I had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! I ordered my drink without sweetener and realized it tasted kind of sweet, when I told them, the manager very kindly apologized and remade my drink in a larger size and then proceeded to give me and my friend with me gift cards for a free drink and a cookie for the inconvenience! It was unnecessary but so so kind, I was just thankful to get the right drink. They have the best customer service and genuinely care to see their customers happy and getting exactly what they want! All of the workers had smiles and the manager was so friendly and attentive to the customers! I definitely recommend going to this Starbucks! read more

The only thing that gets me going in the morning quicker than a fat cup of joe is a friendly smile and a friendly hello! These guys rule. They are so nice. They made my drink exceptionally quick, the vanilla sweet cream cold brew was absolute fire. The ham egg and swiss sammy was spectacular. I had to give the bantam bagels a go, as I am a huge Shark Tank fan, I wish I would have invested before they got to the Tank, because these things are so good! I literally just went to this starbucks before work and i understand it gets busy in the morning but i asked for French vanilla in my iced latte and i didnt notice that they subbed in hazelnut instead. It even says on the cup sub hazelnut. They should have told me instead of just changing one for the other bc i can't change it now. Not going to this location again. I frequent this location all the time. Actually, Ever since it opened, I've been a loyal customer. The girls in the morning are awesome and they would even know the drink I wanted when I pulled up.But in the afternoon, it's a totally different story, A few times before today, they got my drink wrong but ok, people make mistakes. But today, Today was buy a drink grande or larger and get a drink free day. So I go to the drive thru and ask if hot chocolate is included in bogo and the girl tells me yes. So I order my two drinks and I get to the window and she charges me full price. So I say to her, isnt today Bogo and she tells me, yes but you have to tell us before hand and I said I just asked at the speaker if hot chocolate is included in bogo. I also told her that I have never mentioned before hand that I want to use the bogo offer as they automatically know once they scan the app. I mean, this is not my first time at Starbucks. Her attitude just really peeved me. I wonder how many other people paid full price when they had the Starbucks app on bogo day because they "didnt say it beforehand". I left a review before and it was "not recommended" and left to the side. All the comments I see are the ones that blast the employee's for being human. My review supported the employee's by stating that sometimes the customers mood might effect the response from the server. Since my review was positive and no one wants to read a positive review I feel it was left out. So, I will complain about something. Why is it that Starbucks draws all the idiot customers in the world. Has anyone noticed that almost all the negative reviews are female? I have a vast knowledge of statistics and the likelihood 95% of the reviews being one gender is off the charts stating that there is a pattern. What I am saying is females have a problem for some reason with this Starbucks. One can conclude that most of the reviews are also under the age of 25. I came to this location before 7 AM. Since the line was long at the drive thru, I went inside. No line at the counter yet I waited almost three minutes before the girl turned to me to take my order. When I said I had been hoping that coming inside would have saved me time, she said "well, it's not our fault...you sneaked in". (what?? Starbucks is KNOWN for stellar customer service...where did she come from?" I then ordered a "Breve". She looks at me flatly and says in a snarky tone, "so, you just want steamed milk". I said "No". She said "so, you WANT a Breve Latte but just don't know how to order correctly". Wow. After we got through that, I handed her my phone. I checked my app before entering and it said I had $18.18. I had just reloaded my app the day before. She said I had nothing on my app and already running late for work, I had to run out to my car and get my wallet. I paid her. As I was waiting for my drink I again checked my app....I had $18.18. I don't know if this was a little power trip for her or what, I didn't have any more time to waste to argue about it and I knew I'd be using my app plenty and didn't mind not using it on this purchase -- except for the inconvenience. Lesson learned here was to NEVER go to this Starbucks location. Starbucks ALWAYS makes customers feel valued.....except this one. The prices are high--but usually so is the quality and service. This is probably the location with the worst drive thru customer service. When you get to the window they don't even greet you they just say your total. When they give you your drink they just stare at you without saying "thank you" or "have a nice day". I went to the drive thru today to try the holiday drink and I thought i'd get those reusable cups or whatever. So I asked the lady who was a bit bigger and dark hair with glasses I think and she gave me attitude saying "It was only if you get a grande or bigger" and I didn't have a problem but she didn't have to be so snarky about it. This isn't the first time I've been treated like this at this location. It's not like I barely go to starbucks I've been to starbucks multiple times that I know what i'm getting and how I like it. This is very disappointing for starbucks at least. I would go to another location but this one is one my way to school so unfortunately I have to deal with your rude staff. read more

Love their Chai tea. Staff is warm and friendly. Drive thru is typically busy early morning but they do a good job getting everyone through. Once, it took extra long and they gave my order for free. Only issue, as with all Starbucks, is price. Way over-priced. I would go more than once per week if drinks were $1 less. read more

Some people just shouldn't work with other people... especially when they are rude and make customers feel totally unwelcome. I'm in my early 40's and have literally never had such bad service. I used to come to this Starbucks all the time, but never again. How about this: I ask for a decaf, the girl says they just took the decaf away (10 am). The only way is to do a pour over, but that takes a few minutes, and she made it obvious she didn't want to do it by her face and tone. This is a coffee place, right?? And customer service? Hellooooo! I asked if she could do it anyway. Chick was a total moron. She actually told me, "we're not big fans of pour overs", lol. Just say, "I'm lazy, don't care if you like it, and I want to make you feel uncomfortable so you never ask again." Well, I wont. I won't be back again! read more

This is the most welcoming location I've been to!! Staff members go out of their way to explain menu items in great detail. Ambience is always genuinely friendly and positive. I've been here a few times in the evening and the staff has always been friendly and the service good. However, there is a dark-haired portly manager who works some nights. He's bellicose and feels the need to holler his unfunny jokes and insipid life reflections to the employee/victim standing three feet away at a volume detected by NASA astronauts. He's friendly with the customers, but he makes his employees call him "sir". The first time I was there I thought I heard one of the employees call him sir, but I left thinking maybe I had just misheard her. Next time I was there, I heard a different employee call him sir. What the...?!?! Are you serious? Dude....you're the night manager at a Starbucks. You don't get respect by forcing your employees to call you sir. All those kids you bully are only working there temporarily, and will soon move on to bigger and better things. Oh, to be a fly on the wall when a present employee struts through the door a few years from now after passing their final medical exams, walks up to the beefy failed comedian, disregards the no-smoking sign by blowing cigar smoke in his face, says "Hey 'sir', I'm not buying anything, just get me some ice water, and call me doctor while you do it", and then urinates in his tip jar on the way out. read more
