister and Brookhurst in Garden Grove. This one also has a drive thru. This is a pretty good sized with a good amount of tables and seating.
