Rude, unfriendly drive thru order person. Also at window, even after tip. She shoved things out the window counting each item loudly and ending with "Item #3, receipt!" It was early morning and she said angrily "Have a good Night!!" Ummmm... Ok. Also witnessed a male employee on another occasion scold an employee loudly in front of everyone for making a mistake. I will be visiting the other Starbucks location or going to Dutch Brothers or 7 Brew coffee where they are much friendlier and appreciative of tips! read more

Drive through this place is alright but don't bother walking in to pick your mobile orders. It took 30 minutes to get a mobile order. I even told the barista. I did a Drive-Thru at this Starbucks the day before I moved - I had to go to the Carrollton area to sell some furniture and I was able to order via mobile and get some coffee. I ordered my usual (Iced Shaken Espresso w/ Sweet Cream - Half Classic Syrup) -- The barista who spoke to me on the drive-thru was super nice and she had my drink ready. Some Starbucks locations can take forever on drive-thru, but this one was really easy to go in and out without any problem, and it was even in the morning hours so that was a plus too. I don't live in Texas anymore so I don't think I will be here again, but I had a generally good experience here! read more

I was there for a Facebook group meeting. The coffee shop was large enough to accommodate our group. I had their chai latte, and it was pleasingly good. It wasn't as spicy as what you get from an Indian restaurant but you know it was chai. read more

I love this location. I use to come everyday but after Covid, it's about once a week. The staff still knows my beverage of choice and they always ask if I want my usual. Very impressive. The one thing I love about this location is that they open at 5:00am. I have also ordered delivery and never had any issues with my drinks. Great customer service. I'll go with coconut milk. Still has that trademark burnt taste but whatevs. It does the caffeinated trick, and I get my buzz. Today I'm running late and can't go to the dunkin' for my latte. So I pop in again. Order the same thing. Once again, it's a Wednesday at 9am...."sorry we are out of the brown sugar." Sigh. This time, I'm like, nah...I'm good. I'll just head to Dunkin' It's just sucks that over a week apart, it's been the same issue at this location being out of things for the same drink. PROS: Friendly staff when they are not slammed. Place and kept clean and organized. Products I had are hot and fresh. CONS: Weekdays, this place is a zoo. Drive thru can be wrapped around building. They HAVE to cut down the bush/brush to the right as you exit the drive thru, can't see other cars coming....I've seen to many "close calls" Staff not so much friendly when they are busy. Service isn't the absolute quickest, but that's okay because I like to sit inside at the large communal table. There's a good amount of seating along the walls as well, which give you access to wall outlets. The outdoor seating is plentiful and comfortable when it's not too hot or windy. The customer service in the morning is EXCELLENT! they are very friendly and seemingly happy to be at work. my drink of choice is quite complicated and this location is one of the very few Starbucks locations that gets it right every single time. i go to this location on my way to the office, although it is not en route just to avoid going to the location blocks away from my house (The Colony). I always feel good when I leave this location. I prefer to go in instead of sit in the drive-thru just to get the full customer experience. the people are very friendly in the morning. a great way to start a busy day! read more

I love coming to this location because they have a lot of seating options both inside and outaide. However I have come herw on multiple occassions in the morning on the weekend and stood at the counter for a few minutes before I was acknowledged which is not normal for Starbucks. I dont mind waiting to order but I do mind when there are 6 employees and not one of them can say "good morning. We will be with you in a minute." They have picked up their game somewhat. The drive thru is still slow, and the cafe customers are still neglected, but not as much as before. I feel like I constantly am seeing new faces, so hopefully they can get a group of partners together and keep them. I still am waiting for this store to have the customer connection it used to. I said before I don't know if I'd be back, but I've been back a few times, and each time it's gradually been a fraction of a bit better than before. I come to this one to study a lot, and also if I'm heading to the dog park, I'll stop by for a puppy latte, an iced coffee, and a Trent a water because it's on the way. Like I said, the drive thru is slow, but isn't as slow as it used to be. I feel like the partners at the window in the drive thru are so much more friendly than if you go into the cafe. I love Starbucks in general and this place definitely lives up to the reputation. In our first trip, we ordered a Latte, butter croissant, and an Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato while in the second trip, it was Cinnamon Raisin Bagel and a Toffeedoodle. Latte and butter croissant is a heavenly combination, at least at Starbucks. Iced Coconut Milk Mocha Macchiato was good but not great. Cinnamon Raisin Bagel was nice and what I loved about it was that it wasn't much chewy as normally the bagels are at other places. Toffeedoodle was overly sweet and tasted like a mouthful of sugar in every bite. Service is quite fast. The first time we went there was almost closing time and the second time was a cool Saturday early evening, so not sure how the service is during peak hours. The folks are good. For once, they were out of tissues but the gentleman there found a few somewhere from inside and gave it to us at our table, which was good on his part. Ambiance and the interiors were amazing. This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever Been to. The drive thru takes about 20mins on a busy day. Who has that much time to waste on getting a cup of coffee. A drive thru is meant to be fast and convenient and this is the total opposite. Unfortunately this is the closet to me so I have to go here until they open a new location near my house. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE EMPLOYEES!!!! I had STOPPED going there for years because of the rude employees. Sadly enough they still hire them. 4/15 drive thru- a women starts my order and when i made her clear that I want my iced coffee tasting like coffee and not milk a man takes over and with argument tone voice starts to state that iced coffee is 90 percent milk. He kept repeating that over quiet a bit. I made the comment of how come I go to other starbucks it taste fine but at this location is always wrong and I was just making it clear that I want my iced coffee tasting like coffee. It was not even 6 AM when I have an employee wanting to argue with me I even made that statement to him. I told him I don't have the time to argue and I just want my order right. When I asked to talk to the manager he claimed to be the store manager then I asked him I taught it was a women then claimed she is still a manager. I was in tears after dealing with them. They treated me horrible. I can't believe they have monsters working there. I will not be returning. The ugliest experience I have ever encounter. I pray for them. Employees didnt provide me with their names. other rude employees: RJ and SAMM One monday I needed coffee before a long meeting. I hesitated to get coffee at this location but since it was the nearest starbucks i stopped. That monday at 4 there was the sweetest lady at the drive thru. Sadly I havent seen her since then. I am noticing when I got on saturday mornings and possible the STORE MANAGER is present everyone is fake nice. You get greeted right away. Speak to you right away. I go inside to order. I was really surprised that an employee knew me by my name and she stated that she has noticed that i am a regular. The following weekend I was sick so didnt go to starbucks. ABSOLUTE THE RUDEST. couldn't even look at me at the window to take my card. just kept shoving the scanner out the window while I repeated to say "it's a card" and then couldn't even LOOK to take the card out of my hands, she held her hand out. Have talked to them, but it's always an excuse...new barista, we thought you wanted a latte (even though I ordered on the app and my order was correct.) Today, they again, got it wrong--adding sugar. They claim they open at 5AM. I came at 5:15 and they have the door locked. I drive thru the drive thru and nobody responded. So I went to the door and it was locked , the workers just stared at me and didn't give me a reason as to why I couldn't get anything . The new workers also are very ignorant and half of them seem like they don't even want to be there. This place was so much better before the lock down and now they kind of just suck .
