I placed an order through the app for some food items. I got there a couple of minutes before the time it was supposed to be ready and gave the barista my name. Several minutes later, after the delivery time, she apologized; they were backed up on food. two or three minutes later she grabbed a bag from the queue of orders that were sitting there waiting for pick up for who know how long. At least it was still a little warm, but no fork in the bag. I would not have given an unfavorable review if this was the first time this has happened at this location, but it isn't. I usually prefer a drive through sbux, but we were shopping in this plaza so we stopped in. The barista working was either having a bad night or she hates her job. I ordered a tall triple brulee latte and a grande green tea latte. I asked her if I could put 15$ on my gold card and then pay with that. Instead, she charged the drinks to my bank card as well as the 15$ and didn't even apologize. Then she makes me 2 tall drinks. When I asked her to correct the green tea latte, she was really rude. There's so many starbucks locations in the area, why bother to come back here? read more

I came to this Starbucks today to get some work done. I left the coffee shop in about 5 minutes due to the fly infestation. There was around 6 flies that we're hovering around the big table and about 2 flies in the behind the glass where they keep the food. Never again... I really like this starbucks. They recently remodeled it, and it turned out very nice. There is plenty of room to study. The drinks are status quo as far as they come. They do have a special press for coffee called the clover. It is very good but a bit overpriced. They also have a long bench table for studying. It's space efficient but the seats aren't very comfortable. The staff is excellent, especially Taylor. He's a very nice guy who has great customer service. He's been there for a while now and hope he stays. The only downfall about this location is it gets crowded with all the Tcu students around finals time and on Sunday's. Plus sometimes they blare the air conditioning, so I've had to wear a sweater in there even when it was triple digits outside. If you plan on studying there, bring something warm to wear! read more

I usually avoid $5 cups of weak coffee, but I was in dire need after working a 12 hour shift and then sitting in traffic for 2 hours. The guy at the drive through window forgot to place my order (They were pretty busy, but the line moved really fast). He was very apologetic, went to make it himself and refused to take my money, bc I had to wait. He was so nice, I didn't really mind waiting.. even with how exhausted I was. I have been back twice. I haven't seen that kid, but every employee really goes above and beyond at this location. read more

Their perky personalities and warm smiles make it worthy coming in to this store. While almost always filled to capacity and busy, inevitably I can find a place to sit w pleasant customers who share a chair if needed - a great location, great baristas and always great products, particularly the flourless chocolate chi cookie w only 170 calories - YUM!!!! read more

The food doesn't vary (much) from one Starbucks to another, but my rating is more for the service. Even when they're busy--which is pretty often--the baristas are pleasant and accommodating. Odd how we use to mingle at old denton on the other side of DFW...and now she is at the first one I ever went to in DFW...funny right. This is the closest Starbucks to my house, and I've justified doubling my drive time to avoid this location. Lines of two or more people cause a systematic breakdown of operations. It became apparent after my third visit that this type of experience is the norm. Be prepared to wait and get a lot of attitude from the shift leader.
