Friendly staff and good tasting drinks. Went in today for the infamous free red cup with holiday beverage purchase. Managed to get a cup just before the sold out and got a taste of the holiday season! Caramel Brûlée Latte is where it's at. I'm not a mint fan, so this is the only option on their holiday list for me. It is pretty sweet, even sweeter than their Caramel Macchiatos so I definitely won't indulge often. Regardless, yum! Although it was insanely busy because of the promotion, the entire staff was kind and quick! The cashier held conversation with me and although he was busy, he didn't let it phase him. The huge bad part of this location is the drive thru. They decided to put the drive thru entrance on a busy street so it's just ridiculous. If there's 5 cars deep, atleast one of them is IN the road. I'm surprised there's not more accidents. If you need a drive thru option, go to the 5 Mile location. read more

Super busy drive-thru location in the mornings. I always see a line when I pass by. On this visit, the line extended into traffic. Everything was much calmer inside. Short interior line moved quickly. Drive-thru line continued to extend into traffic after my extended visit. Customer service was overall pleasant. Baristas worked efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Condiment bar needed cleaning. Baristas at no point in time came out into the dining area to clean. An early Saturday morning Starbucks coffee is a norm for me, especially when running to/ from sporting events however, this is my first (and last) visit to this location. Upon pulling in, the lot is rather congested as the drive-thru line of vehicles extended out into the highway making entering the venue challenging. Once in the lot, there is plenty of parking as the lot extends to several different businesses however, once parked you may have to walk a minute to get into Starbucks. When I walked in, there was only one customer in line. The lobby was packed full; not one open seat! I thought I had "beat the rush" so to speak but i didn't. I actually waited 15min before receiving my drink, which is obsured! As I watched the baristas I noticed only one person on the bar, an older woman who is not executing two drinks at once, but one drink at a time! The team appeared to be lazy and moving at a snail pace. Because of the amount of business this SBUX store receives, I'm surprised the slowest baristas ever are working at this location or even the morning shift. This location has really gone down hill. While sitting in store I heard at least a dozen orders that were wrong. I tried to get a coffee refill and was refused. Manager told me coffee refills were no longer given on different coffee refill. She had an attitude. Terrible customer service. read more

Great location, always very busy, but the staff here is really really efficient. This might be one of the only Cincy locations I havent ever had issues at in regards to correct order, wait time, and staff friendliness. I usually go through the drive thru, and even if the line is to the street, dont be deceived, these guys are quick! Indoor and outdoor seating too, but not tons of space. read more

This place may always have a line, but they're on it! Inside or outside the line moves pretty quickly. I've only ever had a problem here once and they corrected it right away apologizing for the mix up. Everyone is super nice here, and almost too perky in the morning before I've had MY coffee lol. They occasionally run out of bagels and sandwiches after noon if they've been busy, but they are quick to offer a suggestion. It's a little loud inside, and there's not a lot of seating and it's a bit cramped but not bad. read more

It's bad enough that this location was constructed in such a way that their drive-thru causes traffic to back up onto Beechmont Ave. Of course I don't blame that on the employees; I blame it on corporate, and partly also the people who are too lazy to park their cars and walk into the store (which would be a lot faster than waiting at the drive-thru, anyway). But recently I got an iced latte which had milk in it that was obviously rancid. I called the store and asked for the manager, who expressed no concern and just said "what's your name, come in and we'll give you another one". When I told him I wasn't interested in that but just wanted to let him know so that they could better handle their supplies, he just said "yeah OK" and hung up. Pretty lousy attitude; hopefully this manager has been replaced. The other employees seemed friendly and helpful. read more

I ALWAYS have a bad experience at this Starbucks!! Yesterday they were out of the pineapple for pineapple black tea and out of the spinach feta egg white wraps. Today they were out of the pineapple black tea and the peach white tea. I got a venti strawberry green tea this morning and there was so much ice in it, it took me less than 10 mins to finish. I only go here every morning and they always make all off coffee perfectly! Consistency is this companies strong point and I'm okay with everything always people the way it suppose to be. However, aside from the drive thru being way too close to Beechmont Ave and not allowing much room before cars start backing up onto Beechmont, they are getting orders wrong quite a few time. Within one week alone they screwed up my order three times. I am a big fan of this Starbucks. Yes, I've had a couple of less-than-stellar visits, but they are consistent enough to be reliably awesome. Yes there is a long line a lot of the time, but this is Anderson Township, and the people here have addictions that need to be served. There have been 2 times when I irritated with the line, because it just wasn't moving, and you know what? Both times I was given an apology, and not charged for my drink. This Starbucks location is by far one of my favorite in Cincinnati. The staff is always friendly, knowledgable, and efficient. I have zipped through the drive thru with the line wrapped around the building more times than I can count! They always make great recommendations and take the time to tell me about new drinks they think I'd enjoy based on my current order. I go out of my way to stop in at this location. read more

The last 3 times I have been to this location the service was not so great, first they tried to give me the wrong order, then they over charged me, then they forgot to give me my change and couldn't open the drawer. It took about 10 mins to get me my change b/c the guy who had the key was on break. Then when did get me my change they said they couldn't find the key. Very inconsistent read more

Well. Okay so i suggest not going to this starbucks. First- when you order a soy drink, you dont get your drink soy. Second - if you order a frappachino or a drink that comes with whipped cream, they dont give you the whipped cream unless its a mocha frapps. Third - A drink was completely forgotten and not made until we asked for it. Which they then gave us attitude because they forgot to make it. Went through the drive thru in a hurry to get to work. After leaving I realized they forgot the espresso in my venti drink. I went back through after calling and complaining, while at work, and they tried to charge me another $5.25. Also I ask for my drink upside down and on another occasion they did not make it upside down. They stirred it and when I asked the man said he has worked there for years and it is the same as upside down if you stir it.
