I am not a Starbucks "girl." I'm not sure why but I just do not like their coffee . . . sorry! I think this is probably only the third SBs I've ever been to. My new financial planner picked here for us to meet and chat. A great little spot where nobody bothered us and we were there over two hours! I had a decaf 'Pike's Peak' and it as actually pretty good. I didn't even glance at their yummy pastries, but recall how delish their lemon pound cake (I believe) was! Nice, simple, decor and it looked very clean. Thank God I'm not into the rip off tumblers, because they had a lot to to choose from! read more

Your typical Starbucks. Came here for coffee around 8:30 on a Saturday and they were cranking. The drive thru line was insane so I went in to order. Despite not many people actually being inside, it did take a long while to actually receive the drink. Other than that, it tastes good and servers were friendly. read more

The breakfast sandwich came out 17 minutes before my drink which, astonishingly, came out cold. What a waste. I'm sympathetic to things taking a little longer than usual to come out. And obviously they didn't have enough staff to handle the amount of customers. But this was an abysmal experience and a total waste of $10. read more

It is so nice in this Starbucks but whenever I order a drink from there, the kids are never on all the way. The other day I get a drink and I took a sip and it was leaking on my shirt because the lid was not on all the way. I am so torn. I love having this Starbucks close by Bit I feel like this location for a drive thru wasn't the best choice. Avoid the place during peak times if you can because navigating through the parking lot is horrid especially if you have an SUV. The staff is friendly and attentive. They get my order right and the mobile ordering is awesome! The bathroom and inside is clean and brand new. Plenty of seating. Great retail selection as well. Love the nonfat chai lattes and the pastries are always fresh. My son tried the chorizo breakfast sandwich and thought it was okay. The younger kids love the hot cocoas and they definitely keep them at kids temp. Love this Starbucks and it's my go to but I do suggest if you're doing the drive thru be patient and mindful of fellow patrons trying to make their way in the lot. 4 stars for great consistent coffee, but 3 stars for service: Out of the Starbucks locations in the area, this location is very consistent with how their coffee and specialty coffee drinks are made. Yes, there may be a line all the time but 1) it is the only one within 4 mile radius and 2) it is the one that makes it consistently good each time. I never really have a complaint about this location. Sometimes their customer service needs work. If no one is at the cash register but other employees are stocking things or making coffee, I'd appreciate it you would at least acknowledge me and let me know that someone will be with me so I'm not left thinking you are ignoring me. This happens once in a while, but not all the time. Parking can be a pain, but you are in a very busy shopping center, especially on weekends, holidays or sales. The people working here have a very difficult location. Super busy and a lot of type A, not very polite customers. I've never seen any of them loose their cool! I wouldn't last one day! :) They're fast making the drinks. The line is slow to order, but, it's the customers asking a million questions, not considerate of the line behind them. So be nice. Drinks were good as almost always are at any location. However, service was seriously lacking in several ways. Among the worst was when a lady next to us crashed chair into my arm causing my just received hit Chai Latte to fall and splatter all over the floor. It took at least 7 minutes for someone to offer a towel or show up with a mop. No inquiry about whether or not I was burned and no concern for the dozens of other customers slipping in the mess. I had to put a chair over it myself to protect people from stepping in it and falling. Once someone showed up with s mop there was no offer to get me another one, free or otherwise. The lady who spilled it walked away as if nobody else in the place existed and I got bupkis. I'll be back because they get it right more often then not and I love their products, but just maybe not to this one. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the two tiny sips I got tasted pretty good. read more

