The service was amazing, especially Mack who was incredibly kind and welcoming when my siblings and I came in. She had such a friendly attitude and made the visit feel really positive. It's always nice to be helped by someone who clearly cares about customers and makes people feel comfortable!! read more

I order my coffee from this location very often. It's normally amazing. Today I was very disappointed. My iced shaken espresso was not shaken at all and tasted horrible. I didn't have time to ask for a redo as I had to get to work. There was another woman who was getting her coffee remade as well and unfortunately the employees were not very kind about it. Hopefully my next visit is better :( read more

Starbucks - Iced Shaken Espresso - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

I go to Starbucks somewhere in the triangle almost everyday, but I Hadn't been to this specific Starbucks in a few months. I was really surprised how rude, confused, and poorly trained multiple employees were at this specific Starbucks this morning at a time when it wasn't very busy. I won't go back to this specific Starbucks for another few months! read more

One of the worst Starbucks ever. I've gone multiple times now, and it's always bad. The first time I went, it took over 10 minutes to get one drink, which made me late to the event I was going to. Then yesterday evening when I went, I ordered a matcha latte with strawberry purée, and the barista put strawberry foam in it. I heard one of the baristas say, "It was supposed to be purée," but then they just gave me the drink anyway. But it only clicked that it was my drink when I tried it, but by that time, I was already gone. I feel bad being negative, but honestly, there are so many Starbucks that you should just go to a different one and not this one. read more

I go here every single morning, and i just am in love with it. Most of their drinks are delicious, and the bakery has such good things. The service here is excellent, they kinda know who i am read more

Starbucks - A cute christmas combo i ordered - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

Amazing and wonderful staff! Wanted to get away from the four walls of my apartment after running an errand this morning. Decided to stop in to Starbucks and use up the few dollars on my app and I am so glad that I did! All of the staff from the shift manager to the batista warmly greeted me and made me feel at home. They even watched my laptop when I needed to go the restroom. Everyone there you could tell genuinely wanted to be there and that made it easy to stay for a couple of hours as I sipped on my Americano and worked! I will be back next week! read more

Hands down the best Starbucks. I always stop by after work and even when I'm in a bad mood I've never left here without a smile thanks to the extremely nice staff! read more

Not my favorite. Weird interior design. Horrible acoustics (I can hear conversatiosn across the room very loudly), zero outside seating. It does what it's supposed to do though. read more

I ordered to a different location on accident but the workers were happy to remake my order for free!!

I think out of all the Starbucks in the area this one has the friendliest staff! Always accommodating. read more

There is no drive thru. The barista was nice. This Starbucks is inside a grocery store. Luckily, the store was open early Saturday morning. Harris Teeters is a local grocery chain. The store was clean and pleasant to visit. read more

I absolutely love the crew here & we always receive excellent customer service. That being said, I took a break from Starbucks because I always had to triple check that my drink was being made decaf. Today is my first time grabbing a coffee here (for myself) in about a month. Within half an hour of drinking my "decaf espresso," I have a splitting headache. I looked and my label does not say decaf. Super disappointed guys. My head is still throbbing & there's nothing I can do except ride it out.. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks mostly due to the pleasant staff. They are super efficient, always polite, and almost always make great tasting drinks! I do wish Starbucks would stop raising its prices, but that has nothing to do with this location or its employees. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Cary, North Carolina

I had a few minutes between school drop offs and decided to run through and grab a drink. I ordered my usual drink, the dragon drink. My drink rang up about 75cents more than usual. To be honest I usually get this while shopping at Target. So I asked why it was more expensive. I was met with a lot of attitude. I'm only trying to figure out why my drink is almost a dollar more. I think that's my right, as a customer, to ask that question. 75 cents isn't a lot but if you frequent here very often that can add up pretty quickly. If you purchase the dragon drink you might want to think about parking at Target and running in! By the way it's also cheaper at Harris Teeter. read more

Good stuff at this Starbucks. I visited here while on a chaotic, problematic roadtrip, and the restaurant proved to be a welcome little haven for me amid my difficulty. The interior was clean and welcoming, with a pleasing arrangement and a reasonable amount of seating; the cashier was attentive and competent, and quick with my order. With that, I proceeded to enjoy a relaxed lunch, with good food and good coffee and a good book to go with them, all enhanced by the restaurant's safe, comfortable space -- lovely! I finished my meal without issue, and, afterward, found the restroom to be as well-mainted as the rest of the facility. As it were, the experience served to refresh me in my journey, and I left with a new energy, ready to continue on. My gratitude goes out to everyone at this restaurant, and to the Starbucks folks at large. Keep up the good work :) read more

This location is your typical Starbucks chain, except for the drive-thru service. Has your selections that you come to expect and nothing game changing. They have Wi-Fi service, nice lounge chairs and plenty of seating to accomodate the reader to the Apple savvy student. Service is excellent and friendly. read more

What can I say? It's just another Starbucks location that serves the usual drinks. This is my go-to store on weekday mornings because they've got a drive-thru and are pretty efficient (as far as I can tell with the 3 cars in line at 6:30am). In the beginning, they would never warm up my Mallorca Sweet Bread even though I asked them to, but they've seemed to picked up on that. Everyone is friendly and peppy and their baristas are pretty good. read more

It's a convenient location and the staff is always friendly. I go here a lot as it is next to walgreens. It's a small Starbucks with somewhat limited seating. The drive through is pretty quick and friendly. Their is one small quirk that people will try to merge from two different access points to the drive through, so makes it a little interesting to see uncaffeinated morning rush people try to vie for a spot in the drive through lane. read more

"Positive"ly typical. Consistent with the Starbuck's brand quality and the staff is genuinely friendly. The drive thru here is very quick and easy to get in and out of. read more

People are down to earth and give off good vibes. Overall fun good energy is something you don't see often glad to see it here.

