I waited about 30 seconds thinking that someone might appear behind the counter and was ready to walk out when the other person rang a bell on the counter. Another minute passed and a person emerged from the rear of the store. So I finally got my coffee which was good but the whole experience was bit strange. Baked goods were wrapped in plastic wrap. It's a great place to catch up with a friend or pull out my work, except during rush hour. In this case, I came here on a Sunday afternoon before closing time. Overall, super chill and relaxed. The baristas were all super friendly and a joy to talk to (we geeked out a bit about video games). And the general vibe in the building is airy and welcoming. The AC was blasting though, so make sure you order something hot or bring a jacket if you plan on staying a while.

Avoid this Dunkin location! Staff is horrible. I went thru the drive thru yesterday & ordered…read more4 basic items (coffee, refresher drink, munchies & plain bagel). Nothing overly complicated. The drive thru board showed exactly what I ordered. I get to the drive thru window & the young lady repeats my order back to me & is wrong. I responded "no cream cheese on the bagel, just butter!" She seems confused & says "yes ok!" After a few minutes she hands me my order. I pull away & into a parking spot, because I want to check my order. Nope! My bagel is covered in cream cheese instead of butter! I park & I go inside. I tell the cashier that my drive thru order is wrong. The manager comes over & I explain my interaction at the drive thru window. The manager proceeds to ask me for my receipt. I hand it to her, followed with the fact that I just went thru the drive thru, it's still warm in the bag! She looks the receipt & the sticker on the bag that clarifies "butter!" She says, "you're right!" She makes me another bagel! Never apologizing for the inconvenience of having to come inside to get what I actually ordered & even insults me by double checking my receipt ' saying "you're right!" I know this location is new & mistakes happen, but there's NO excuse for the unprofessional behavior of the manager! She obviously is not a people person & should NOT be in the customer service industry!
