Coffee cup lids should not be pointy sharp scary things ever. Unfortunately my experience at this Starbucks came with a wildly deformed lid, which appeared to be a production error as no excess plastic was located in the drink. I used a straw to get around the concerning lid on my iced beverage but from the challenging location to the crowded drive through it started being a difficult experience, having a lid with a serious concern made this an unpleasant and challenging coffee run. read more

This starbucks does a pretty good job most of the time. The staff has always been very friendly. They messed up my orders once or twice, but have always corrected it. Downside is the place is small and so is the parking lot. Also it is hard to get into the lot from bethel. read more

I've ordered through the drivethru three times recently and my drinks have been very weak. My matcha latte was barely even green and tasted just of milk. I ordered a latte the other day that was also weak and barely had espresso enough though it was supposed to be a triple shot. Love this place, I live down the street so I frequent this location before work and when working from home. I drink the same thing, so my order has been memorized by the staff as well! Everyone I've encountered here is extremely hard working, very pleasant to speak with and bubbly. Only reason I'm giving it a 3* is because I came across town to this Starbucks because it was the only one that was open Until "8:30pm" according to my maps, and it gave me more than enough time to drive up there, so I get there at 7:12pm and the lights are on in the drive through Also the signs are still out, I see 3 cars outside and I'm there waiting, I also call and no answer, so I'm assuming it was closed, as I'm driving off to my left I see that in the patio are sitting 3 people with a coffee and it's the 3 employees it's fine if they CLOSE but PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!!!! read more

So disappointed. This Starbucks is closest to my family's house in Columbus and my mom is there almost every day. They have the nicest staff, but I'm so disappointed because the last two times I've ordered my drink was made wrong. The first time a shot of hazelnut was forgotten, which wasn't a huge deal because I used creamer from my house. The second time I ordered a green tea without any sugar (my usual order) but they added the standard amount of sugar into my drink. I had to double check that I ordered it right and it said on my sticker "No liquid cane sugar". These aren't the end of the world and I'm not the the type of person to take my drink back and complain about it. I'll probably go to other locations next time I'm in town :( read more

The staff at this Starbucks are so friendly! They're often willing to chat you up and they always have a smile when they greet you. Food/beverage are consistently prepared--I wasn't aware of this, but if you get a drink you don't like, they'll make you something else! I wish more restaurants would be open to doing this. The seating area is definitely smaller than the Starbucks on Henderson--there are seats for probably 20 people, with a mix of 4-tops, 2-tops, and a few lounge chairs. There's a bit of outdoor seating on the front side of the building, but I don't see it being used much because, well, it looks onto busy Bethel Rd. The store is conveniently located less than half a mile from the intersection of Bethel Rd. and 315. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a challenge, however. Heading eastbound toward 315 is fine, since the store is on the south side of Bethel. Coming westbound from 315, one needs to turn left on Jasonway and drive behind the CVS. Depending on the time of day (roughly 7-9 AM), be prepared for a jam at the drive-thru, which can snake around to the side of the building and making exiting with your car an exercise in patience and crossing one's fingers that someone doesn't decide to disobey the one-way flow of traffic. The staff do all they can to get your order processed quickly and get you on your way. Their friendliness and the convenient location trump the sometimes problematic traffic flow. read more

Visited this Starbucks around 6:29pm Sunday, 11 July 2021 and the drive thru female appeared to be on Bluetooth as she was having a conversation with someone and barely acknowledged me at all. What's more disappointing is when I got home and opened my Venti White Chocolate Mocha it was a third a cup empty. If I'm paying $6 for a drink I would at least expect for it to be full. read more

I'm really impressed with this Starbucks. Although there aren't usually many staff on the floor, they have always been really quick for my orders (I order inside). They usually have a pretty long/steady drive thru from what I can tell, but everyone's calm and it moves quickly. Utmost respect because their dining is open, and I've noticed that they are dilligent in sanitizing tables (even those labeled sanitized). It makes me sad there aren't many tables open, but so far I've come here to get some work done 2-3 times and have been able to nab a table as someone is leaving. Again, really really surprised how calm, collected and quiet the place is given how it seems like a neverending line of cars. Everyone is incredibly pleasant and the right amount of perky/friendly without freaking your local introvert out. They don't make you feel rushed to order. Also, all of my drinks have been pretty consistent flavour wise. So 10/10, best Starbucks. One con, I would say though --- to no fault of the staff, but an important thing that does always get me- it's really confusing on how to get in to the parking lot. Also driving out-- no matter how slow-- the front of my car always scrapes against the curb. So be careful and vigilant! Hoping they can open some more tables up soon after it's "safe" to. read more

