Customer service is really good. Drinks are good but so absolutely over priced it's such a joke. I'm paying $9 for a cup of milk because I asked for 2 pumps of syrup that don't normally come. Mind you, I'm reducing the included 4 syrup pumps of the original flavor down to 2. For example, a grande hot mocha is like $7 and it comes with 4 pumps of mocha syrup. I love peppermint so I prefer only 2 pumps of the mocha with 2 pumps of the mint so it's not too sweet. But they charge me $2 for that. They don't consider that I should technically get a discount considering the fact that at the end of the day, it's the same number of pumps of syrup, just different. Ridiculous? Not to mention- they used to have good food! Idk wtf has changed! Everything is disgusting af! I've tried their bagels where the cream cheese tastes like it's actually 90 years old- gag- the "breakfast wrap" aka wannabe breakfast burrito is AWFUL OMFG so undercooked, every single ingredient is bland af, there's absolutely no cheese even tho it says there is, the tortilla is twice the size of the volume of other ingredients? Idk, I've had it twice now from two different locations and both times I think would rather eat my own vomit. To be fair, it is NOT exclusive to this location. But it doesn't matter, don't eat food here. read more

Great store and convenient location. My friend was looking for a specific ornament and this was the second Starbs we visited to get this. We also enjoyed her gift card and ordered the holiday special - peppermint mocha YUMMMMMMM! We enjoyed the coffees and beautiful ambiance. Also this location had a lot of staff and this was evident as orders were handled quickly. read more

Likely not open when they're supposed to be... In a world of advanced technology, and from a company who relies so heavily on mobile ordering, to put a paper note on their door to adjust hours and not honor orders, seems like a gross lack of the tech at their fingertips, and a disregard for the customer who relies on their systems read more

Got a venti iced vanilla protein latte and it's just milk. You don't taste any coffee or vanilla. If I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. I've ordered this at multiple Starbucks and it's never been this milky or bland. This is terrible would not recommend this Starbucks. read more

Amazing service from a gentleman named Pat. Friendly, happy and pleasant. Made our day! Need more people like Pat the older gentleman who clearly enjoys his job and interacting with others! Thank you Pat! read more

This Starbucks gets 5 stars from me! It is the one I prefer to visit out of all I've been to in the triangle area. Employees are super polite!! I'm always greeted by name when my coffee is handed to me. My drinks are always made correctly. Glad to know the employees read the online order ticket! The line moves fastest in the drive thru out of all starbucks I've visited in triangle region. The biggest bonus for this place was yesterday morning. I placed my order before I left my parking lot at home and then had to go back inside the house, only to have someone literally bump me with their vehicle. I was shook up and upset because it was something that could have been prevented Gad the person pulling out of the lot had of paid attention before he started moving. Anyway, when I got to the window at Starbucks the girl told me they were topping off my coffee as it had settled and wanted to be sure I was getting what I paid for. Little did she know that extra care was something I needed at the time. Kindness goes a long way but when it's customer service that is the type of employee to have. Remember, if you have to wait a little longer, or something isn't quite right, it's not because these people are lazy or don't care. This Starbucks is great and kudos to the management who is working with theses employees. I hope the good work keeps up. read more

I love this location! Every time I come here everyone is so nice and polite and I get my order quickly. There's a good amount of outdoor seating and sale inside seating too if you get lucky and snag a spot. read more

Gave me the wrong order despite me double checking, was rude about it and refused to take the wrong one back and made me deal with it.

Great Starbucks ! They open at 5 AM !!! I stopped by at around 10 AM on a Wed and it was pretty chill inside. A few people on computers. The order taker was friendly and helpful. My skinny vanilla cappucino was delicious. Not too sweet. It provided me with the pick me up that I needed this morning. I would give them a 2 thumbs up. The drive thru looked to be pretty busy. My order of 2 drinks was ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. I'll be stopping by again. read more

This is a respectable Starbucks with pretty ample seating and quick service. It's near the Black Creek Greenway, too, so it's a good pit stop before and after, and a nice place to grab a coffee after the walk, especially in cooler weather. read more

I absolutely LOVE this specific Starbucks! I work right near it and the employees are absolutely phenomenal. Scott and Pat have specifically gone above and beyond and have shown the utmost kindness. A lot of my coworkers go to this location and have said the same thing. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Morning service used to run a lot quicker, but last several weeks has been super slow. They used to have someone outside taking orders, but haven't seen that happen lately. Thought about pulling out of line like several others and leaving, but I need my morning coffee. I think I'll have to find a different location from now on. 15 minutes in a drive thru is way too long. read more

I order from doordash and when I opened my bag and to my surprise two out of my three drinks were thier , my lemonade was not their and when I come to report my issue the Starbucks was closed and I found this whole event very hurtful. As a loyal paying customer i have beening coming to this place for more then two years . I felt like I had earned the right to call myself a " Starbucks lover " but now I don't even feel loved by Starbucks . Honestly I feel let down I have held starbucks to a high place in my heart and now they on the bottom I dont know if I can get past this hurtful event . I placed my trust into Starbucks and what do they they don't give me my Starbucks lemonade. I take my lemonade very seriously . Seriously all the loyal Starbucks lemonade drinkers out their read more

I am highly disappointed in this location because they are actually very good when you are inside for a service. However, for the last 3 to 4 days they have closed prior to their closed time at 9 PM. It is very disheartening because I leave straight from a long shift at work just to go to the Starbucks, which is the only one that stays open late in Cary, and every time I have been met with the lovely audio that says the store is closed and to Please come back during the normal business hours. Today I was there at 8:45 PM and they were closed already the day prior. I was there around 8:48 PM and they were closed. This is very disheartening as you guys are the only ones that stay open in the area late and for you guys not to stay open to your promise time is very disappointing. read more

