I had an odd experience here. Basically, I ordered, confirmed my order on the screen, pulled up to the window and my drink was missing cold foam. I said "oh that one is supposed to have cold foam." The barista named Leah said "well I have to charge you for it." I said "um okay...but didn't I already pay for it?" Because it showed on the screen already. She said "no you didn't...I deleted it." I asked why she deleted it since I had confirmed my order, her response was "well more than one person was taking your order so there was a miscommunication and I deleted it." The worst service at this location and this is not just one experience. First time we ordered online and went to pick up and they locked the front door saying they had an issue with plumbing. Couldn't make our drinks. Second bad experience, I stopped in doors locked, no signage on drive thru, door, window or anything but we can see people inside but straight up ignoring. At first, we thought they just forgot something or didn't put sugar, so we went back for them to fix it. But when we tasted it again, it was still the same. We usually order caramel frappe, and this was the worst Starbucks caramel frappe we've ever had. It tasted flat and tasteless. no sweetness at all! You could only taste the cream and ice, that's it. This Starbucks is located in the Diamond Hills Plaza Shopping Center with the main entrance at Sugarpine Pl off of Diamond Bar Blvd. The shopping center is lower than the main road so not all of the stores are visible from the street. They have a drive thru lane, but I normally opt for parking my car and getting my food and drink inside. The staff are usually efficient, friendly, and will welcome you when you enter. It's really convenient to order ahead on their mobile app. More often than not, my order is ready when I get there. My normal order is their bacon, sausage & egg wrap and a Caffé Americano. The quality is on par for any Starbucks that I've visited. read more

I've visited this Starbucks location twice at nights - well three if you count the time I arrived minutes til closing and thinking the closed the following hour instead. On my first visit, I ordered an iced hazelnut soy latte, one of my go-tos when I'm not sure what to order. Of all the Starbucks locations that I've tried, I have to admit that they made it best here. There were about 10 other drinks to make, and all the baristas were efficient in making it. On my second visit, I attempted to order the same drink but was unfortunately not able to since their espresso machine wasn't working. Thankfully, the barista suggested that I try it with cold brew instead of espresso. Although it didn't taste the same, it was a worthwhile substitute and visit. Worse service! Last time I need to wait for 30 minutes to purchase the travel box coffee at this store even though not much customers there in that morning!
