Not sure what's going on with this location, a staff changeover or what? There is one really sweet blonde lady that is always really thoughtful about allergies, but outside of her the rest of the staff is super rude, or... confused? There's a girl with wavy blond hair that rushes you through your order and speaks over you - "Is that all?!" And you get halfway through the next item you're ordering and there she is again "IS THAT ALL?", she just can't be bothered. Also, my husband always gets a large black coffee in a double cup, which historically he's never been charged for, and she charged him for an entire second cup of coffee... Not just a second cup so he didn't burn his hand, a whole second coffee? He doesn't mind being charged for the cup, but they've literally never done that before and then for a whole second coffee? Okay ‍ There is also a girl who's been there for a little while, she has dark hair and always wears red lipstick - she would rather be ANYWHERE but there and makes sure you KNOW it. She too interrupts and pushes you through your order... maybe she trained the blond girl? She's exceedingly rude. I have never had an encounter where she even remotely tried to be kind and I come through regularly. It's so bizarre! Today was the last straw though - my husband ordered me a large protein latte, to which they gave him an iced coffee with cream and flavoring in it? He tasted it and it was awful so he took it back in and they remade a medium, and when he clarified it was supposed to be a large, the guy just poured more stuff in on the top. It also tasted terrible so my husband just ate the money and left. The Dunkin at exit 14 is awesome. They have excellent customer service and the best baristas, so at this point we'll just go down an exit because it's not worth wasting our money at this location anymore. The lady at the speaker repeated "decaf" back to me when I ordered it but it doesn't say it on the sticker. Both the lady at the speaker and the window were very nice. Was it warming up outside, my daughter and I popped in for a couple of frozen coffees. The sizes are huge compared to Starbucks across the street. They weren't busy and we were able to go right up to the bar and order. The employee was helpful and quick. Our drinks were delicious. The dining room was overall spacious and clean. The absolute worst place to go for any food or drink item, the staff there does not listen to you when you order last time I was there. I had to order four times before he finally listened to me. He kept getting the order wrong and then when he finally got it right and took my money then I was told they were out of plain bagels, as well as that we had taken the last croissant in the store. I then looked at the ticket again and found out he had overcharged me by adding a hash brown. I try to avoid this store as much as humanly possible unfortunately it's on the way to the interstate. Came for a late night study since this location is open 24/7. And we got some doughnuts at around midnight. The kind man let us know that he had fresh doughnuts and went back and forth from the front register to get us fresh doughnuts. The guy(buzz cut dark hair with beard) at the window that worked at 12:30pm today has a horrible attitude AS ALWAYS. This was my go-to dunkin. I religiously go here especially since my favorite drink came out. I had a horrible day and thought I'd go get a berry burst to cheer me up. Nope! I asked for my usual with light ice, even emphasized the LIGHT ICE. First, when I get to the window, he says "did you say berry burst?" This place is TERRIBLE! Even after a complaint to corporate the best they could do is free donuts! Lol I don't want anything for free. I want the owner to be stripped of the right to service people after my experience here. This person has no reason to be in the customer service industry! Below is the complaint I wrote: I've been drinking DD coffee every day for 13 years! I have never been so disappointed with the customer service at a location. My son was super pumped that him and daddy were going to get a coffee and donut together. We walk inside with 5 Canton Police officers inside this establishment. My son says "Can I please have a sprinkle donut?" The manager had the audacity to stare at me to tell me the inside was closed. 8am on a Monday? The disappointment on his face was earth shattering. Not only and I disappointed of how a manager can be so cold hearted to tell a innocent little boy no - mind you with no indication that the inside was closed but of the Police Dept of Canton, GA who sat there watching the crumbled look on my boys face. The police officers response was "Well maybe you should lock the door." All that said, Starbucks is across the street and RaceTrac had Krispy Kreme. We will be okay. Dunkin' Donuts on Cumming Highway just told me to get lost. There were 10 cars in the drive thru when I arrived. Because of so many cars in drive-through, I decide to go inside, and I was the only customer at the counter now, after 15 minutes of watching them, serve drinks and make drinks for the folks in the drive in line I asked for someone to take my order, she finally took my order which was six donuts and a coffee. And then I heard her whisper, something to her friend working with her about letting me sit. So 10 more minutes go by and nobody's handed me my donuts or my coffee; they keep making food for the drive-through. I ask again for someone to take give me my donuts at least right behind them and and maybe just pour me a small coffee. the one worker told me after I asked again, and was told they were busy, I replied that I've seen you give orders to six cars since I've been standing here and since I've been ordering at the counter. Then the woman came over and told me that we give drive-through priority and if you wanted your drink faster you would go through the drive-through. At that point I asked for a refund which the cashier was taking way too long and didn't know how to handle. So I need a refund on my check I have never been spoken to like this before in a retail establishment. Pretty unfriendly service and gave me the wrong order. I specifically asked for an oat milk latte with sugar free blueberry when abruptly asked for my order (no greeting or "hello"), then was told to pull around without a total given to me. The cashier gave me my drink with again no greeting and reached for my payment. After pulling away from the drive thru, I realized it was whole milk and several pumps of syrup. I turned around (if you live near this location, you know what a pain this is at that shopping strip) and went inside to ask for a new drink. She knew exactly what order it was but never apologized or spoke more than two words to me. I asked if she could throw away my completely full drink, and she just pointed to a trash can at the front of the store. I hate to complain because I also worked in the food service industry for 3+ years, but this is unacceptable. read more

Lol ok so I like the employees. There are a few that really stand out and have great customer service. However... they don't tend to do their jobs that well. I'm putting this blame to the managers that should be training. Not sure I've even seen a manager working recently. 1. Iced coffee and hot coffee are not brewed the same. You can't substitute hot coffee when iced coffee is ordered. It melts the ice and dilutes the whole drink. 2. Iced coffee = liquid sugar. Period. Please stop putting regular sugar in cold coffee. Just common sense. And if you need to, put a tiny bit of hot to melt it before doing anything else. Melt the syrups with it while you're at it. Blend! 3. Today sitting in the drive thru we ordered two medium iced coffees. We were given smalls, and asked for the correct size. No big deal right? Not until we watched the kid just pour what was in the small cup into medium cups and add as much ice as he could to fill in the difference. Didn't even top it off with a little more coffee, nothing. We have been to this location four times - trying to give them a chance to improve. I offered constructive criticism of what they could do to be at least as decent as the other Canton locations. What they did right - Strawberry frosted and the amount of glaze on the blueberry cake. However, the coffee was terrible at every visit. They refuse to make a Bismarck. The other filled donuts have a dab of vanilla creme filling. Nothing like any Dunkin I have ever been in. Don't waste your time going to this Dunkin. Keeping driving to another location. read more

The service was horrible. Yeah had an online order placed it 15min before I picked it up got there and it had not been made, and then they messed it up. And even though they have messed up our drinks nearly every time, we've been hopeful and continue to return. However if this location is going to survive, they desperately need to step up their customer service and just plainly how they operate. Great location, especially with the Marietta hwy location (which is closer to me) being so horrific. I come here at least once a week. Only a couple of times have I experienced a burnt croissant and totally burnt/hard donut. So definitely, freshness can certainly be improved upon, particularly in the donut department. Variety is usually fantastic though and I even had the owner whip up some donuts that were missing from the lineup once and I certainly won't forget that. Most employees are great. Newbies need more training. Hopefully this DD keeps up the good work and doesn't turn into the Marietta hwy location. Cleanliness, food/donut variety and customer service are key and this DD has all those so far! read more