Very well maintained store neat and clean with plenty of space. Good service and cheerful staff with excellent service. Less waiting time for drive through. read more

This location isn't near me but was a meeting place selected by someone else. For a Starbucks, it feels a little smaller than other freestanding locations. Not a ton of space to chat while drinking coffee. It's a Starbucks so you know the menu, the quality and the prices. Parking lot is also a little small so if it's busy, you might have to wait or park further away. read more

TRULY stunning drive-thru service at 7:40 AT NIGHT. The workers were somehow enthusiastic at such a late time for coffee. The worker over the intercom was so upbeat and confirming about my order. Like they made me feel not as wildly awkward about ordering coffee at 8pm !! Also to Boman, the worker making entertaining convo with me while waiting for my caramel Frappuccino, your tattoos are fire and your service is superb for so late in the afternoon. read more

Starbucks being Starbucks, there's not much to add here except a few notes about the variables. The location is good, but getting in and out can be a pain if you're wanting to make a left back onto 54. More importantly, the wait staff here is extremely friendly. The store manager recognizes me in the drive thru and spares me the daily sell, instead confirming my normal order. The folks inside are quite nice when we walk up on weekends. My only complaint is that there's not much room to sit inside, just 3 tables. read more

Sadly, I'll be sticking with the Starbucks in the Arboretum...shame on me for picking this Starbucks on the way home today, simply out of convenience. Placed a mobile at 10:18am - got there probably around 10:20am so I told the girl on the speaker to take their time as I knew I was there very early - get to the window and actively hear the crew (while the window is open) talking about me and wondering why I was there already, as they loudly yelled my name from the mobile order etc, etc. My apologies for thinking people here do their jobs. Told the older gentleman at the window what I heard and how I thought it was rude - obviously fell on deaf ears as he came back with an excuse. He's been rude to me before as well so I'm not surprised. Not that the crew even cares about reviews but, thought it should be known and escalated since I spend a GOOD amount of money at Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks is my favorite in the Triangle area and possibly the best I've ever been to- dare I say- in my life. Seriously! I'm a fan of all the baristas here and the consistency of their drinks. Every single time I've gone through their drive thru I have been treated like I'm their only customer. They make sure to repeat my order to make sure it's correct and every time I've gotten my drink it's made exactly the way I want. Each barista always has a smile on their face and even when thee drive thru line is crazy long, it goes by fairly quick! The inside is almost always clean and well kept which I really appreciate. I'm so glad this is the closest Starbucks near me because of how sweet the baristas are and how consistent their service is. I definitely recommend this Starbucks to any other in the Triangle area. Cheers! read more

This Starbucks take only less than 30 seconds to make your order and it tastes amazing and inside is very peaceful.

This starbucks location is okay--I've had my order messed up pretty bad once (my green tea latte with skim somehow turned into a brewed green tea with lactaid?) and so was my friend's order (iced drink came out hot) which is why this Starbucks isn't getting 5 stars. But ultimately, once I do get my correct drink, it's still delicious! The drive thru line is also pretty quick. Only negative is that you have to go in towards the Lowes and the traffic in the parking lot can get a little confusing. My tip though: make sure you repeat your order to the cashier. It will save you a lot of headache! read more

What sets this location apart and keeps me coming back is not the delicious (albeit overpriced) coffee, but the drive thru. The convenience of the drive thru alone is what leads me to 4 stars. It's not local, not unique, and has my normal acceptable level of service. But add a speedy drive-thru in a convenient location and I will be a happy (and slightly guilt-ridden) customer for life. read more

Terrible service. Ordered egg bites and they sat on the counter for 10 minutes before I got up to ask about them. Someone did offer to make new ones, but at that point I'd been there a lot longer than I expected. The guy who took my order must have passed by me a dozen times while my order was cooling and didn't say a thing. Never heard my name called but heard plenty others. This was my first time at a Starbucks (I know I'm abnormal), and it'll be my last. read more

What can I say? It's a Starbucks. You're not going to get the best coffee. But the crew here is what makes it stand out from the other Starbucks in the area. If you spend much time here, you'll also get to know some of the more colorful regulars. I may start a 'Friends of Mike' club. read more

Starbucks is definitely not the place for coffee lovers. Their beans, especially the decaf espresso, are downright awful. All you taste in a latte is the milk. All you tase in an americano is the water. Even get an extra shot and it still tastes like water. I would have thrown my last cup out if I didn't need the caffeine. Still may.... read more

The best Starbucks in Cary! I LOVE this place and go here almost daily. I use the mobile app to order from home and zip through the drive-through to get my drinks. I work from home so this makes it so convenient. The staff is alway super courteous and fast. I usually get the Espresso Con Panna with a shot of Toasted Coconut, and sometimes the Coconut Milk Macchiato with sugar free syrup. The shots of espresso cannot be contended with here! They are NEVER burnt and are always tasty... wish I could say the same about the Starbucks locations at Crossroads and Kildaire Farm. I've dropped in from time to time to do some work as well, it smells so great in here and the AC is always kicking. This staff is the best, hands down. Much love to you all from your Cary neighbors. read more

I am at Starbucks on almost a daily basis. This is by far the SLOWEST drive through I have ever been to. It's an embarrassment. This place used to be my go-to Starbucks. Lately they always make my drink wrong and it takes forever to get even when they're not busy. My change was $0.49 I gave the girl a penny and told her to put the two quarters in the tip tlcup and she gave me back change for $0.49 and gave me back the penny. The music is horrible and it's always freezing. Glad they just built a new one down the street. read more
