The first compliment is that Sheila at this location was very patient and kind. In fact she handle a disgruntled customer with poise and elegance. She is a great associate with outstanding customer service skills. She should be recognized for her efforts. My only complaint is that I ordered a regular love cream, less sweet. However, when I received it, it was less than full with lots of ice. I've ordered many times in the past and it was not like this. The pictures are attached. I was a bit disappointed. Boba lovers, beware--this location apparently isn't ready for morning customers. We came here two Sundays in a row and ordered through the app for convenience before taking our son to the park. Unfortunately, both weekends, they did not have boba available in the morning. On one of the weekends, I was also charged for two drinks but only received one. I had to bring it up again today, on our second visit, and thankfully received a refund. When I asked why they never have boba ready in the morning, I was told that it takes about an hour to cook the boba after they open. My question is: why open early if you're not prepared to serve the products customers are coming in for? I understand that boba takes time to prepare, but this happening two weekends in a row--especially when ordering through the app--was frustrating and inconvenient. One of my favorite locations because you can either go through the drive-thru kiosk, which is usually busy to be honest, or just pick up at the window after parking in the large lot it shares with the supermarket and other small stores. This is easily one of my top 7 Leaves spots - mainly because of how easy it is to order (via the app), grab your drink, and drive away. This is primarily a drive-thru location - which means there is no interior seating - but there is a walk-up window at the front if you want to order that way. I usually order via the 7 Leaves app, since it also gives you "leaves", which is part of their rewards program. This location offers the "Secret Menu" items - and for my most recent visit, I picked up a Large Black & Tan with Sea Cream, Custard Pudding, and a shot of espresso (hey I was redeeming leaves, so might as well). Service was prompt and quick as I pulled into the drive-thru lane and confirmed my order with the friendly clerk. The Black and Tan is pretty much their house coffee mixed with Jasmine Milk Tea. Luckily, I'm a fan of both those flavors - so the drink was awesome! The extra shot of espresso definitely helped jumpstart my Sunday morning. Well that didn't stop me from ordering my Thai tea red and green, I would say the tea flavored not strong enough, the honey boba a little chewy, needs to be cooked a little longer. Pulled up 20 minutes before closing and was told they "don't take cash anymore" because they "don't have a register." Okay... weird, but fine. But then I literally watched the person right in front of me be in the SAME situation and get handed a free drink. So now I'm confused--is there actually a policy, or is it just based on who you feel like helping? Because that didn't feel like a misunderstanding, it felt straight up unfair. It was convenient, you can either order in the drive thru window or walk up and order. For previous experiences, it's usually better to walk up and order because, it feels faster instead of idling away in your car waiting to order you drink or waiting to pick-up. Overall the drinks were similar to the other stores, though a bit more washed down. I guess I see why from the other lower rated reviews of too much ice. I usually ask for EZ ice. Glad they do the Black & Tan here. Always nice to get a coffee like tea all in one combo. The workers here are mostly young teens that doesn't care for customer service. They won't apologize to you even if they were in the wrong. I have been a regular since they first opened. Their drinks are 5/5. However, their lack of customer service was not on par with the drinks. I paid for a total of six drinks and two were upsized. However, one of my upsized drinks was regular. So we had to drive back which was an inconvenience. The lady had braids and she had an attitude and asked for me to grab the other drinks while I was showing her the receipt and the drink that was not upsized per what I paid for. I had to ask the kiddos for their drinks just to show her. She interacted with me in an angry, rude, and terrible manner. Her demeanor and condescending manner when addressing the matter. After showing her the receipt and all the drinks she decided to finally provide me with the drink I paid for to begin with. I understand people make mistakes but the way she handles the matter was unacceptable, especially since she realized I was telling the truth.
