We stopped by the Exton location in the meantime and enjoyed our coffees. The interior was bright and clean with lots of seating. Overall, service wasn't bad and the wait for our drinks was about 5 minutes. We didn't get any food, but the drinks were decent, however, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the cold brew was slightly bitter, but we would still go again in the future!

I am not into super sweet coffees but if that's your thing you can make it sweet with drizzles. They also have a rotating seasonal flavor. I did not like the fact that they poured the shots and several minutes later after making a couple of other drinks (cold ones but also with espresso) they then steamed the milk and made my drink that was supposed to be hot but came out tepid. Good flavor but not. Hot. Enough. I also ordered a muffin which looked like chocolate chip. The cashier corrected me and said it's French vanilla and asked if that was ok. I said yes. I bit into it and it was topped with quite a few chocolate chips. Hmmmmm. Still good. Would order again. The woman making the coffees almost exclusively on her own was hustling but it took at least 10 minutes to get my coffee as the line to order was 6 deep and there were plenty of people in the takeout area. So if you are in a hurry in the AM, this might not be your spot.

I've been here twice and I've tried the Lavender Blueberry matcha, Banana bread latte and Peach toast! All 3 were amazing and I highly recommend it. The staff here are super nice and patient. Definitely a great spot to check out!

There's all kinds of cute goodies from local artisans for sale and a laid back, friendly vibe. This time around I tried one of their seasonal specials -- a banana bread latte. As an ardent lover of chocolate chip banana bread, I asked if they wouldn't mind throwing a little mocha in there, too. The result was delightful, topped with a little bit of whipped cream, mocha drizzle, and some crushed walnuts. Delicious! Can't wait to stop by the next time i'm in town.

Very welcoming and went through the different drip roasts for me. I got the light roast and it was delicious! He also recommended the pumpkin spice scone which was a perfect combo. The scone was flaky on the outside and so soft and fresh in the middle. Not like others that taste like hockey pucks. As a visitor from the other side of the state this was a great find. I would happily stop again the next time I visit family. Tucked in the back of a pretty quiet little shopping area you would miss it if you weren't looking for it. Enjoy!!!

Showed up about an hour later and they said they needed some more time - totally understand, beautiful pastries can't be rushed! Took about 20 extra minutes so we ordered a hot latte and a donut - the donut was stale and the coffee tasted more like the cup that it was in than anything else. "Hey man, that's okay" I said to myself, "we're just building up to the main course!" I'll attach a picture of the main course in question, what a letdown. I'm not in the business of baking and I don't like to assume, but I'm SURE that this cinnamon bun was not "fresh out of the oven". Ovens are hot, right? This was cold. If you're stuck wondering if you should give this place a try, I would recommend staying home, putting some coffee grounds in a small Amazon box and running some hot water over it to simulate the Collective Coffee experience. And then if you say to yourself "wow, that was delicious, I just wish I paid ten bucks for it!" Then maybe you would like it here. PS the people working there seemed nice, no shade to them.

I'm really disappointed to be writing this because this used to be my favorite coffee shop, and I…read moregenuinely enjoyed coming here. Unfortunately, since the recent staff turnover, the quality and consistency have gone downhill significantly. My drink now seems to taste different almost every time I order it, even though I order the same thing. Instructions aren't consistently followed, and on my most recent visits my latte wasn't even filled to the top of the cup. When you're paying over $8 for a latte, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the cup to be full and the drink to be made consistently. What has bothered me most is that on occasions when I haven't left a tip at the counter, I've felt like the quality or care put into my drink was noticeably different. I obviously can't say whether that is intentional, but as a customer, I should never leave feeling that way. A tip is optional and should never determine the quality of the product someone has already paid for. I really hope the owner sees this and provides the newer staff with more training on recipes, consistency, customer instructions, and service. I was a loyal customer who truly loved this place and told so many about it, but after repeatedly paying premium prices for inconsistent drinks, I've decided I won't be returning. It's unfortunate because I never thought I'd feel that way about a coffee shop I once considered my favorite. Goodbye!