Excellent service. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The salted caramel latte's and pumpkin spice are my favorites for the fall season. I am also a big fan of the salted caramel sqares that are only 200 calories, although they are bite size.They are also good about any special requests that you may have. The true concern I have with starbucks is their nutritional content. Overall, they need to avoid sugary syrups, artificial flavors, colorings and gmos. read more

A great, friendly Starbucks. The seating is pretty decent for a smaller-sized Starbucks, and most of the chairs and tables are located near outlets which is usefull when holding a meeting or doing some studying. The environment itself is a little on the louder side (making all those drinks), but I've never really found a quiet Starbucks. They probably should have put this over where KFC and Wendy's are because this is a nightmare to get in and out of. If you don't know the trick to pulling in behind CVS then you'll be really turned around. I've never had incredibly friendly service at this one like the Starbs over on Henderson but they do always get my order right (which is incredibly simple so id kind of hope so). It's a standard Starbucks--boring but clean and friendly. What this branch has over other Starbucks is a driving adventure! This 'bucks is not a big one; it's more geared to the Bethel road motorist making their way to 315 in the wet, cold morning to work. The seating contains all of seven tables, two love seats, and two wide armed chairs mostly tucked into a cubby. The pick-up window is a mere ten feet from the inside service spot. Now driving, the game works this way: you can not access it coming west on Bethal as a concrete medium bars the way. The savvy gamer knows to kick up Jasonway and pull behind the CVS there, accessing Starbuck's small parking lot from the back. But this has pitfalls too, as Starbuck drive is one-way going the opposite direction. This leaves the option to either park at the medical office behind CVS, tempting the boogyman named Shamrock, or use the two Starbucks spaces near the trash shed, if they are open. Now a wayward gamer may venture into the parking way counter the directional arrows. But this takes serious driving aptitude as now our gamer must swing his vehicle in close quarters, 135-degrees into a spot between tightly parked cars. One tiny bump and scratch and bloop-bloop-bloop you lose, no other lives left. Now a wise gamer may think to come east and take the easy right. Nice, but at peak times the drive-thru queue can spill out onto Bethel making you an easy rear-end target for traffic barreling down the hill through the CSX underpass. And even escaping that the parking lot brings obstacles; a cadre of cellphone drivers jerking their SUVs out suddenly, cutting you off an inch from your bumper. If you escape those challenge congrats, you get to pay for Starbucks. I do like the staff here, they are very friendly. A credit to management, this stays steady through the usual level of turnover fast food is known for. In the end, it's a decent place to enjoy a cup, read a book, call your car insurance agent. Starbucks is, well, Starbucks. It's expensive coffee but it tastes good and gets the job done. This particular Starbucks is awesome. I've never even been inside and I can tell you that. Every time I've gone through the drive through, whether it's a busy Friday morning or boring Monday afternoon, every person that works there is SO NICE. They always strike up a conversation and doesn't matter who is working but they always love when I have my corgis in the car :) It just amazes me that every time I go there, the person working the drive through is always so nice. read more

Maybe I am lucky? Since moving to this area from the northern part of Sawmill, I frequent this Starbucks often. Only on one occasion when the drive thru was log-jammed, I had to walk in (and still didn't wait very long). Always friendly and fast this ...location is fine by me. Used the drive thru today. Not super busy since it was Saturday early afternoon. Ordered and paid for 3 venti drinks (over $15 for all three) and the batista tried handing me grandes when we got to the window. Explained to him the sizes were incorrect and he acted like I did something wrong. Dumped the drinks down the sink. Spent the next few mins speaking to a co-worker even thought my order was already re-done and sitting on the counter ready to go. Had to have another co-worker tap him and tell him it was ready. Finally got the correct orders (2 of them were the new Toasted White Michael) with none of the cranberry sugar on top. Asked him about the sugar "sorry we are all out!" Asked for a drink carrier "sorry we are all out!" Asked for a stopper for an extra hot drink, and guess what?..."Sorry we are all out!". Most horrible experience for some expensive coffee - which I don't normally mind paying for since good service is supposed to be part of what you pay for. Get it together guys!! read more
