One of the worst Starbucks ever. I've gone multiple times now, and it's always bad. The first time I went, it took over 10 minutes to get one drink, which made me late to the event I was going to. Then yesterday evening when I went, I ordered a matcha latte with strawberry purée, and the barista put strawberry foam in it. I heard one of the baristas say, "It was supposed to be purée," but then they just gave me the drink anyway. But it only clicked that it was my drink when I tried it, but by that time, I was already gone. I feel bad being negative, but honestly, there are so many Starbucks that you should just go to a different one and not this one. read more

Amazing and wonderful staff! Wanted to get away from the four walls of my apartment after running an errand this morning. Decided to stop in to Starbucks and use up the few dollars on my app and I am so glad that I did! All of the staff from the shift manager to the batista warmly greeted me and made me feel at home. They even watched my laptop when I needed to go the restroom. Everyone there you could tell genuinely wanted to be there and that made it easy to stay for a couple of hours as I sipped on my Americano and worked! I will be back next week! read more

Today is my first time grabbing a coffee here (for myself) in about a month. Within half an hour of drinking my "decaf espresso," I have a splitting headache. I had a few minutes between school drop offs and decided to run through and grab a drink. I ordered my usual drink, the dragon drink. My drink rang up about 75cents more than usual. To be honest I usually get this while shopping at Target. So I asked why it was more expensive. I was met with a lot of attitude. I'm only trying to figure out why my drink is almost a dollar more. I think that's my right, as a customer, to ask that question. 75 cents isn't a lot but if you frequent here very often that can add up pretty quickly. If you purchase the dragon drink you might want to think about parking at Target and running in! By the way it's also cheaper at Harris Teeter. read more

Good stuff at this Starbucks. I visited here while on a chaotic, problematic roadtrip, and the restaurant proved to be a welcome little haven for me amid my difficulty. The interior was clean and welcoming, with a pleasing arrangement and a reasonable amount of seating; the cashier was attentive and competent, and quick with my order. With that, I proceeded to enjoy a relaxed lunch, with good food and good coffee and a good book to go with them, all enhanced by the restaurant's safe, comfortable space -- lovely! I finished my meal without issue, and, afterward, found the restroom to be as well-mainted as the rest of the facility. As it were, the experience served to refresh me in my journey, and I left with a new energy, ready to continue on. This location is your typical Starbucks chain, except for the drive-thru service. Has your selections that you come to expect and nothing game changing. They have Wi-Fi service, nice lounge chairs and plenty of seating to accomodate the reader to the Apple savvy student. Service is excellent and friendly. read more

What can I say? It's just another Starbucks location that serves the usual drinks. This is my go-to store on weekday mornings because they've got a drive-thru and are pretty efficient (as far as I can tell with the 3 cars in line at 6:30am). In the beginning, they would never warm up my Mallorca Sweet Bread even though I asked them to, but they've seemed to picked up on that. It's a convenient location and the staff is always friendly. I go here a lot as it is next to walgreens. It's a small Starbucks with somewhat limited seating. The drive through is pretty quick and friendly. Their is one small quirk that people will try to merge from two different access points to the drive through, so makes it a little interesting to see uncaffeinated morning rush people try to vie for a spot in the drive through lane. read more

We had problems YET AGAIN at this Starbucks. It is the most convenient for us, so this used to be our go to location, but I've found myself actively avoiding this one as of late. The lines are ridiculously slow (we recently waited at the window --not just in line--for about ten minutes), and one coffee was totally wrong after all of that. Previously, while ordering inside, I was waiting for my coffee until well after the last person in the drive-thru (when I passed by before going inside) had left --about fifteen minutes. During that visit, I was told I would be helped soon, but waited at least five minutes before a barista even approached the register (I was the first in line). If you need a coffee fix, I'd visit the one in the Harris Teeter next door or, if you prefer a drive-thru, down the road at the location in Crossroads. read more

The staff here is really condescending and rude especially the skinny girl with black hair. Some of them are nice but every time I walk in and she's working, I know I'm going to be treated badly. This is my normal Starbucks because it is close to my current employer. They are usually very friendly while trying to be efficient. I know that there is a balance when you work at a fast food coffee shop like Starbucks. I can pre-order my drink online which is very helpful. They added this recently on the Starbucks App. The condiment bar is relatively clean and stocked. My beverage is a good temperature and it tastes like a normal Starbucks drink. I cannot speak for the drive thru because I usually just take the extra few seconds to park and walk in the door. read more

Asked for Smores frappechino nonfat, no whip (which I have ordered before, no problems) and was asked in a very rude and condescending way as she looked back at her coworkers and laughed, "you do know that a Smores frappechino without whipped cream is just a vanilla frappechino right?" ...no it isn't because it has chocolate in and so I politely said back, I still wanted it in the bottom of the drink, but just didn't want the extra on top (which is normally obvious I normally never have them have to ask me about it). She turned to her employees and said "she still wants it on the bottom" and they all just started shaking their heads and laughing. Was there to grab a couple afternoon iced coffees and sandwiches. They were completely out of the 3 sandwiches I asked for and I asked for lite cream in the coffees. What they tried to hand me looked like 2 cups of milk. I was nice and said that was to much cream, when the nice young man brought the manager over to tell her she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said,"ugh, really? Fine, I'll just add more coffee." I am not giving this place another star because I consistently see a shortage of space in this store. There is only 3 or 4 places for people who like tall tables on the bar and about 8 small tables. I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I get to the ordering speaker and get told "I want to let you know there might be a wait, one of our machines is down." To which I respond.... "There's been a 20 minute wait already...." So I think there needs to be some customer service training. I'm still sitting in this line and have yet to receive an apology... I go to this Starbucks because its closest to home, but my time in the drive thru is always outrageous, I usually just get a iced green tea and they will have the next persons drink order done before mine! They need to work on speed and the order of drinks, someone behind me should not have their drink some first.