I do not go to Starbucks often, but I do know the level of standards I've seen and accept as a Starbucks customer. This Starbucks could use an update. The staff is great athough, I did feel a bit rushed even though it wasn't crazy busy, they were very friendly and happy. I was so confused about where the line started so that sucked because a few people got in line who would have been after me before I realized it, but that's on me I guess. I had a Passion Tango Tea with a little bit of sweetener. Not bad, but I probably won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks, but this one ALWAYS seems to have a line, and the retail area is hard to get to when there are ten people standing in line...it makes you feel bad that you want to browse the mugs and gifts. Still, they are a friendly bunch behind the counter, and it's always nice and clean in here, unlike some other Starbucks locations where there never seems to be a clean table. Not sure why all these negative reviews on this page. They are always friendly and nice despite being super busy almost all the time. (I'd be miserable) LOL. Always great with mobile orders and have them ready when I get to the store. Today specifically I was having a bad Monday and just wanted my coffee, I called the store cause of course I forgot my mask and spoke with a gentleman (not sure of his name) I was asking if he could meet me at the door with the mobile order , then he met me at the door with a mask instead. I was happy about this because I needed one the rest of the day and I was thinking of where was I going to get one for the day?! Made my Monday much better with the kindness of this employee, also made me feel like it was no big deal I called the store telling them I didn't have one. He was happy I called and let them know. Recommend this Starbucks not only for the service but people working there who are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile. :) read more

I've never had a bad drink from here. HOWEVER, customer service needs work. The slowest line ever. Not to be rude but if I'm paying four bucks for a coffee it shouldn't take me half an hour to get. I had a birthday reward on the app but didn't know how to get it. Not only was the girl rude about it.. She didn't even ask if I was getting anything else. So I stood their awkwardly for abt a minute and then said "yeah I wasn't done ordering..." The other girls though had always been nice so maybe the day was just an off day. Would come here 3 or 4 times per week for at least 5 years now and it was by far my favorite place to get out of the office and relax. Unfortunately with the new seating layout and upcoming changes to the rewards program, I'll be finding somewhere else to spend my time. I've finally figured it out: Starbucks coffee is so bitter because its most popular/sold beverages are the sweet syrup-laden or condimented, and the super strong coffee flavor needs to "shine through" all of the other stuff. So, for straight-up black coffee, espresso, cappuccino or a mocha, this really isn't the place for that. I find the best time to come in here is during the early afternoon, when it is least crowded. The recent turnover of staff leaves for happier & fresh employees, thus better service. Their Wi-Fi is very reliable, as well. I enjoy the communal table, too, but maybe that's just me. Also, for now, if you buy a beverage before 2pm, you can show the receipt after 2pm on the same day only and get a grande anything for $2 minus tax. I cannot say when the promotion will end, though, but it is a tempting excuse to come back on the same day. read more

I'm stuck between giving this place 4 and 5 stars. 4 stars because Starbucks in general doesn't have the greatest coffee but 5 because this is definitively my favorite Starbucks in the area. I think if this Starbucks got a Clover machine and started brewing more than the basic Starbucks menu, it would be easily pushed into the 5 star rating category. Anyway. Internal dilemmas aside, why do I like this Starbucks so much? It's fairly large in comparison to others in the area and there is PLENTY of seating- with lots of room. There's nothing that I hate more than having to basically sit on top of someone else while I study. The staff is really nice, attentive and efficient. Even at high volume times, they get the drinks out at a decent speed. It's nothing like the speed of NYC Starbucks locations but for suburbia, it's pretty fantastic. I also love how many windows there are and how open it feels. There's a decent amount of outdoor seating, which I fully intend on taking advantage of now that it has warmed up outside. Overall, it's a great environment and it's never too loud if you're looking to study here. Like I do. Almost every day read more

This place is always a disaster. Too many orders, not enough workers. Everyone seems to work at their own pace not worrying about the back order of drinks in a swarming cafe. Not many smiles. John seems to be the only worker that holds this place together, always in good spirits. The way the manager Tressie treats her employees is disgusting. Her attitude seems very contagious. Aside from one or two employees the workers there have such a stick up their ass! They never smile, give you looks and always look they are miserable! It is actually amusing. Why does it take forever to get out of this Starbucks? Why is it not possible to run, get a cuppa and be on my way?

I go to Starbucks where ever I am while I travel...I cover 10 states for work. This is the location closest to my home. I give 3 stars because the friendliness of the staff is good but the service and wait time is atrocious!!!! They are ALWAYS busy - doesn't matter what time of day yet they usually only have 2 people behind the counter?! Do they want their customers to pass up a beverage because they can't wait in line for 10+ minutes? It's also not the cleanest location I've ever been to. For a Starbucks that is in Marlton, NJ in a clean shopping center, I expect more. read more
