I'm a simple lady who likes a simple black coffee but lately I've enjoyed the Nitro cold brew with sweet cream. They are always quick & super friendly. Just left Starbucks. They ask you to let them know if your drink is wrong, right? Apparently the girl making our drinks wasn't interested. When we politely let her know she gave us the totally wrong drink, all we got was a dirty look and a long wait. When it was finally ready she didn't even acknowledge us when we got it. I like the new remodel. The new permanent umbrellas are a very welcome addition. And I agree that the staff is fantastic. Normally, a four-star place... But their renovation took a couple of days longer than expected and the fifth star is for how they dealt with that inconvenience. It was my first time to this location and i was very disappointed. The girl who was taking my order was not only rude but disrespectful. I guess she was upset that i showed up 20min before they were closing (at 9pm) but I get off my job at 8:30pm and wanted coffee before heading to my 2nd job. I'll never go back. Lack of drive-through really hurts this place. The barista stand only has two stations, so anything other than drip coffee ordered during morning rush is going to take forever to get you. I waited 20 minutes this morning for a latte! Staff is friendly but the service is just slow. Always. read more

First off, I love Starbucks. I used to work for Starbucks. I have the app. I'm a gold member. I spend a ton of money at Starbucks because I love it and they have amazing coffee and delicious snacks. I hate this Starbucks. I hate this Starbucks so much that I would rather go through caffeine withdrawals than stop here. Every single time I've ever ordered here, my drink is wrong. Not only is it wrong, they blame me for it being wrong. Not only is that complete crap because the customer is never wrong (speaking as an ex-employee), but I KNOW how to order at Starbucks and I know how to make the drinks. I also know how to specify what I want when I make substitutions. Then they refuse to fix it. So I've essentially paid for something that not only tastes like donkey butt, but that I didn't order. I've asked for their manager repeatedly, and I'm always told she's on vacation. One person shouldn't have that much vacation time. Seriously. I hate this location. They really should be shut down because they suck so bad. read more

I've been to this Starbucks a few times and I've really been unimpressed. I've never written a yelp review but I felt compelled to after my latest visit. Three times I have been here where they take your order then the staff starts chatting with each other and no one gets it to you. The barista makes your drink great but the other staff just stands around chatting. You have to remind them you ordered a bagel or a muffin in addition to drink. One guy came up to counter and said I've been waiting 10 minutes for my order and there is not a line? They said,"oops we forgot!" I love Starbucks but this store is really lacking in management. I like this location a lot. It's close to my home and I wish it had a drive thru but it's still great. I have came here several times in the past, a few of those times was to work. I have always had great service from the staff. My only complaint was the huge black bird that kept trying to take my food at the outside table, but other than that, it is a great place. read more

Part of Starbucks is service and not just coffee. Today we were greeted with a decent attitude from the lady behind the counter but far from friendly. what prompted this review more than anything was the higher-than-expected pricing for standard Brew and the attitude of the other individual who was making drinks. There were only two staff that we saw at the time. There was absolutely no half and half, milk, or nonfat on the counter for customers. I went to the center order counter to request it and was told that he would get it for me. He went out and fairly promptly came back with one container which he set on the other counter from me. It might be a little thing to most people, what customer service means that when someone request something you give it to them personally instead of setting it down in another area and making them retrieve it. Especially since it should have been out on the counter to begin with for customers. Additionally it is kept so cold that it cools down the coffee when used. The store should be on top of this process and no that one needs to be taken out of the cooler to sufficiently come closer to room temperature for customer use. read more

Alright I'm not giving this location it's self a poor review, but yes this is directed at a specific staff member. There is a female employee that typically works in the evening time with reddish hair, that frankly has a horrible attitude. My husband and I go in to the store quiet often and our order is predictable, while all of the other staff members are extremely helpful and prompt our last several interactions with this employee have been horrible to say the least. She is very rude constantly muttering rude things about her," incompetent co workers" and slamming things around. The few times we've thanked her or tried to make polite small talk she replies with a very court and unnecessarily rude comment, usually to the effect of how she wishes she didn't work with such useless people. Honestly I could move passed it not every day in the public is a great one, some days your coworkers are the worst but there is a fine line of professionalism that needs to remain.And seriously don't punish your customer for it.Now for the last two times she has made my drink she claims they are out of soy milk and this has been in a two week span. If Sysco's not delivering a very popular milk substitute to your coffee shop guys you might want to call. Again sorry for the poor review this is a great location.. read more

I do like Starbucks. This experience was frustrating because it is right across from my house. Maybe the mais reason was the time I walked in, 9:35PM. Anyway, I asked for a drink size grande and it was about 1inch empty. I noticed that the guy was not really happy cause I mentioned "light ice" after he was already making it. I have stopped here on numerous occasions (minimum of once a week) with friends and family, but unfortunately will not visit again. The last time I visited I noticed that ALL of the outside tables now have no smoking signs on them. Now, I fully realize that smoking makes me a terrible person incapable of mingling with polite society. However, I have always been a "courteous" smoker and have been careful not to sit where my smoke would be traveling toward another person. Actually I can think of quite a few other things they should be posting "no ..." to that are a whole lot more offensive than smoking a cigarette outside. Alas, neither I nor my family, nor a number of friends that I met up with there will be doing business with this facility in the future. I'm sure there are other coffee shops who will appreciate my business. read more

I never really write yelp reviews but I recently visited an awful restaurant with inexcusable service so now I/m on a roll! However, this particular review is quite positive. I don't always drink coffee nor do I always find myself at this starbucks location, but the service here is wonderful. Though clearly lacking a drive through window the shop has many young and polite employees obviously trying their best to successfully fulfill your order. I've no clue as to who the manager is but my cashier girl (no name tag) was very sweet (though I'm sure she was new, she smiled invitingly and looked me right in the eyes so I'd know she's listening intently) and my barista was quick and polite with my drink even through the chaos of an almost full store. The employees clearly need more space to run around behind the counter (it's a small shop) but they make do with what they have and stay focused on their tasks. They clean as they work and never seem annoyed with polite and/or friendly conversation with open customers. So basically a big thanks to this store for doing customer service the right way. read more
