The egg nog latte was extraordinarily hot and just a little diluted. I didn't say anything because it probably saved me some calories. Or that's what I'm going with. lol The dining area was clean and spacious. The pleasant chatter of patrons sitting with friends and family reminded me of coffee shops in the late 90's/early 2000's when music was acoustic and conversation was open and welcome. Best baristas around. You're greeted with a smile and a "can I help you" every time. Helpful and knowledgeable is the normal here as they always answer questions on different drinks I might have. I'm very impressed with the teamwork that goes on. Lots of communication between the different employees working to get your order out to you quick, hot and correct. And if your doing drive through they always ask if you want a Pup Cup for your fur baby. A very pleasant experience every time. An average size patio in the front with good size umbrellas, decent seating on the inside and a nice oversized pick up counter for your mobile order.