I *love* coming to this Starbucks. Every single time, no matter what the weather or time of morning or what I order, the employees are positive and kind. I've even had several employees compliment an outfit I was wearing! The people who work here really go out of their way to make sure every customer gets a boost of positivity for their day along with their coffee. Coming here is always a pleasure. read more

This is hands down the best Starbucks ever. Top quality staff and drinks are always served perfect. Ultra nice people. Highly recommended

We had problems YET AGAIN at this Starbucks. It is the most convenient for us, so this used to be our go to location, but I've found myself actively avoiding this one as of late. The lines are ridiculously slow (we recently waited at the window --not just in line--for about ten minutes), and one coffee was totally wrong after all of that. Previously, while ordering inside, I was waiting for my coffee until well after the last person in the drive-thru (when I passed by before going inside) had left --about fifteen minutes. During that visit, I was told I would be helped soon, but waited at least five minutes before a barista even approached the register (I was the first in line). If you need a coffee fix, I'd visit the one in the Harris Teeter next door or, if you prefer a drive-thru, down the road at the location in Crossroads. read more

They do have a drive-thru, which I always think is cool for a Starbucks. It's a little small and seating is limited. I actually witnessed a small scuffle between people for seats. My coffee wasn't the best, but I love the location! read more

The staff here are always friendly, always smiling, and they're FAST! BF goes to the Starbucks every morning and the staff knows him by name and they've memorized his order! Anyone who can be in a consistently great mood at 5:30 every morning and maintain that same excellent standard of service throughout the day is a rock star to me! I wish I knew everyone's name but BF's faves are Maggie and Sierra! Thanks ladies! You're awesome! read more

The staff here is really condescending and rude especially the skinny girl with black hair. Some of them are nice but every time I walk in and she's working, I know I'm going to be treated badly. She makes me feel like I'm a huge inconvenience and it's happened on multiple occasions! This girl needs a reality check, or to be fired! read more

Since the coffee in the office has gotten worst I have taken to going to Starbucks for my morning coffee. The Starbucks in Brier Creek does a great job in managing the morning rush while remaining fun and upbeat. I also like the fact they brew three different types of coffee in the morning. read more

This is my normal Starbucks because it is close to my current employer. They are usually very friendly while trying to be efficient. I know that there is a balance when you work at a fast food coffee shop like Starbucks. I can pre-order my drink online which is very helpful. They added this recently on the Starbucks App. The condiment bar is relatively clean and stocked. My beverage is a good temperature and it tastes like a normal Starbucks drink. I cannot speak for the drive thru because I usually just take the extra few seconds to park and walk in the door. read more

Friendly staff and overall I like this store more than other Starbucks in the area. I like to sit on the bar and read. I am not giving this place another star because I consistently see a shortage of space in this store. There is only 3 or 4 places for people who like tall tables on the bar and about 8 small tables. Many times I make my way here and just don't have any place to sit. read more

Asked for Smores frappechino nonfat, no whip (which I have ordered before, no problems) and was asked in a very rude and condescending way as she looked back at her coworkers and laughed, "you do know that a Smores frappechino without whipped cream is just a vanilla frappechino right?" ...no it isn't because it has chocolate in and so I politely said back, I still wanted it in the bottom of the drink, but just didn't want the extra on top (which is normally obvious I normally never have them have to ask me about it). She turned to her employees and said "she still wants it on the bottom" and they all just started shaking their heads and laughing. Then when it was finished she yelled out and laughed "Smores frappechino with no whipped cream." So if you want to get talked down to and bitched at go ahead and go to this Starbucks. read more

Was there to grab a couple afternoon iced coffees and sandwiches. They were completely out of the 3 sandwiches I asked for and I asked for lite cream in the coffees. What they tried to hand me looked like 2 cups of milk. I was nice and said that was to much cream, when the nice young man brought the manager over to tell her she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said,"ugh, really? Fine, I'll just add more coffee." Unnecessary and disappointing attitude in a store that there was only 2 other customers in at the time. read more

Siara was amazing! I've been sitting in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I get to the ordering speaker and get told "I want to let you know there might be a wait, one of our machines is down." To which I respond.... "There's been a 20 minute wait already...." So I think there needs to be some customer service training. I'm still sitting in this line and have yet to receive an apology... Makes me wonder if coffee is worth it :( #needcoffee #grumpy read more

I go to this Starbucks because its closest to home, but my time in the drive thru is always outrageous, I usually just get a iced green tea and they will have the next persons drink order done before mine! They need to work on speed and the order of drinks, someone behind me should not have their drink some first. And they almost never tell me the price at the speaker which could really slow down the process. read more
