This is my frequent Starbucks as my travels take me by here often. Usually I am at the drive though though I have had the occasion to a quick pickup inside. It's very busy regardless of time of day. Inside the baristas are less upbeat than the drive though but the drinks in either case are usually well made and made in a reasonable amount of time. read more

Tired of going INSIDE a Starbucks and getting absolutely the worst service! They prioritize the drive thru and the mobile customers. Was the only customer inside and at least 8 cars were serviced While I stood there and waited. Had to ask where my coffee was after 20 minutes. What Starbucks is missing is the fact that the customers that come inside are more likely to purchase other items; food, gifts and other merchandise. For the cost, service and quite frankly the quality, there are too many other coffee options out there. Done with Starbucks! read more

Did not enjoy the starbucks in Eagleview pa target store. The servers were abrasive. Ordered an almond latte, $7.00, it was half full. Ordered a pour over and was told it was 11:50am and they stop pour overs at 12:00, so they would not do one for me. People behind us did not order and left. read more

Thank you, Starbucks employees, for continuing to let us get our Starbucks fix during this hard time! This location is now drive-thru only, allowing us all to stay safe and have minimal contact. The people working are friendly and driving here is my big event for the day during this quarantine! I have been coming here for a long time and they are always quick and efficient, even when the drive-thru line looks super long. I hope they can remain open as long as it is safe for them to do so! I love this Starbucks! We recently moved from the area, and I am very sad to no longer be able to frequent here. I came often to do work, and became pretty well acquainted with the staff. From my experience the employees were always friendly and did a great job. This facility is large, and spacious. However, the staff is horrible. For almost 2 minutes today April 2, 2017, three employees were playing "pat-a-cake" literally at the cash rap. (I have several videos of these employees doing this). I would be happy to provide these videos to management. How in any way, shape, or form is this appropriate in a packed restaurant/coffee spot where people are studying, working, and conducting meetings? There did not seem to be a manager around to make sure that the employees were doing their jobs, and not goofing off while customers became onlookers, and people were waiting in line. I will be returning to study, but management really needs to get their act together, and make sure that their employees are doing their jobs, and not making this location in Lionville the laughing stock of the area. read more

I love this Starbucks so much. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly and wonderful. They know our orders in+out and can recognize us in the drive through. I feel at home there and the workers seem to enjoy being with each other which I absolutely love and is so important to me to see them having fun while working. I really do love them all and consider them as friends. I always say bye when I leave to everyone and hear a chorus of "bye Sarah" while I'm walking out. One of my favorite places to be. I swear my drink is different here every single time. The staff seem young and they definitely cut corners when making drinks. My Frappuccino had a layer of chocolate sauce at the bottom of the cup. I asked why and the barista said they pour the ingredients into the cup first (which is fine) prior to blending and that the chocolate pumps must not have blended. This is not the first time this has happened. It's just gross - who wants to slurp up chocolate sauce at the bottom of their drink - I didn't order a sundae at an ice cream parlor! read more

Every time I come into this Starbucks I get a salted caramel cold foam cold brew. This cold brew is supposed to be black but it always comes out light brown. Today I ordered one that was almost white and tasted like water. My father gets a matcha lemonade which has powder in it but is never shaken. Since it isn't shaken the powder sits at the bottom. We've always had to ask for it to be shaken and they haven't learned. If you like coffee I highly recommend going somewhere else. read more

I'm not trying to be negative, but this Starbucks location continues to decline. Time and again, the drinks are not made to order, staff are slow to complete the orders and the beverage temperature, as a result, is tepid at best. Tonight, one barista made the drinks while another barista socialized with friends and the third barista was mopping the floors. It's really unfortunate that this location can't get it right. Worst customer service from rude employees. We waited in the drive-thru for the three cars in front of us to order their coffees and when we got to the speaker we were rudely told by a girl on the other end that "we're closed, and we can't take your order". Not only were we not served, but we were made to wait in the drive-thru behind all the other cars getting their orders because there's no way out of the drive-thru once you're in it!!!! read more

There are 2 Starbucks less than 0.5 miles from this one skip this and visit another location. Coffee is never as ordered. Ordered coffee with 2 extra shots. Was given a grande cup of steamed milk. This type of screw up happens every visit. Spoke to manager numerous times. She should be fired. Staff is poorly trained and supervised and is far too busy socializing to do their jobs. read more

RUDE!!!! The girl taking my order was plain rude. I explained to her how I want to order food and a coffee however my card is never accepted at this location.
