My bread was hard as a rock and my pink drink didn't have any milk in it! I ordered a cold brew and it tasted funny.

I hope I've got the correct location, this is for the Starbucks on RT 1 (I thought it was Norwood...?) Any-hoo... The drive thru makes it WAY too hard to pass on by on my way to work. Like most, I switch to iced drinks in the summer, and my Iced Caramel Macchiato is made perfectly every time. I always order a Grande with extra ice. Every single time the barista asks if I'd like it in a Venti cup... I never have to ask. Good customer service here. This past Saturday I had Jack with me, so again, drive thru comes in handy when you've got a puppy on board... The barista handed me my perfectly made coffee, AND a puppy treat for Jack!! Awesome!! He was so excited to say the least!! This location is also open later than most, I think they don't close 'till 11 PM, and there is a large outdoor seating area... not the best view (RT 1) but you can't always get what you want... =) read more

Don't use the drive-thru!! I am a huge Starbucks fan, and truly appreciate their strong focus on customer service. But, I have never experienced a more disorganized Starbucks than when I use the drive through at this location, to the point if I'm in a hurry I actually opt for the Dunks drive through so I can avoid another bad experience at this Starbucks. There have been times I have waiting at least 5 minutes before anyone has acknowledged my presence at the intercom. So I assume the speaker is broken and proceed to the window to encounter a couple of confused and hurried workers. Other times I have had to repeat my order multiple times just for them to have it wrong when I get to the window. I guess I expect more Starbucks! Okay, okay... I was wrong. I've gone back numerous times since that review and my order has not been messed up once. I've been in and out with no issue. One of the baristas even memorized my drink and started it when I walked in so I wouldn't have to wait. Plus, it has a drive-thru which, although always packed, is convenient. I used to come here 4-5 times a week a few years ago. This place was a well-oiled machine. I don't recognize anyone these days that I used to know from this location. I came by last week and the drive-thru was slower than I've ever seen. Turns out they had a poor girl taking orders AND making the drinks. Knowing that, today I went in, ordered my drink, and they forgot to make it. After 10 minutes of waiting, I finally asked where it was. This Starbucks is a complete clusterf**k these days. Dirtiest and most unkempt Starbucks I ever ventured into. Boxes on uncleaned, sticky, grimy table tops. Trash strewn around in the guest area and bathroom floor. There's a reason why THIS Starbucks in particular is so highly rated. I'll tell you why, they make your drinks EXACTLY the same each time. I know that sounds like not a big deal but have you ever had, say, a pumpkin spice latte that comes out tasting differently every time? On my recent visit to Starbucks in Dedham while sitting at the table drinking my coffee, I noticed the( barista) Quentin, was very rude to three different customers during the time I was there and each customer filed complaints about this person. to the assistant manager no action has been taken yet, he is still there pissing off customers, and the staff too! This is not the first time I have witnessed this individual being rude to customers, he was very rude to me at the drive thru on an earlier visit. The rest of the employees are great! The only reason I like going to this Starbucks location is that they have drive thru service. The line can be extremely long and service is very slow. The last time I was there I waited about 20 minutes from the end of the line to the time I finally got my drink. The only positive to that day was that my baby was able to have a nice long nap without me having to move him in and out of the car just so I can get my coffee fix. read more

Staff is friendly - drinks are always made right and are good. Thats when they are made. If you go through the drive through you are more likely to get your drink and not be forgotten. 1/2 the time they take my order and I will watch at least 3 people get their drink before I get mine and then have to speak up. This happens once or twice; accident. More than that and they need to pay better attention. I'll keep reaping on the free drink cards you give me to make up for it but I'd much rather receive my item quickly rather than making it a 20 minute Starbucks stop. ALSO - BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT go here on a Saturday morning/early afternoon. It is a sideshow!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is probably my favorite Starbucks in the area because of their amazing service! Every single time I hit the drive thru, their staff is welcoming and willing to answer any questions or customize my order. They've only messed up my drink order once and they were totally fine with exchanging my drink for the correct one. They're typically pretty quick in the drive thru and are always fabulous with my kids in the back seat! I went there one day and they had buy one get a free ice tea day. What a rib off!!!!! I watch them they put half a glass of ice tea and half of glass of water!!!!! So you really were getting only one glass of tea split with water in two glasses rip off!!!!! Fraud!! Disaster but not necessarily the fault of the staff. It is such a poor design of the parking lot and drive through that I avoid going here. The drive thru fits about 4 cars before it backs up into the parking lot. Meaning empty parking spaces are blocked so you can't park your car and walk in and if you by chance got in a spot good luck getting out. You might be in your car for a while waiting to back out and leave but can't because you are blocked in by the line for drive thru. Either way your f***ed. Don't bother. read more
