Pretty bad experience today. Someone doesn't know how to make a sweet cream vanilla cold Brew and then got an attitude about it. My drink looked and tasted like sweet 2% milk with no coffee in sight. I parked and went it to the window and requested a remake. I was told that I had to throw my drink away outside which was weird. The trash can was overflowing so why would I put a full grande drink in that trash can? The lady remade my drunk and it was the exact same color and taste as the first! I still had my original drink in hand and they looked identical. She then got an attitude, took the second drink, and remade it. She left room at the top and handed me a cup of creamer to add it myself. She still made me throw my original drink away instead of taking it inside to throw away. She rushed me away but closing the window right after having me the drink. When I got to my car, I tasted the drink and it wasn't sweet at all. Like no syrup at all. Apparently the crew at 11am on Thursdays needs more training on making Signature menu drinks and on basic customer service skills. Fix it Jesus. read more

I would consider myself a regular at this location as it is on my way to work. Have never had a bad or wrong order, employees are friendly as can be, employees work diligently to get orders completed, and I do like Starbucks offerings for seasonal items and the ease of the app. If I had to gripe about anything it's the size of the lot for the drive thru line. If it's backed up and people are filling in from the street and lot some customers are not polite in letting every other car get in line and you may get trapped in for awhile. read more

The food and coffee were both good. The service was great. The girl at the window was super friendly and courteous. So why the 1 star?? This has to be the poorest design and location for a drive thru restaurant ever. It's in the corner of the parking lot of a grocery store that you can't get to from the parking lot. Crazy. You have to drive out on Olive St to enter. Then the cars trying to get in line have to wait for the cars entering from Olive St and those leaving the drive thru window. Just idiotic. Excellent concept for the grab & go Joe lovers. It's a drive-thru / walk-up only location. So avoid congestion and standing in long lines at the expense of indoor seating, chill tunes, work space & merchandise. Drive through or walk up only. Staff is very friendly. The lines can get long and it gets crowded as there is not a lot of real estate for cars to line up. However, service seems to move quickly and one can always park and walk up. Never an issue with the order. Enjoy the convenience and the drive through. read more

The number 1 thing I look for when there's a drive-thru is SPEED. How quickly can you place your order and have it made/ready for you at the next window? Most Starbucks take around 5 minutes, with the longest I've ever waited taking 17 minutes. YES. 17 Minutes in a DRIVE-THRU. :| We received our drinks immediately after we paid. Super fast, and super friendly! The Starbucks at this location does have a walk-up window as well and a small dining area outside, but does not allow for customers to come in. Let me preface this post by saying that I have visited this location many times without incident. They are fast and friendly. Starbucks has actually been taken to court over their excessive use of ice, so it is my own stupidity for not asking for light ice. My switch from seasonal hot drinks to cold just threw me, and I am sorry I had not adjusted properly. Always order light ice or suffer the consequences. Now my drink is gone, and I am sad. There's 10 cars behind me, it's the morning rush, and she gives me the guilty "I can go get a manager to fix it." I wasn't going to make everyone else suffer because of her stupidity. Great New FAST Starbucks in Four Season's Shopping Center. This location makes Drive Thru a breeze. Enter the Starbucks lot from N Woods Mill @ Olive Blvd. Traffic from this store exits onto Olive Blvd. This Starbucks is in a brand new building on a corner lot that has been empty for years (in front of Dierbergs). Standard Starbucks Products available. I ordered a Flat White and it was a delicious as always. Extra friendly service. Check out this new store! I will be back soon. read more

Perfect for those wanting to grab something and be on their way, but not ideal for those planning to work, study, or hang out with friends. This location is drive through or walk up service only. There is a very small outdoor seating section. The drive through wasn't super busy when I arrived, but it was still extremely tight and congested. I cannot imagine what it might be like during rush hour. The service was fast, friendly, and accurate. Our office is near this new Starbucks. I generally like to buy local, but there aren't many options in West St. Louis County. This place is super stressful because you can get in an accident going in, coming out or just driving by. I saw a near pileup when their trash truck pulled in during rush hour. We all like drive thru lanes but this is a real zoning catastrophe. I now go to the nearby Bread co drive thru when I need a national chance coffee on the go. So this new Starbucks opened recently at the corner of Olive and Woods Mill in front of the Four Seasons Dierberg's. I have only been able to get near it once in 3-4 tries because it's so busy. It's a free standing building with a drive-thru and a walk-up window but no inside for customers. It's a small building and a small lot and the drive-thru line has wrapped completely around the building on many of the occasions I have wanted to go. This means there's nowhere to pull into. Rather than hanging out in the right lane of Olive during the morning rush hour waiting to get in I have just opted to move on. Odd design. The one time I was able to get a cup of coffee it was an off peak time. It was fine. read more

I was there with my family and were trying to order coffee at drive thru , but Starbucks employees Andrew and Ethan were disrespectful and careless while taking our order. They were laughing at us for no reason . When I confront them they denied it . I wish there were minus stars option in Yelp , that's what they deserve. read more

This Starbucks is SO slow. I sit in the drive through for a solid 15-20 minutes every time. The only reason I keep coming back is because there isn't a closer location to me. If you go on your way to work? Give yourself plenty of extra time. I understand it's busy in the morning and I'll have to wait a little bit, but not that long. It's only a drive through location so there is no excuse for them to take so long. They never seem to be in a hurry or rush to speed things up. read more

Brand new location! I was excited watching it built as I am a daily visitor, and this location is closer to my home plus a drive through. But...I have been twice and my family has went also. Each time, our coffees have been wrong. Also, they have a rough time understanding the orders. Maybe as they learn the business, things will improve?
