Tis the season of receiving Starbucks gift cards (I guess the families I work with think I need coffee). Made my way to the Mission Street location on Saturday morning to take advantage. The iced mocha is my fave here, and they made it just right on my recent visit, with a requested 2 extra pumps of mocha I could really taste. I also got the double smoked bacon, cheddar & egg sandwich which comes on a croissant bun. It didn't taste very fresh, but it wasn't bad. Service was standard, and my order was ready in about 5 minutes. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. Parking was easy in the plaza too. read more

Just a quick update. It's a fairly busy Starbucks in the area. I think it's because it's surrounded by housing and the only Starbucks for miles. There's a few seats outside, more inside. Pick up is toward the back right. I usually order on my phone and do a mobile pick up. This time around, it was all ready for me to go. The drink was good. It's sometimes hit or miss depending on the barista. But in the recent past, it's been fairly consistently good. Overall, it's a convenient Starbucks in the area. read more

Stopped in Monday for a chai and a place to work. It was clean, quiet, and welcoming. The baristas went out of their way to welcome and be helpful. I observed them provide excellent service for a deaf customer. The manager noticed that the music was 'static-y' and fixed it without anyone having to ask. It was calm and welcoming. I was there on holiday release morning. Waited in line like everyone else. All the merch was taken. I didn't get anything so I got my usual, a great cup of coffee. First lady in line got one of every Hello Kitty item, yet still yelled at barista for not getting a bear cup and threatened to post a video and get her fired! To that lady- IT'S A FREAKING CUP! Others yelled it's illegal! They were authorized to take what they wanted. Regardless, the barrista's were professional. I, on the other hand, was able to defend the two workers because they couldn't! Shame on you for yelling at the young ladies at 5am because you didn't get what you wanted! Don't go to this Starbucks if you have a big group! There was 8 of us that went in and as soon as the cashier Emily saw us, she mouthed to her coworkers "oh my fu$&ing gosh" and rolled her eyes. In the last couple of weeks there was only once where the partner was a bit over the top like rude. Very disappointed in this store and especially the manager. They had a limited release of Hello Kitty and Bear Barista Cup. My wife waited from midnight till opening. They clearly had a bear barista cup on the shelf at midnight (we have photo) , then around 4:45am my wife told me a employee took the bear barista cup off the shelf to purchase it themselves while she waited 5 hours and got nothing. She requested the server call the store manager, the store manager was extremely rude and said it was his staff right to purchase the item. What happened to customer service Starbucks? You have loyal customers wait outside for a limited release to only sell to your own employees. This is pathetic and just corporate greed. Howard Shultz should be ashamed of you guys to turn such a good brand into trash. Will never give Starbucks my business again. Their coffee was never the best to begin with. Been here quite a few times. The drinks never seem up to par, but the service has been the real disappointment. Literally just argued about getting light ice in a drink, made it very clear there can be some room, continued to argue, finally got my drink and it was made wrong. If I had time I'd go back and get a refund. When you pay 7 dollars for a drink it should be done a lot better than what this store is able to do. read more

Typical Starbucks. Reliably consistent coffee drinks. I have stopped here numerous times for coffee while on the way to work. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. There are tables with umbrellas outside for sitting. It takes only a few minutes to get my order. I have never had them make a bad drink. There is a new rewards program. read more

I go to this Starbucks often. They're a very nice staff and are very quick getting your orders done. This location is located in the Mission Valley shopping Center off of Mission Blvd in Fremont right past Stevenson Blvd. I've never had a wrong item or messed up drink here. I come here about 3X a week. Everytime I stop by they're friendly and make my drinks extremely fast. I usually go for the grande iced carmel mach, or grande iced toffee nut mocha. I've also tried a variety of sandwiches here, the chicken and artichoke, chicken and pesto, tomoto and mozzarella, and the breakfast sandwich double smoked gouda and bacon sandwich. This location is at one of the ends of the shopping center and doesn't have a drive thru also. Stop in here for great service. read more

Usually most stores don't put a lot of strawberries in it's drinks, but this store puts in like 10! In addition, there's a less ice option, but there's still too much ice. Next time I get this drink I'm just going to say no ice. The drink itself is AMAZING! It's super refreshing and doesn't have a strong juice flavor. This Starbucks sits in a small strip mall near one of my favorite area in Fremont. Mission Blvd. it's a blvd therefore it's long and if you're driving it you will whizz by big homes nestled next to a mountain where it looks like you can almost touch it. It's a different story when you're walking this long stretch. It's just waaay too long. This Starbucks is one of our many stops enroute to the Ferry Building in Jack London Square in Oakland from San Jose on foot. Yes on foot! Blame it on my bucket list. One of them is to walk from My house to Oakland. So yeah this is one of our stops. We were all thankful for this location. By the way this Starbucks looked when we stopped by around 11 am or so I figured it serves a large community of people who are coffee lovers or dependent :) it was busy. A few tables outside. Quite surprisingly it wasn't very well put together outside. It was mostly chairs and tables randomly placed with only one umbrella? It could looked better outside. This is the closest Starbucks to my house, so I come to this location pretty frequently with Stephanie S. :) Their service is always friendly and quick (so even if there's a line, it goes fast!). It is a smaller Starbucks, but they have one communal table, four small tables, four sofa seats, and a few counter seats. It's great for studying and getting work done if you can get a seat! They do have more than a handful of seats outside, which is nice when the weather is warmer. read more

Occasionally on my many trips from Salinas to Napa I would drop in here to get some strong coffee to keep me wide awake on my travels. I would stop here because I knew the place was always very clean inside and out, and they always had your choice of creamer at the condiments counter and I never found an empty creamer. And the raw sugar bin was always filled. I knew I would be greeted in a friendly manner too. Besides coffee I would occasionally have the double chocolate chip frozen coffee drink.. I work right next door to this Starbucks so I'm literally here everyday. From the manager to the baristas, I'm always greeted with genuine smiles and amazing service. This is the only location where I've never gotten my drink wrong, where I'm recommended new drinks to try based on my previous preferences, and I've grown to know a lot of the baristas there by name. So definitely a 5 star rating. The outside and inside areas are always well kept and I rarely see any liter or excess garbage on the countertops.
